The port is one of the freight transportation activities of business locations through the surrounding water area. The approach to port business characteristics can be approached with maritime logistics. Maritime logistics presents an integrated concept of planning, implementing, and managing the movement of goods and information in sea transportation. The three key players that make up the maritime logistics system at a port are shipping, port/terminal operations, and freight forwarding. This article examines several major ports: Shanghai, Singapore, Busan, and Rotterdam, for comparison based on the characteristics of the port business side. Comparative studies are carried out with a benchmarking process against reference ports.

Pedagogical Content Knowledge (PCK) is a blend of content knowledge and pedagogy knowledge, which can illustrate the ability of teachers to design and to teach a content by accessing what they knows about the material, students, curriculum and how best to teach the content. PCK develop in learners through different learning activities so that when they come in passion they deal more effectively with students. The objectives of study were ;to find out the need of Pedagogical Content Knowledge in Prospective Science Teachers, to explore the Pedagogical Content Knowledge in prospective Science Teachers, to evaluate the performance of Prospective Science Teachers through Pedagogical Content Knowledge and to compare the Pedagogical Content Knowledge of Prospective Science Teachers at IIUI and NUML. This study focused on “Need Analysis of Prospective Science Teachers about Pedagogical Content Knowledge through learning activities”. The random sampling technique was used to conduct the study. The study was delimited to the public universities of Islamabad. To achieve objectives of the study mixed method research approach was selected. Keeping in view the research method, survey was conducted through self-developed questionnaire. Furthermore, semi-structure interview were also drawn. Pneumonia is one of the infectious diseases that attacks the lower respiratory tract, which is characterized by coughing, and shortness of breath. Risk factors that increase the morbidity and mortality of pneumonia are divided into two major groups, namely intrinsic factors and extrinsic factors. Intrinsic factors include age, gender, nutritional status, low birth weight, immunization status, breastfeeding, and vitamin A administration. Extrinsic factors include residential density, ventilation, air pollution, humidity, cigarette smoke, family income and maternal factors, both education, mother's age, and mother's knowledge. The aim of the study was to determine the factors associated with the incidence of pneumonia in toddlers in the Children's Room of Kudungga Hospital, East Kutai. This study uses a correlation research design with a cross-sectional research design. The sample in this study was 57 people. The results of statistical tests using the chi-square test obtained p-value = 0.000 (knowledge), p-value = 0.001 (immunization status), p-value = 0.000 (nutritional status) and p-value = 0.000 (smoking history). There is a relationship between knowledge, immunization status, nutritional status and family history of smoking with the incidence of pneumonia in toddlers in the Children's Room of Kudungga Hospital, East Kutai.

This article reviewed the Ofsted inspection model in England and reported on its implementation in a Muslim pre-school located in an American southeastern state. The inspection methods included classroom observations, interviews with staff, parent survey, and scrutiny of artifacts. After the pre-school was inspected and the feedback was given to the administration orally and in a detailed written report, an improvement plan was developed by the author to address the inspection recommendations. The results of the inspection showed that implementing elements of the Ofsted inspection model in the pre-school contributed to overall educational improvement. A follow-up communication with the administration showed that curriculum changes were made, teachers were provided with more professional development opportunities, and their teaching practices had improved. Considering these findings, this study demonstrated that there was an alignment between the mission of the pre-school and the parents’ aspirations; and that an educational accountability system such as the Ofsted inspection model have had a positive impact on the educational provision even though not all elements of the inspection model were implemented, many of which require a team of inspectors and a quality assurance mechanism.

The settlement of South China Sea disputes by the International Arbitration Board is a complex challenge. The South China Sea is a strategic area disputed by several countries in Southeast Asia. International Arbitration Bodies play an important role in handling these disputes. Arbitration proceedings began in 2013 and a decision was announced in 2016. Although the decree is legally binding, its implementation still faces political and diplomatic challenges. Cooperation between the countries involved is necessary to achieve an effective solution.

India, under Hindutva led BJP government, is becoming a hotpot for ethnic tensions between Hindus and Muslims. Muslims as a minority communal group, have been facing socio-economic, cultural/perceptual, structural and political discrimination in India that has amounted up to the persisting sense of collective grievance among the members of community. Research explains how erosion of democratic apparatus of state; has rendered Muslim minority with the only available option of violent political action. It has deployed a theoretical construct of Ethnic Security dilemma as well as Ted Robert Gurr’s model of minorities rebellion. It has explained that state repression provokes minorities to go violent. However, in India, owing to the lack of Group-cohesion and mobilization potential, Muslims have not yet transcended towards de-legitimization of state apparatus, or Rebellion. Future of the Conflict depends upon the State policies as well as the potential of the group, If the state keeps on launching autocratic Anti-Muslim communal violence, leaving no democratic way out, Muslims can resort to Rebellion as the only way out

Startup XYZ is a pioneer in the EWA (Earned Wage Access) application in Indonesia which has been around since 2020. The main vision of Startup XYZ is to build financial health for low and middle income workers in Asia. In achieving its vision and facing current competitors, Startup XYZ continues to innovate to meet market needs. XYZ startup uses the Scrum methodology in the application development process. It was found that there were several problems that occurred, namely the development process was not optimal, causing the release plan to be delayed. This problem is considered to affect the quality and performance of Startup XYZ. This study aims to measure the scrum maturity level of Startup XYZ so that recommendations can be made to improve the maturity level. Data were obtained from several sources such as interviews, observations, and questionnaires that adapted the Scrum Maturity Assessment. The results obtained are calculated using the KPA Rating based on the Agile Maturity Model. Recapitulating the calculation of the maturity level of the scrum methodology, it is known that XYZ startup is still at level 2 with the Largely Achieved category. After obtaining the level of maturity for each level, recommendations are made based on the results of observations, Scrum Guide 2020, Scrum Essentials and SBOK v3. It was found that there were 24 recommendations to improve the maturity level of Startup XYZ
