The analysis of electrocardiograms with the help of geometric methods of modeling in the phase space of coordinates and pattern recognition allows qualitative characteristics of the process redirect into a quanti-tative indicator for the purpose of more informative state of the cardiovascular system's assessment. The purpose of this article was to consider the practical use of a graphic illustration of the structure of a biosignal obtained by converting a single-channel ECG in the phase space in solving diagnostic problems of a preventive and clinical orientation. The parameters of the phase graphic illustration were analyzed: the spread of the phase diagrams (σ, units), the symmetry of the phase diagram corresponding to the T wave of the single-channel ECG (units),the angle of inclination (α, unit), the risk of myocardial dysfunction was assessed by the combination of signs of phase graphic illustration in points. Factor analysis showed that the morpho-functional indicators obtained using ultrasound in the group with cardiac pathologies ac-counted for two leading factors characterizing the state of cardiohemodynamics. And allowed to detect changes that are not differentiated in a 12-channel electrocardiograph. Ключевые слова: фазовая графическая иллюстрация, одноканальная ЭКГ, миокарда.

In the present paper is presented the analysis of the regional Far Eastern market of medicines and biologi cal active additives of adaptogenic, tonic and stimulating action. The assortment of adaptogens on the market is represented by medicines and biologically active additives of synthetic and vegetable origin. Synthetic medicines are mainly derived from melatonin, vegetable medicines include such popular Far Eastern endemics as Aralia elata, Panax ginseng, Leuzea carthamoides, Schisandra chinensis, Rhodiola rosea, Eleutherococcus senticosus and others. The analysis includes main indicators characterizing the dynamics of the market in the period from 2013 to 2017. The study found that the growth of the adap-togen market is due to synthetic medicines, while the part of plant-based adaptogens on the pharmaceuti cal market of the Far East is decreasing. It was noted that the average cost of the package of vegetable adaptogens medicine has remained at the same level for the five years period. However, the characteristic of assortment offer in the regional market of adaptogens in 2013, and a comparative analysis of the changes in the main characteristics of the assortment proposal in 2017 were described. Market leaders in terms of the value of sales were analyzed and represented in TOP 10 trade names. It is established that for the last five years the composition of the TOP-10 category has changed by no more than 40%.

The air velocity is directly related to the flow rate of the inspiratory flow, which on the one hand characterizes the inhalation device, on the other hand – the capabilities of the patient. Considering that the inhaler channel has a complex geometric shape, it is the flow that is the most important parameter of the inhalation process, which is used in practice. An experimental study of the dependence of degradability of the micronized active pharmaceutical ingredient – Salmeterol xinafoate, agglomerates from the air flow rate was carried out. It is established that all the investigated pharmaceutical ingredients forms agglomerates. Monotonic decrease of the agglomerates size occurs with an increase of air flow rate, which indicates their gradual destruction. Almost complete disaggregation of the agglomerates takes place beginning form a certain air flow rate. It is shown that the interfacial interaction force caused the decay of agglomerates depends on the relative speed of their movement and is maximum at the beginning of the particle motion. The obtained experimental results can be used when designing a new inhalation device or creating a new powder composition. Ключевые слова: порошковый ингалятор, активные фармацевтические субстанции, дезагрегирование агломератов, сила межфазного взаимодействия, Сальметерола ксинафоат.

It has been studied the segmental tubular sodium reabsorbtion in 32 patients with essential hypertension combined with diabetes mellitus type II (main group), in 30 patients with essential hypertension, in 30 patients with diabetes mellitus type II (I и II comparative groups) with microalbuminuria and in 30 healthy persons on the background of oral salt loading with 172.4 mmol of sodium and of supported water diuresis with taking of 20 ml of distilled water on kg of body weight. After salt loading in patients of main group with essential hypertension combined with diabetes mellitus type II sodium excretion in-creased more than by 2 times (p<0.05) in the first 3 hours, then in consenquent 3 hours significantly falled and was lower than in healthy persons and in patients of both comparative groups. In patients with essential hypertension combined with diabetes mellitus type II a functional reserve of sodium tubular transport significantly decreased and fast depleted during excretion of salt loading. In healthy persons and in patients of both comparative groups kidneys excreted more than 65% of loading sodium, in patients of main group – only 52.2±2.3% (p<0.05). In patients with essential hypertension combined with diabetes mellitus type II excreted renal function was disturbed in greater degree than in patients with essential hypertension and than in patients with diabetes mellitus type greater in patients with essential hypertension in patients with diabetes mellitus type II ability short-term too. The excretion of surplus sodium in patients with essential hypertension in greater degree was determined by hydrostatic factor, in patients with diabetes mellitus type II it was determined in greater degree by volumetric factor, in patients with essential hypertension combined with diabetes mellitus type II it was mainly determined by volumetric factor. Thus, excretion of surplus sodium in patients with essential hypertension combined with diabetes mellitus type II was mainly determined by mechanisms which were caused by diabetes mellitus type II and in less degree by essential hypertension. Tubular-glomerular balans index in healthy persons was 160 mmol/mm Hg, in patients with diabetes mellitus type II – 233 mmol/mm Hg, in patients with essential hypertension (30 mmol/mm Hg) and especially in patients with essential hypertension combined with diabetes mellitus type II (9 mmol/mm Hg) it was significantly disturbed. Proximal sodium reabsorbtion in patients of main group decreased by 1.0±0.4% (р>0.05) in other groups by 2.7-4.3%. Distal sodium reabsorbtion in patients of main group decreased by 7.6±0.5% (р<0.05) and by 5.7-6.1% in other groups. mellitus type
