Objective: The motor thalamus plays an important role during exercise. It aims to observe the changes of mGluR4 and mGluR5 in ventrolateral thalamus of rats induced by repeated exhaustive exercise, and to discuss the relationship of mGluR4, mGluR5 and oxidative damage occured during exhaustive exercise. Methods: There were 48 male wistar rats, which were randomly divided into four groups including CG, 0EG, 24EG and 48 EG, each group having 12 rats. Meanwhile, immunohistochemistry (IMM) technique was used to investigate the expression of positive cell and integrated optical density (IOD) of metabotropic glutamate receptor 4 (mGluR4) and metabotropic glutamate receptor 5 (mGluR5), and the impact of exhaustive exercise played on oxidative stress indexes such as malondialdehyde (MDA), glutathione peroxidase (GSH-PX) and superoxide dismutase (SOD) in ventrolateral thalamus of rats were also investigated in different groups. Results: Compared with CG, the expression of mGluR4 and mGluR5 protein of ventrolateral thalamus in 0EG and 24EG both significantly increased, and the value of mGluR4 in 48EG were still higher than control group, however the the value of mGluR5 in 48EG reduced to the rest level of control group. Meanwhile, the SOD activities of 0EG and 24EG group were significantly higher than the control group, and it was the same with GSH content in ventrolateral thalamus of rats. Meanwhile, MDA has been investigated that it increased significantly in 0EG and 24EG compared with control group, and the MDA level of 48EG was still significant higher than CG. Moreover, the indexes of muscle injury such as LD, CK and BUN all increased significantly post-exercise immediately and post-exercise 24 hours .Conclusion: Exercise fatigue could result in up-regulation of mGluR4 and mGluR5 and increace activity of SOD , GSH-PX and MDA in ventrolateral thalamus of rats, and it also induce the muscle injury by increase the level of LD, CK and BUN in serum, which suggested that ventrolateral thalamus was an important brain rigion to modulate the motor function, and mGluR4 and mGluR5 maybe two important receptors prevent from the increase of free radicals and muscle injury induced by exercise fatigue.

In order to overcome the deficiencies of miss-seeding and random seeding in the current ground wheel driven seeding,a set of intelligent control simulation system for wheat precision seeding was studied and built. The system adopts self-designed seeding apparatus and intelligent control method to complete broad width and precision seeding of wheat. The system uses keys to set parameters such as seeding rate, thousand-grain weight and seeding space, etc.According to the measured value of the operating speed of the planter by the encoder, the speed of the DC motor is dynamically adjusted by controlling the pulse width modulation (PWM) of the chip, so as to achieve the purpose of changing the operating speed of the seeder and keeping the seeding rate and seed spacing unchanged. The DC motor is poweredby tractor’s own battery to drive seeding, and all information is displayed on the LCD.The simulation test of the rotation speed measurement of the seeding shaft shows that there is only slighterror caused by vibration between the corresponding theoretical and actual rotation speeds of the seeding shaft for different operating speeds when the intelligent control system of wide planting of wheat is used for seeding, which can meet the requirements of precision seeding.

In the process of tourism development, there are some problems that can not be ignored, such as the destruction of natural environment by scenic spot development, unfair competition in the industry, and infringement of employees' rights and interests by enterprises, which directly restrict the development of tourism industry. The issue of tourism corporate social responsibility has been in the sight of global scholars and practitioners. First of all, this paper will study and analyze the relevant theories made so far by scholars and practitioners at home and abroad, to understand the research status of social responsibility of tourism listed companies at home and abroad, as well as the status quo of corporate social responsibility. Secondly, this paper selects 23 domestic tourism listed companies to collect the panel data of their social responsibility reports from 2014 to 2018, and makes an empirical analysis on the sorted panel data through the statistical software Eviews, so as to explore the impact of social responsibility of tourism listed companies on their business performance, And draw the conclusion that tourism listed companies' business responsibility has a positive impact on their business performance, but there is a certain lag in this impact. Based on the research, this paper puts forward some feasible suggestions for tourism enterprises to take the initiative to undertake social responsibility, hoping to provide some help to scholars in related fields and practitioners in enterprises.

Academic burnout of basic education is widespread in varying degrees in the global scope, and such situation is particularly serious in Chinese primary and secondary schools. International research has rarely mentioned the concept of academic burden, which is mainly described in other similar concepts, such as academic burnout, academic stress, academic depression and academic anxiety. In addition, studies in other countries have paid more attention to the negative influence of academic load on students’ body and mind. Based on international perspective, the paper clarifies the somatic and psychological symptoms, behavior and attitude symptoms and symptoms of academic burnout caused by heavy academic burden, analyzes the influence factors of academic burden, and compares the function and applied scope of inventories and scales for academic burden. Findings enlighten us to focus on the teaching situations and students’ nature, increase empirical research and quantitative research of academic burden, put forward evidence-based, operational and pragmatic strategy of alleviating academic burden.

Locating in the northernmost region of China, the Arctic Village of Mohe County is enlisted as one of the most charming tourist attractions of China for the unique resources and landscapes, such as “northernmost location”, magical astronomical phenomena and arctic ice-snow. However, it failed to explore domestic and foreign markets yet due to the poor promotion of government, thus resulting in the low consumer brand recognition. Combining with existing tourism resources in the Arctic Village, this study proposed an appropriate product planning based on the national promotion of “ice-snow tourism”. Meanwhile, great efforts were made to the propagation and publicity of the brand to improve brand influence of the Arctic Village. The ice-snow resources in surrounding region were integrated to promote the tourism development in the whole Heilongjiang Province.

Advanced cooling technology is a crucial measure of thermal dissipation for high-speed end-milling. In order to get an appropriate cooling technology and decrease the negative effects of traditional wet cutting, internally cooled cutting has been paid more and more attention. Because of interrupted cutting and uneven force, there was few application and investigation on internally cooled end-milling. In the paper, the effect of the end-milling tool with different internally cooled channel structure has been researched by experiment and theoretical analysis. The experimental results indicate that the end-milling tool with double helix channels carried out best machined surface quality. And the experiment result was also been analyzed and explained by computational fluid dynamics simulation, which provides a basis for the applying of the high-speed internally cooled end-milling tool.

In this paper, Citespace was used to perform bibliometrics analysis of 3437 journal papers in the field of technology transfer research from 1985 to 2020 included in WOS and CNKI database. The results showed that the quantities of relevant literature on technology transfer in domestic universities has been developing gradually since 2005 and drives to maturity stage. From the perspective of research institutions, Tsinghua University has become an important institution in the field of technology transfer research in colleges and universities. Developed countries such as the United States, Britain, Germany and Italy are still the dominant subjects of technology transfer in colleges and universities, but China has surpassed Germany and Italy and become a major front for technology transfer research of universities. Future research emphasis of technology transfer of universities in China is still mainly about technology transfer performance, academic entrepreneurship, and patent. It is of great significance to promote the internationalization of technology transfer to give full play to the advantages of domestic first-class universities, actively conduct interdisciplinary studies and optimize the external environment of technology transfer.
