The green finance policy is an important embodiment of the basic national policy of environmental protection in the financial system, and also an important guarantee for company to achieve green development. Based on the heterogeneous interest pursuit of the central state, local provinces and industrial companies, the article builds an evolutionary model of three game partners, analyzes the strategic choice of the stakeholders in the implementation process of the green finance policies, and simulates the dynamical track of evolution stability strategies of three partners. The results show that the management from the central state is very important to the implementation of the policy, and the supervision cost and punishment will also affect the final stability strategy; the policy incentive from the central state can effectively promote the enthusiasm of the local provinces to implement the green finance policies, but the implementation cost will seriously affect the willingness of the local government to help industrial companies; under the joint supervision effect of the central state, the local government’s policy incentives and the complete market mechanism, industrial companies will enhance their willingness to participate in green finance policies.

Based on the scientific identification and evaluation of scenic resources, the formulation of planning and management is of great significance to the sustainable development of tourism in national parks. This paper uses GF-2 high-resolution remote sensing images as the data source, and the Yesanpo National Park as the research area. It uses pixel-based MLC, NN, and SVM three classification methods to identify scenic resources, and adopts the system sampling method evaluation 3 methods to identify the classification accuracy of scenic resources, effectively improving the objectivity and accuracy of classification accuracy evaluation. There is huge potential for China to transform and upgrade its traditional manufacturing sector, and high-tech enterprises in manufacturing industries stand out. This study contributes to the literature on how venture capital affects technology-based Enterprises’ IPO by evaluating the characters between the two parties. According to the symmetric information theory, certification theory and enterprise property rights theory, the first round of risk financing enterprises from 2010 to 2019 is taken as a research sample to empirically analyze the impact of venture capital and corporate growth on firm listing events. The results show that the investment experience of venture capital institutions, when matched appropriately to firms’ specific growth, will facilitate and accelerate the IPO process. Thus the matching degree between the two are significantly positively related to the company's IPO. Under the premise of low growth of the company, venture capital has a significant impact on the listing of the company. As the growth of the company increases, the impact of venture capital on the listing of the company is gradually reduced. Venture capital institutions with overseas backgrounds are more inclined to promote the IPO of invested international companies. Finally, we discuss the implications based on the results of the empirical analysis, and make suggestions for venture capital institutions and companies.

The agglomeration of cultural and creative industries has developed into a remarkable trend under economic internationalization. In this paper, literature review and research status of cultural and creative industries are firstly conducted. The spatial distribution characteristics of cultural and creative industries in Zhejiang province are analyzed by using location entropy and data from 2012 to 2017. The conclusion shows that the cultural and creative industries in Zhejiang province present a spatial clustering trend, but different cities have different development levels. This paper constructs the indicator system of influencing factors and analyzes its influencing factors by means of grey correlation. It shows that economic factors have the greatest influence on the agglomeration of cultural and creative industries, followed by technological, resource and market factors. The development and agglomeration of the cultural and creative industry in Zhejiang province depends on the development of industry, theapplicationandmanagementofinformationtechnology and the lack of creative talents is the obstacle to its development. Therefore, education should be developed, mass innovation should be encouraged, and a good market environment should be created for the cultural and creative industry.

The programming of control logic is illustrated in detail from the main time counter, mode control logic, key control decoder, pulse generator, automatic frequency generator and display control. Finally, a synchronization controller with precision of 80 ns and frequency of 12 khz was developed. The whole system joint debugging test shows that the indicators of the synchronization controller have reached the expected goal, and have met the current technical requirements of gated imaging within 3 km in the atmospheric environment.
