Infectious endocarditis – infectious, systemic inflammation of the bacterial nature, with the initial lesion of the valves or artificial materials used to correct heart disease, as well as the parietal endocardium and endothelium of the main vessels adjacent to the heart. Currently, in pediatric cardiology practice, the frequency of primary infectious endocarditis, occurring with a change in the clinical picture, with atypical variants and with an increase in the proportion of the causative agent resistant to antibacterial therapy, has increased. The aim of the work was to familiarize doctors (pediatricians, family doctors, pediatric cardiologists, infectious disease specialists, dermatologists, etc.) with the case of late diagnosis of infectious endocarditis in adolescents. The paper presents the literature data and own observation of a patient with infectious endocarditis. The case of the atypical clinical course of the disease, which caused the prolongation of the pathological process verification, is described. Traumatization of the elements in acne of the child was considered as a causal factor of the disease, the timely recognition of which depended on the prognosis and outcome of the disease. Currently in the pharmacy sector of the pharmaceutical market in Russia there is a high level of development of the competitive environment and the search for competitive advantages of pharmacy organizations based on the use of modern management technologies. The pharmacy business is looking for ways to better manage personnel. One of the key areas of social responsibility of business are labor practices, an important place among which is occupied by: maintenance of optimum mutual relations between employers and workers; provision of comfortable conditions for personnel work, incl. favorable psychological climate. In modern conditions, the professional activity of pharmacy workers has changed qualitatively. The research topic is relevant also because in modern conditions the professional activity of pharmacy workers has changed qualitatively. The duties of a pharmacist (pharmacist) in a modern pharmacy are much broader than those prescribed by the professional standard. In the struggle to increase the profitability of the pharmacy, employers attribute additional functions to the duties of the staff. The theoretical basis of the research was the work in the field of conflictology and the sociology of group behavior. The article presents a brief historical overview of conflict problems, some aspects of the social responsibility of business. In the practice of doctors of all specialties the proportion of patients suffering from combined diseases (polymorbide states) is steadily increasing. The sphere of dentistry and maxillofacial surgery is not an exception. The paper considers the main etiopathogenetic mechanisms in the combination of purulentinflammatory diseases of the maxillofacial region (PID MFR) with somatic pathology (synthropy). Data on the features of the combination of somatic diseases with PID MFR, the role of chronic stress, immunopathies, medico-social factors in the development of pathological processes in the oral cavity and surrounding tissues are summarized. The features of the course of PID MFR in the elderly and elderly patients with polymorbid conditions are shown; persons suffering from drug addiction and alcoholism with visceropathy. The analysis of approaches to the evaluation of the severity of PID MFR and their treatment is carried out. It is emphasized that in the clinic of maxillofacial surgery it is necessary to study complex somatic and mental pathology in a complex way (multidisciplinary principle) and to take into account the results in developing the tactics of patient management. Integral approach will fully realize the principle of personification of medical care.
