Research on the Matching of Organizational Change and Enterprise Transformation 组织变革与企业转型的匹配研究

Enterprise transformation is an important way for enterprises to gain sustainable competitive advantage. This paper aims to study the relationship between organizational change and enterprise transformation. Based on 303 valid questionnaires, the results show that organizational change has a positive impact on enterprise transformation. Organizational change has a positive effect on management innovation. Management innovation plays an intermediary role between organizational change and enterprise transformation. Employees' attitude toward change plays a regulating role between organizational change and enterprise transformation, while employees' attitude toward change plays a regulating role between organizational change and management innovation. Self-motivation plays a second-order role in the adjustment of employees' attitude towards organizational change and enterprise transformation. Self-motivation plays an insignificant role in adjusting organizational change and management innovation. Organizational motivation plays a second-order role in the adjustment of employees' attitude towards organizational change and enterprise transformation. Organizational motivation plays a second-order role in adjusting organizational change and management innovation.

Design and Research of Grinder Cooling Device Used for Mechanical Numerical Control Machining 机械数控加工用磨床冷却装置的设计与研究

This paper introduces design method and working principle of grinder cooling device for mechanical numerical control machining. By analyzing the problems of grinder cooling in mechanical numerical control machining, technical solutions for the problems, model construction and specific implementation pattern are proposed. Compared with the traditional cooling device, this device is simple to use, uniform in cooling, and has better coolant cooling effect. While cooling, it removes a part of metal chips and impurities, avoidingadverse effect on accuracy of the machined surface, whichprovides important guidance for production practice.
介绍了机械数控加工磨床冷却装置的设计方法和工作原理。通过对机械数控加工中磨床冷却问题的分析,提出了问题的技术解决方案、模型构建和具体实现模式。与传统冷却装置相比,该装置使用简单,冷却均匀,冷却剂冷却效果更好。在冷却的同时,去除一部分金属屑和杂质,避免了对加工表面精度的不利影响,对生产实践具有重要的指导意义。

Assessment and Introspection of Gifted Programming of USA: From the Perspective of Industrialization of Educationof Giftedness and Practice of Gifted Education Teachers 美国资优规划的评估与反思——基于资优教育产业化与资优教师实践的视角

For a long time, the U.S. government has paid great attention to gifted education, issuedmany educational acts and standardized about gifted education, whichprovides high effect in the fields of theory, model and practice of gifted education. From the perspective of industrialization of Educationof giftedness and practice of gifted education teachers, six aspects of standards are analyzed, including studying and development, identification and evaluation, curriculum and teaching, learning environment, project implementation and professional development of gifted education teachers. Combining the actual conditions of gifted education in China, several enlightenment could be drawn as setting goals by educational outputs, adhering to fair principle, paying attention to growth environment, focusing on professional development, perfecting the systems of evaluation and supportinggifted programming for expecting long-term returns.

The article reveals the importance of vocabulary in the full development of speech in preschool age. Research on Low Carbon Planning Method of Resource Based City Based on Coupling of City Region and Central City -- A Case Study of Xingtai City 基于城市区域与中心城市耦合的资源型城市低碳规划方法研究——以邢台市为例

Resource-based cities generally have "high energy consumption, high carbon emissions, and high pollution". Exploring low-carbon planning of resource-based cities means great significance for promoting the low-carbon transformation and development of resource-based cities and achieving "carbon peak" and "carbon neutrality". Based on the two levels of city region and central city, the paper proposes a low-carbon planning method for resource-based cities from four aspects: industrial transformation, land use, road transportation and ecological environment. At the city region level, it is necessary to reasonably determine urban industrial structure and industrial development scale, and meanwhile, optimize the industrial layout by reasonably planning production, living and ecological space and formulating practical space control measures; coordinating the connection between external traffic and traffic system within the city; constructing a carbon sink network composed of green patches-ecological corridors-peripheral matrix. At the central city level, it is necessary to analyze gradient attributes of carbon emissions from different land types, rationally arrange various types of construction land; optimize the layout of urban residence and employment space; increase systematicness of road planning in central urban areas; give full play to the carbon sink role of ecological corridors. Finally, an empirical study is carried out with the case of Xingtai City. The research can provide theoretical basis and path reference for reducing carbon emissions of resource-based cities through spatial planning.

Evaluate Students' Attitudes towards the Information Industry Chain of P.E. Based on Data Visualization Technology: A Cross-sectional Study 基于数据可视化技术评价学生对体育信息产业链态度的横断面研究

Based on data visualization technology, it expounds the attitude of Chinese college students to the P.E. information distance education industry. The research mainly uses attitude questionnaires to conduct cross-sectional surveys based on the Internet of Things, and uses data visualization technology to evaluate students' attitudes and opinions on informatized sports distance education. Our survey results show that in the online physical education courses carried out during the school blockade, students have a positive attitude towards informatized physical education, and the online teaching effect provided by the school is satisfactory. According to the vertical total score percentage of 16 measurement indicators, we can see that we strongly agree (364.22%), agree (439.37%), uncertain (422.28%), disagree (242.9%) and strongly disagree (130.854%). It can be seen that even if the school is blocked, students show a higher enthusiasm for information-based physical education.

