Simulation Research on Participation Willingness of Industrial Company on Green Finance Policies based on Tripartite Game 基于三方博弈的工业企业绿色金融政策参与意愿模拟研究

The green finance policy is an important embodiment of the basic national policy of environmental protection in the financial system, and also an important guarantee for company to achieve green development. Based on the heterogeneous interest pursuit of the central state, local provinces and industrial companies, the article builds an evolutionary model of three game partners, analyzes the strategic choice of the stakeholders in the implementation process of the green finance policies, and simulates the dynamical track of evolution stability strategies of three partners. The results show that the management from the central state is very important to the implementation of the policy, and the supervision cost and punishment will also affect the final stability strategy; the policy incentive from the central state can effectively promote the enthusiasm of the local provinces to implement the green finance policies, but the implementation cost will seriously affect the willingness of the local government to help industrial companies; under the joint supervision effect of the central state, the local government’s policy incentives and the complete market mechanism, industrial companies will enhance their willingness to participate in green finance policies.

Miniature spectrometers are widely used in various fields such as industry and agriculture thanks to their advantages of easy portability, non-destructive testing, online testing, and high efficiency. By surveying massive research results at home and abroad, this paper summarizes the current development status of miniature near-infrared spectrometers at home and abroad, emphatically introduces the application research progress of miniature spectrometers in precision agriculture. Finally, it outlooks the development prospects of miniature spectrometers. While improving specificity, miniature spectrometers are developing towards high performance, new principles, and single chip.

The advent of the web2.0 era has prompted big data in education to integrate many high-quality online course resources, providing a good platform for college students to carry out mobile learning and blended learning. The rapid development of mobile learning has changed it from an auxiliary and optional learning mode to an available and inseparable learning mode. During the epidemic period, mobile online learning mode has shown diversified characteristics with a wide range of learning platforms. As a new learning mode, mobile blended learning has been accepted and used by more and more learners and has become an important development direction of higher education in China and the world.

A Comparative Research on Three Identification Methods of Scenic Resources of Tourism Based on GF-2 Image: A Case Study of Yesanpo National Park 基于GF-2影像的三种旅游景区资源识别方法比较研究——以野三坡国家公园为例

Based on the scientific identification and evaluation of scenic resources, the formulation of planning and management is of great significance to the sustainable development of tourism in national parks. This paper uses GF-2 high-resolution remote sensing images as the data source, and the Yesanpo National Park as the research area. It uses pixel-based MLC, NN, and SVM three classification methods to identify scenic resources, and adopts the system sampling method evaluation 3 methods to identify the classification accuracy of scenic resources, effectively improving the objectivity and accuracy of classification accuracy evaluation. The results show that the three classification methods used in GF-2 images meet the accuracy requirements of scenic resource identification, which is an effective method to identify scenic resources. Due to different geomorphic features, the erosion Zhanggu landform-Baili Xia scenic areas uses MLC classification, and granite fracture structure The canyon landform-LongmenTianguan scenic areas uses NN classification, and the karst cave spring landform-Yugu Dong scenic areas uses SVM classification with the highest overall accuracy. The results show that the proposed method can be applied to the identification of large-scale, high-resolution scenic resources, and provide more refined data support for scenic resource analysis and sustainable development of local tourism.

The high-temperature molten metal leakage accident and its secondary accidents have become urgent problems to be solved in the current metallurgical industry because of their destructive power. The description of the high temperature molten metal leakage accident structure is the basis for studying its evolution law. Based on the idea of collection, this article uses multiple case analysis methods to abstract the accident attributes, and constructs an accident institutionalized description framework with the content of accident types, internal attributes, environmental attributes, management attributes, and hazard assessment attributes. How Venture Capital Influences High-tech Enterprises’ IPO: External Factors versus Internal Growth 风险投资对高新技术企业IPO的影响:外部因素与内部成长

There is huge potential for China to transform and upgrade its traditional manufacturing sector, and high-tech enterprises in manufacturing industries stand out. This study contributes to the literature on how venture capital affects technology-based Enterprises’ IPO by evaluating the characters between the two parties.  According to the symmetric information theory, certification theory and enterprise property rights theory, the first round of risk financing enterprises from 2010 to 2019 is taken as a research sample to empirically analyze the impact of venture capital and corporate growth on firm listing events. The results show that the investment experience of venture capital institutions, when matched appropriately to firms’ specific growth, will facilitate and accelerate the IPO process. Thus the matching degree between the two are significantly positively related to the company's IPO. Under the premise of low growth of the company, venture capital has a significant impact on the listing of the company. As the growth of the company increases, the impact of venture capital on the listing of the company is gradually reduced. Venture capital institutions with overseas backgrounds are more inclined to promote the IPO of invested international companies. Finally, we discuss the implications based on the results of the empirical analysis, and make suggestions for venture capital institutions and companies.

