The possibility of increasing the thermal stability of carbon-fiber adsorbents by intercalation with BN and Р2О5 was investigated. The main sorption and electrophysical characteristics of carbon fiber materials and intercalated carbon fiber adsorbents based on them were studied. The paper presents the results of interaction of film charges of pyrotechnic composition VS-2 with incoherent radiation of flash lamps. It is shown that the pulsed light radiation of flash lamp «EVIS-3» causes detonation in the film of the photosensitive pyrotechnic fulmination of VS-2 at a speed from 4200 to 4500 m/s, and in the aluminum plate-witness – deformation, the value of which depends on the thickness of the film charge of the pyrotechnic composition of VS-2

ESTIMATION OF THE POSSIBILITY OF WASTEWATER PURIFICATION FROM PHARMACEUTICAL PREPARATIONS BY RADIATION METHOD 辐射法净化药物制剂废水可能性的评价

To assess the possibility of using radiation purification of aqueous solutions from contained pharmacological preparations by spectrophotometry, high-performance liquid chromatography and chemical analysis, the effect of the absorbed dose of ionizing radiation on the concentration of analytes in solutions was studied. The values of the radiation-chemical yield of destruction of the investigated pharmaceutical preparations, the formation of peroxide products of radiolysis were determined, and the values of absorbed doses sufficient for the complete decomposition of the substances under consideration were calculated. It was shown that at initial concentrations of ketoprofen of 1,1•10-4 M and diclofenac of 0,5•10-4 M, the values of absorbed doses required for their complete decomposition are 2,4 kGy and 0,85 kGy, respectively. The obtained values indicate the possibility of using radiation technology for the purification of aqueous solutions from those pharmaceutical preparations. Further research can clarify the necessary doses for sufficient destruction of various groups of drugs in concentrations found in wastewater

REGULARITIES OF BAYERITE-STRUCTURED ALUMINIUM HYDROXIDE FORMATION DURING PRECIPITATION 沉淀过程中bayerite结构氢氧化铝形成规律

Based on published data and experimental studies of formation regularities of aluminium hydroxide, a reproducible technique for synthesis of bayerite-structured aluminium hydroxide by precipitation was developed as a part of the creation of preparation technology of chromia-alumina dehydrogenation catalyst. A possibility of synthesis of high purity bayerite (above 90 wt.%) with different particle sizes depending on synthesis conditions was shown. A correlation between dispersion of the sediments and synthesis temperature was shown, the optimal precipitation temperature – which allows obtaining bayerite with a sufficiently large particle size and high purity – was found. Based on the experiments, a fundamental difference between technologies and products of precipitation by sodium hydroxide and aqueous ammonia was shown. The influence of duration of precipitation stages on the properties of sediments is analyzed from the standpoint of theory of relative supersaturation

А computer system for designing and practice-oriented training of specialists in the field of solving problems of resource-saving design of oil recycling processes is presented. The architecture of the computer system is given, including databases of raw materials and catalysts, technological equipment, libraries of mathematical models. The proposed computer system allows the student to form a digital model according to the design specification with the corresponding requirements for productivity, resource consumption and energy efficiency. The computer system was developed and tested using the example of a catalytic cracking installation.

Synthesized recombination-type zinc sulfide phosphors used in solid-state radioluminescent light sources (SSRLS) are the object of the research. In the course of the study, experimental data were obtained for the first time on the effect of the amount of the incorporated activator on the brightness-spectral characteristics of radioluminescence upon excitation by β-radiation of tritium. Data were obtained on the changes in the radioluminescence parameters under various synthesis conditions, phase composition and electron-beam modification of the crystal structure of the initial phosphors. The results of the work make it possible to find the best light compositions for the use in solid-state radioluminescent light sources

The composition of the microbial community isolated from the surface of samples of structural materials located in the area of the Kislogubskaya tidal power plant in the Barents Sea was determined. Groups of potentially corrosion-active microorganisms were identified using selective culture media. The Pseudomonas fluorescens strain, belonging to the group of iron-oxidizing bacteria, characterized by a chemoorganotrophic type of nutrition was isolated. The morphological, physiological, biochemical and cultural characteristics of the strain and the analysis of the 16S rRNA gene sequences were determined.

A complex of simulation models was developed to study the processes of repair and maintenance of the system of autonomous agricultural vehicles. The general structure of the diagnostic system for robotic agricultural vehicles was presented. The hierarchical structure of simulation models for a robotic vehicle was described. A temporary colored Petri net model was proposed. The model makes it possible to evaluate the effectiveness of predictive maintenance for a given failure rate of vehicle units and aggregates. A formal description of an autonomous vehicle was developed in the form of the primary parameter multisets. The experimental results of the simulation modelling confirmed the model adequacy. The results are applied to study the work of an autonomous vehicle group in agricultural fields under difficult operating conditions.

THE APPARATUS ARRANGEMENT AND REGIME PARAMETERS FOR ISOPRENE POLYMERIZATION PROCESS IN BULK 异戊二烯本体聚合装置布置及工艺参数

The stationary bed type regimes of apparatuses for catalytic isoprene polymerization process in bulk are investigated. If the polymerization process is performed with the bed height equal to 3 mm, the thermal apparatus regime is close to isothermic one. The increase of the bed height up to 6 mm makes the apparatus regime wide of the mark. To remove the lack there is proposed the regime providing the one time stepwise increase of the wall apparatus temperature. Due to proposed regime the apparatus efficiency makes gain while polymerization is performed up to incomplete conversions