The Optimization Model of Composite Material UAV Shooting Flight Routes 复合材料无人机拍摄航路优化模型

UAV is one of the important achievements of scientific and technological innovation, which has been widely used in various fields of life in recent years. UAVs of composite materials are the most popular because the composite itself has designability, and can be optimized according to the strength and stiffness of the aircraft without changing the structural weight. In order to ensure the UAV to carry out more accurate image acquisition under the actual ground conditions, through the analysis of decision variables, this paper uses the linear weighting of image shooting range and pixel accuracy to establish the objective function, and establishes the optimal shooting angle under different constraints Considering the actual motion characteristics of objects such as automobiles, this paper assumes that the tracked ground targets are a class of motion objects with non-integrity constraints when the flight altitude of UAV is fixed and the flight speed is constant. The ground target model and the flight dynamics nonlinear model are established. This paper presents a new RRT* algorithm for path planning based on the obstacles encountered by UAV during flight, that is, using the cost function to select the node with the minimum cost in the field of expanding nodes as the parent node, using the MATLAB to select a reasonable obstacle avoidance strategy, the global optimal route is obtained by smoothing processing, and the data simulation test is carried out. The experimental results show that the model is robust.

Research on Process Optimization of 3D Laser Cutting Robot for Three Dimensional Aluminum Components 三维铝件激光切割机器人工艺优化研究

In order to solve the precision problem of laser cutting of 3D aluminum components, the influence of main process parameters on the characteristics of laser cutting was studied. Firstly, the model of 3D laser cutting of complex curved surface was studied, and the heat transfer mechanism of 3D laser cutting of aluminum materials was revealed. Through the three-dimensional laser cutting robot test bed, aluminum material is taken as the test object, the reasonable laser cutting parameters are selected, and the influence law of each process parameter on the cutting quality and the morphology of the slit is studied. Experimental studies shows that low surface roughness was achieved with some combinations of process parameters and attempts were made to optimize parameters in terms of cutting speed and laser power. It is obtained low surface roughness, with power 800w, cutting speed 40mm/s for 1mm aluminum.

Investigation of Online Corrosion Monitoring for Grounding Materials Based on Electromagnetic Ultrasonic Technology 基于电磁超声技术的接地材料腐蚀在线监测研究

Power grounding is a key aspectofensuringsafety in power facilities.However, the corrosion of grounding materials can cause accidentsduringpower facility operation. Therefore, monitoring the corrosion status of grounding materials can eliminate hidden risks in the grounding network and ensure safe poweroperation. In this paper, electromagnetic ultrasonic thickness measurement technology was used to develop an online corrosion monitoring system for grounding materials via the installation of electromagnetic ultrasonic measurement probes on in-service power grounding materials. The results from a substation grounding networkdemonstrate that the online corrosion monitoring system can obtain more precise grounding corrosion data and has more extensive application prospects compared with other monitoring methods.
电力接地是保障电力设施安全的关键环节。然而,在电力设施运行过程中,接地材料的腐蚀会引起事故。因此,监测接地材料的腐蚀状况,可以消除接地网中的安全隐患,保证电力的安全运行。本文采用电磁超声测厚技术,在现役电力接地材料上安装电磁超声测量探头,开发了接地材料腐蚀在线监测系统。变电站接地网实例表明,与其他监测方法相比,在线腐蚀监测系统可以获得更精确的接地腐蚀数据,具有更广泛的应用前景。

In our country of etiquette, etiquette has long served as an important means for social regulation. Nowadays, in the era of reviving Chinese traditional culture, etiquette can still play an important role in the management of various organizations. "Etiquette-based kindergarten management" is to take etiquette as a means of kindergarten management, which is practiced through full participation of kindergarten administrators, kindergarten teachers, children, logistics, and parents in five layers from the three aspects of etiquette, etiquette system, and etiquette education. By forming the atmosphere of knowing etiquette, observing etiquette and using etiquette from top to bottom in the kindergarten, it thereby achieves the purpose of constructing a harmonious and warm kindergarten.
在我国这个礼仪之国,礼仪一直是社会规范的重要手段。在中国传统文化复兴的今天,礼仪仍然可以在各种组织的管理中发挥重要作用。“以礼仪为本的幼儿园管理”就是把礼仪作为幼儿园管理的一种手段,从礼仪、礼仪制度、礼仪教育三个方面,通过幼儿园管理者、幼儿园教师、幼儿、后勤、家长等五个层面的充分参与进行实践。通过在幼儿园自下而上地形成懂礼仪、守礼仪、用礼仪的氛围,从而达到构建和谐温馨幼儿园的目的。