Study on Spatial Distribution Characteristics and Influencing Factors of Cultural and Creative Industries in Zhejiang Province 浙江省文化创意产业空间分布特征及影响因素研究

The agglomeration of cultural and creative industries has developed into a remarkable trend under economic internationalization. In this paper, literature review and research status of cultural and creative industries are firstly conducted. The spatial distribution characteristics of cultural and creative industries in Zhejiang province are analyzed by using location entropy and data from 2012 to 2017. The conclusion shows that the cultural and creative industries in Zhejiang province present a spatial clustering trend, but different cities have different development levels. This paper constructs the indicator system of influencing factors and analyzes its influencing factors by means of grey correlation. It shows that economic factors have the greatest influence on the agglomeration of cultural and creative industries, followed by technological, resource and market factors. The development and agglomeration of the cultural and creative industry in Zhejiang province depends on the development of industry, theapplicationandmanagementofinformationtechnology and the lack of creative talents is the obstacle to its development. Therefore, education should be developed, mass innovation should be encouraged, and a good market environment should be created for the cultural and creative industry.

The spatial distribution characteristics of cultural and creative industries in Zhejiang province are analyzed by using location entropy and data from 2012 to 2017. The conclusion shows that the cultural and creative industries in Zhejiang province present a spatial clustering trend, but different cities have different development levels. This paper constructs the indicator system of influencing factors and analyzes its influencing factors by means of grey correlation. It shows that economic factors have the greatest influence on the agglomeration of cultural and creative industries, followed by technological, resource and market factors. The development and agglomeration of the cultural and creative industry in Zhejiang province depends on the development of industry, theapplicationandmanagementofinformationtechnology and the lack of creative talents is the obstacle to its development. Design and Implementation of High Precision Synchronization Controller for Gated Imaging 门控成像高精度同步控制器的设计与实现

In this paper, we have designed a high-precision synchronization controller for gated imaging. The design scheme is proposed according to the semiconductor laser arrays overall range-gated imaging system composition and working principle. The programming of control logic is illustrated in detail from the main time counter, mode control logic, key control decoder, pulse generator, automatic frequency generator and display control. Finally, a synchronization controller with precision of 80 ns and frequency of 12 khz was developed. The whole system joint debugging test shows that the indicators of the synchronization controller have reached the expected goal, and have met the current technical requirements of gated imaging within 3 km in the atmospheric environment.
本文设计了一种用于门控成像的高精度同步控制器。根据半导体激光器阵列整体距离门控成像系统的组成和工作原理,提出了设计方案。从主时间计数器、模式控制逻辑、按键控制解码器、脉冲发生器、自动频率发生器、显示控制等方面详细阐述了控制逻辑的编程。最后,研制了精度为80ns、频率为12khz的同步控制器。整个系统联合调试试验表明,同步控制器各项指标均达到预期目标,满足当前大气环境下3公里内门控成像的技术要求。

Optimization of Working Bench Length of Inclined Composite Coal Seam Open-Pit Mine 倾斜复合煤层露天矿工作台阶长度优化

In order to optimize the Working bench length of inclined composite coal seam open pit mine, Through theoretical analysis and calculation, the relationship between different mining technology working bench and working face transport costs was studied, The influence of the length of the working bench on the stripping ratio of production and the mining with discharging cost of the unit coal in the mining area were studied. Taking the minimum sum of the transportation cost of working face and the cost of mining and discharging of the unit coal as the goal, a mathematical model is established, which takes the working bench as independent variable,the corresponding function curve was obtained, Considering the macroscopic planning of open-pit mine, obtain an optimization method for the length of economical and reasonable working bench of inclined composite coal seam open pit mine on the basis of technical feasibility. A case study of Heishan opencast coal mine,the Results show that when the length of working bench of the 13-2 coal seam is 0.9km, the minimum annual cost of mining and discharging and the transportation cost of the open pit mine were the smallest, and the minimum value is 269 million yuan, Considering the actual pit-limit of Heishan open pit mine, it is concluded that the comprehensive optimum line length of 13-2 coal seam in Heishan open-pit mine is 1.0km.
