In recent years, the practice of trade secret disputes have increased year by year, in the protection of trade secrets dispute cases, the right and the defendant on the identification of trade secrets, especially on the identification of confidentiality has always been the focus of controversy. Even though more and more enterprises on trade secret protection awareness is increasing. But from the many relevant judicial cases, can be seen: trade secrets in practice for trade secrets protection measures still have great loopholes, specifically manifested as: the right to protect the meaning of trade secrets is not clear, the protection of the object is not specific, the duty of confidentiality can not be confidential subject to know or limitations; confidentiality measures and the value of trade secrets are not adaptive; confidentiality measures can not be recognized and so on. Recently, the focus of the discussion has been shifted from the necessity claim to the sufficiency claim. People who hold the view of “Isolated second-hand knowledge” challenge the sufficiency claim based on several counterexamples. They contend that a speaker’s assertion based solely on second-hand knowledge is epistemically inappropriate. This perspective has ignited a more profound debate between advocates and critics of the knowledge norm of assertion. What factors actually determine the appropriateness of an assertion? Aiming at the question, the present study puts forward an idea that the appropriateness of an assertion is influenced by hearer’s conceptual saturation of the speaker rather than the isolated second-hand knowledge.

Using a test method and mathematical analysis, the correlation between BMI and physical function and fitness of college students was analyzed, as a basis for maintaining appropriate weight and improving physical function and fitness among college students.
