The kinetics and mechanism of the Curtius rearrangement of m-nitrobenzoyl azide in aqueous solutions of sulfuric acid of various concentrations has been studied. An increase of the acidity of the reaction solution an increase in the acidity of the reaction solution leads to an acceleration of the rearrangement. The rate-limiting step of the reaction is the rearrangement of the protonated form of m-nitrobenzoyl azide to the corresponding isocyanate

The paper considers an approach to a robust control system from the point of view of minimizing energy consumption, subject to compliance with environmental safety indicators, using the example of a radiation-convective oil production furnace. As a mathematical description of the control object and the technical means responsible for obtaining information and issuing control actions, a polynomial of the 4th order is adopted. During the study, the approximation of that object was performed and the degree of the polynomial was reduced to an aperiodic link of the 1st order. As a result, the synthesis of the control system proved the adequacy of the system and its operability, taking into account the requirements

The article provides a justification for the use of UV-curing technology in the modern practice of creating films and coatings for various purposes with a given specificity of properties. The key provisions of formulation compounding of photopolymer compositions are considered, specific examples of formulations developed by members of the scientific school «Technologies of functional composite Materials» (head: Professor, Doctor of Technical Sciences Babkin O.E.) are given.

The basic technological scheme of scandium extraction refining from mixed chloride-nitric solutions was proposed. It was shown, that purification of scandium from zirconium, thorium and iron admixtures reached more than a hundred times during the extraction process using 75 % three-isoamilphosphat in dodecane on four extraction steps

In the present article the results of studying the influence of polyvinylidene fluoride content (PVDF) in a mixture with vinylidene fluoride-tetrafluoroethylene copolymer (VDF-TeFE) on the properties of spinning solutions, structure, surface free energy and cocrystallization of polymers in composite membranes – obtained by electrospinning –are presented. It was established that an increase in PVDF content in a mixture with VDF-TeFE leads to an increase in electrical conductivity and a decrease in the viscosity of spinning solutions, a decrease in the diameter of the fibers forming the membrane, and a decrease in the tensile strength and relative elongation. It was shown that, regardless of the PVDF content, all the formed membranes are hydrophobic and have low free energy of the surface. It was established that an increase in the PVDF content leads to disordering of the ferroelectric β-phase, which manifests itself in a decrease in the interplanar spacing and crystallite size, and a decrease in the degree of system crystallinity.

HOMOLOGOUS SERIES OF CHEMICAL COMPOUNDS OF (Li+ – Ni3+ – Mn3+ – O2–) SYSTEMS 化学联合系列(Li+ Ni3+ - Mn3+ - O2)系统

This paper presents for the first time a method for calculating the formulas of homological series of chemical compounds in the system (Li+ – Ni3+ – Mn3+ – O2–). Both three – component systems (Li+ – Ni3+– O2–), (Ni3+ – Mn3+ – O2–), {Li+ – Mn3+ – O2–}, and a four – component system (Li+ – Ni3+ – Mn3+ – O2-) based on the compounds Li6Ni2Mn2O9 and Li4Ni2Mn2O8 are calculated .On the basis of each of these compounds, six homological series are calculated. The calculated homological series develop towards Mn2O3, Ni2O3, and Li2O. Of particular interest are the homological series of the four-component system Li12n-6Ni2Mn2O6n+3 and Li12n–8Ni2Mn2O6n+2, calculated on the basis of Li6Ni2Mn2O9 and Li4Ni2Mn2O8, respectively, which develop in the same direction – Li2O. System (Li+ – Ni3+ – Mn3+ – O2–) compared to solid solution system (Li+ – Ni3+ – Mn3+ – Co3+ – O2–) is more environmentally friendly due to the absence of cobalt

The problem of automatic knowledge extraction from poorly structured text data is considered. The application uses the task of proactive management in unstable immersion environments. A brief overview and critical analysis of the current state of knowledge extraction technologies from text messages are presented. A formalized formulation of the task of extracting knowledge from textual information was carried out. The structures of an automated system for preprocessing text documents and a training data polygon were developed. Options for creating search and statistical technologies for extracting knowledge from text messages are presented.

LOCALIZATION OF LIGHT IN POLYMER FILMS, MODIFIED WITH METAL OXIDE NANOCLUSTERS 用金属氧化物纳米团簇修饰的聚合物薄膜中的光定位

The article describes the results of studies of photopolymerizable epoxyacrylate compositions containing nanometer-sized additions of metal oxides. The results obtained showed the possibility of obtaining compositions that have the effect of luminescence when the content of the solid phase of zinc oxide is 4 wt.%. A graphical model is proposed that reflects the picture of the diffusion motion of light inside a polymer matrix with a dispersive light scatterer, and a mathematical calculation of the conditions for the appearance of luminescence is carried out. On the basis of the experiments and calculations performed, an assumption was made about the prospects of considering the obtained material as a meta-material, the use of which will determine the properties of the crystalline quasi-structure that arise during the curing of the system using the UV- curing technology.

COMPUTING COMPLEX FOR ASSESSING THE SOCIO-ECONOMIC EFFICIENCY OF FISHING INDUSTRY ENTERPRISES 用于评估渔业企业社会经济效益的计算复合体

The paper proposes theoretical foundations for assessing the integrated efficiency of fishing industry enterprises. A set of parameters is proposed, including factors that characterize the environmental and social efficiency of the enterprise, as well as factors affecting the effectiveness of the enterprise management system. The factors for assessing environmental efficiency included assessments characterizing emissions of greenhouse gases and other harmful substances, the level of energy consumption, as well as the harm caused to water resources. The factors for assessing social effectiveness included assessments related to the level of wages, the level of injuries, the assessment of the effectiveness of labor protection measures and the assessment of staff housing conditions. To determine the effectiveness of corporate governance, factors related to the assessment of the quality management system, the assessment of the quality of risk management systems, and the assessment of the overall financial condition of the enterprise are taken into account. The proposed computer complex consists of two modules. The first module is used to form an integral estimate. The second module is used to correlate the received assessment to one of the seven classes of the state. The proposed provisions are based on the methods of fuzzy set theory and the property of the hierarchical fuzzy inference system, which is based on the Sugeno algorithm. The results of the study led to the conclusion that the system allows you to track the sharp deviation of each of the parameters. The presence of a block of grouping values makes it possible to form classes of states of the evaluated objects. Each of the state classes is identified with one of the seven levels of the ESG score value. The conclusions made open up the possibility of further development of corporate information systems.
