Resistivity Increase in Thin Conducting Films Considering the Size Effect 考虑尺寸效应的导电薄膜电阻率增加

A simple geometrical model is given for the resistivity increase of a thin conducting film considering the size effect. The results of the model agree well with the results of the Fuchs-Sondheimer nongeometrical theory. Properties of Proton Exchanged Optical Waveguiding Layers in LiNbO3 and LiTaO3 LiNbO3和LiTaO3中质子交换光波导层的性质

Complex studies of proton exchange doping of LiNbO3 and LiTaO3 single crystals are carried out to investigate the regularities and specific features of structural changes and optical parameters of waveguiding layers. In fact, depending on doping melt type and crystalline cut H: LiNbO3 waveguides can involve two to six and H: LiTaO3 up to three layers with different properties. A qualitative description of the proton exchange mechanism is suggested. High Temperature Metallisation for GaAs Device Processing GaAs器件加工中的高温金属化

A study is made of the thermal stability of a range of refractory metals and their silicides on GaAs. Particular emphasis is laid on the effects of transient annealing with temperatures up to 1050 °C. Using the technique of Rutherford backscattering the results for the metallisation systems Ta, W, TaSix, WSix, and VSix are compared and indicate the superior properties of the refractory silicides. Characterization of Defects in Deformed Titanium 变形钛缺陷的表征

The nature of defects present in deformed titanium is studied by combining the positron annihilation technique and computer simulation. By performing isochronal annealing between room temperature and 1123 K it is shown that the lifetime decreases up to 700 and stays roughly constant up to 1000 K, achieving the bulk value at 1123 K. These results are interpreted as positron trapping at zonal dislocations present at twin boundaries, as inferred from computer simulation studies.

A Method to Determine Surface Doping and Substrate Doping Profile of n-Channel MOSFETs n沟道mosfet表面掺杂和衬底掺杂谱的测定方法

A simple method is presented to determine the surface and substrate doping profiles of MOSFET by considering both, the surface inversion and channel depletion case. The dependence of threshold voltage on the substrate bias under surface inversion and channel depletion conditions is used for measuring surface and substrate doping. The surface depletion width and channel depletion width is calculated for different channel doping densities at various back bias voltages. The effect of irradiation on the atomic structure of a Cu50Ti50 metallic glass is investigated by X-ray diffraction. The irradiation is seen to produce significant changes in the structure factor S(Q)of this glass, and the changes observed are quite opposite to those caused by low-temperature annealing. Changes are also observed in the reduced radial distribution function G(r). All these changes are finally discussed in conjunction with the topological short range ordering (TSRO) and chemical short range ordering (CSRO) of the metallic glass. Study of Special Triple Junctions and Faceted Boundaries by Means of the CSL Model 用CSL模型研究特殊三重结和面边界

Sufficient work has been made until now on the grain boundaries (GBs) multi-junctions in different polycrystalline cubic materials by using electron microscopy. In the present work the main characteristics of the majority of the junctions reported are theoretically investigated. In fact triple junctions (TJs) show a very systematic geometrical relationship, as far as the thermodynamically favorable grain boundaries are concerned. Thus the possible intersection of three grain boundaries is examined by using the analytical expression of the CSL rotation matrix and the CSL symmetry for cubic system. Comparison between Experimental Determination and Calculation of Elastic Properties of Nickel-Base Superalloys between 25 and 1200 °C 镍基高温合金25 ~ 1200℃弹性性能的实验测定与计算比较

The elastic coefficients Sij of the single crystalline nickel base superalloy MAR-M002 mod. are determined as a function of temperature by the resonance method of Forster. The orientation–independent Sij are evaluated by the linear regression method. The application of averaging concepts allows the calculation of the elastic properties of the quasi-isotropic polycrystalline superalloys MAR-M247 and MAR-M200 at elevated service temperatures. The computed polycrystalline moduli of elasticity are compared with measured values.
用Forster共振法测定了单晶镍基高温合金MAR-M002模的弹性系数Sij随温度的变化规律。利用线性回归方法对取向无关的Sij进行了评价。应用平均概念可以计算准各向同性多晶高温合金MAR-M247和MAR-M200在高温下的弹性性能。计算得到的多晶弹性模量与实测值进行了比较。
