DEVELOPMENT OF AN ALGORITHM FOR INTERPRETATION OF INPUT VARIABLES OF FUZZY LOGIC CONTROLLER FOR REAL-TIME SYSTEMS 实时系统模糊控制器输入变量解释算法的发展

The purpose of the research work is to develop an algorithm for interpreting input variables by a discrete membership function of a fuzzy set for embedded and real-time systems. To achieve the goal set in the scientific work, the following tasks were solved: the study of fuzzy logical inference in automatic control systems: analysis of the fuzzy set building, representation of a discrete input values; development of an algorithm and software implementation for real-time systems. Methods for setting input variables for fuzzy logic systems were considered, an algorithmic implementation of the representation of the input value as an element of a fuzzy set and automatic calculation of the membership function was proposed.

Highly- and superhydrophobic characteristics of surfaces can dramatically increase protective properties of polymeric coatings and may add it new useful functions. For example, fabricating of hydrophobic coatings with self-cleaning, anti-icing, anti-fouling or fouling release properties, as well as producing filtrating systems, compounds that can selectively wets surfaces, coatings decreasing of liquid streams friction exists described in numerous research articles. Despite of an apparent simplicity of a water droplet behavior on the surface in theoretical basis of the wetting phenomena still exists unsolved questions, which prevent developing many new materials, including hydrophobic coatings. In the first part of review, the modern theoretical concepts, relating to the process of surface wetting are review. Advantages and limitations of existing models of liquid drop behavior on solid surface, hysteresis phenomena are discussed. Basic concepts concerning effect of morphology of surface layer on the wetting and value of contact angle and stability of liquid drop on solid surface are represented

QUALITY RESEARCH OF PAPER COLOR MANAGEMENT SYSTEMS 纸张色彩管理系统的质量研究

Paper color is one of the most important indicators of paper quality. Currently there is no information on functional color management systems. The study contains an analysis of information on the quality of color management on various paper machines for the production of printed papers. The research methodology consisted in the formation of a sample of numerical values of color coordinates in the CIE system from the archives of the APCS servers and laboratories of quality departments at factories. The analysis of the quality of operational control systems was carried out on the basis of the calculated histograms of the color coordinates of finished paper. The article presents the results of statistical processing of data about changes in the color coordinates L, a, b of the finished paper. Based on those results, the correlation of the dosage of chemical reagents and the color of the paper web is visible.

FEATURES OF SECONDARY AIR POLLUTION DURING CHANGING OF THE TRANSPORT STREAM DENSITY 输运流密度变化过程中的二次空气污染特征

The pollution of the urban atmosphere in the area of the direct action of the motorway is considered. A certified environmental impact assessment methodology was used as the master. With its help, the masses of substances – that are primary pollutants – emitted per unit of time are calculated depending on the intensity of the traffic flow. Further, to calculate their concentrations, the dispersion is calculated. In order to determine the concentration of the secondary pollutant, ozone, a mathematical model is proposed. It is a stiff system of differential equations that describes the kinetics of the process of chemical transformation of primary pollutants. To solve it, the Rosenbrock method was applied. The influence of the traffic flow density on the ozone content near the highway is being studied

A series of 6-arylaminopyrimidine-2,4(1H,3H)-diones were synthesized via transamination of 6-aminouracil. Among the target compounds, 3-(2,6-dioxo-1,2,3,6-tetrahydropyrimidine-4-yl)aminobenzoic acid methyl ester proved to be an effective endogenous interferon inducer. During biological evaluation followed by a patenting procedure, the ester was assigned the ImmuVag international nonproprietary name.

PREDICTION OF TECHNOLOGICAL SYSTEMS USING THE MECHANISM OF ATTENTION IN NEURAL NETWORKS 利用神经网络中的注意机制预测技术系统

A method is proposed for predicting the variables of a cyber-physical system that implements the technological process of phosphorus production; the variables are presented as a multidimensional time series. The method is based on the use of a deep neural recurrent network with an autoencoder structure, to which an attention mechanism is added. In it the information about the intermediate internal states of the encoder is available to the decoder and is used by it to form an output sequence of predictive values of process variables. The results of a model experiment in the MatLAB environment are presented, which showed a higher prediction accuracy of a neural network with the attention mechanism compared to a neural network without its use

A method to evaluate and predict the dispersed material state of division in ball mill is considered. Its base is the stochastic model that installs the grinding process just running as the numerous crushing acts. PLASMA TECHNOLOGY FOR THE PRODUCTION OF GLASS MICROBEADS BASED ON THE BREAKAGE OF CONTAINER AND GRADED GLASSES 基于破碎容器和分级玻璃的等离子体微珠生产技术

A technology – based on the breakage of graded and container glasses – was developed for the production of glass microbeads in a plasma reactor. The regularities of the influence of the flow rate of plasma-forming gas argon and the power of the plasma reactor on the fractional composition of glass microbeads were established. It was shown that with an increase in the flow rate of plasma-forming gas from 1.0 m3/hour to 2,0 m3/hour and the current strength from 300 A to 400 A, the amount of fraction over 630 microns increases due to coagulation processes. It was established that under the influence of high plasma temperatures, about 6000-8000 K, complete melting and sphering of particles occur with the formation of glass microbeads ranging in size from 80 microns to 1250 microns. The microhardness, acid resistance and alkali resistance of glass microbeads were investigated.
