For imagesteganalysis, many studies have showed that the superiority of the convolutional neural network overconventional methods based on artificially designed features. Withthe trend of the fusion of traditional steganalysis methodsand some tricks used in classic computer vision tasks, such asSRNet equipped with residual modules and ZhuNet which usedspatial pyramid pooling, more and more CNN architecturesused for steganalysis are proposed. However, there still are somecharacteristics in most content-adaptive steganographic algorithms such as S-UNIWARD, HUGO, WOW, and tricks in designing network structure whichcan be used for steganalysis. Promoting the modernization of the national governance system and governance capabilities is an important starting point to promote the advancement of the industrial structure and the green development of the industry, and it is also an inevitable requirement for my country to achieve high-quality economic development. The relationship between ecological governance capabilities and economic governance capabilities runs through national governance. A main line of the modernization of the system and governance capabilities,only by accurately measuring and evaluating my country’s ecological and economic governance and the synergy between the two can we better promote the development of the new normal economy. For this reason,based on the research and evaluation of province data from 2015 to 2019, this paper found that the ecological governance capabilities and economic governance capabilities of China's provinces are quite different. Further, in terms of the coupling coordination degree between the two, in the time dimension, the coupling coordination degree between the ecological governance capacity and economic governance capacity of each province showed a trend of increasing and then decreasing during the period 2015-2019, but generally showed an upward trend, with the highest point being reached in 2016; in the regional dimension, there were large regional differences in the coupling coordination degree between the ecological governance capacity and economic governance capacity, the coupling coordination degree of ecological governance capacity and economic governance capacity is positively correlated with the level of economic development. This paper provides a theoretical basis for the objective evaluation of the coupling coordination degree of ecological and economic governance capacity in China, and has important practical significance for the coordinated promotion of the modernization of the national governance system and governance capacity.

With development of recommendation systems, they are faced with more and more challenges. In order to relieve problems existing in commodity selection by users of different preferences from different regions, personalized recommendation based on location information has emerged. Nowadays most recommendation systems based on location information neglect the fact that users’ preference will change with time. To solve the above problem, geographic location and time factor of users are effectively combined in this paper, and a personalized recommendation algorithm TLPR combining time and location information is proposed. This algorithm determines the users’ geographic location according to postcode information of the users, uses pyramid quadtree model to distribute users into nodes at each layer in the pyramid, utilizes collaborative filtering algorithm for local recommendation in each node, introduces a time function to regulate time-dependent change of user interests when calculating user similarity at each node and finally realizes a comprehensive recommendation by distributing a weight for recommendation result at each layer in the pyramid quadtree. A comparative experience is carried out for recommendation performance of this algorithm on MovieLens dataset, and experimental results indicate that this algorithm is of better recommendation effect

This paper integrates a monitoring practice for the construction of a long-span continuous girder bridge to explore strain measurement and geometric shape control technology. In doing so, the actual stress of the bridge in the cantilever-construction stage is identified, and the influence of ambient temperature on the geometric shape control of the main girder is eliminated. According to linear creep theory, a strain correction method based on the superposition principle is proposed to remove the strain induced by concrete shrinkage and creep. By identifying the pattern of the solar thermal effect on the main girder geometry, a double in-situ measurement interpolation method is proposed to predict the adjusted value of formwork erection elevation. The results show that the deviation between the measured and corrected stress values on the root section of the main girder under the maximum cantilever state of the main girder is 16%–23%, which verifies the necessity of strain correction. The corrected values of measured stress on each controlled section are essentially identical to the calculated values, and both have consistent change patterns throughout the construction process, which verifies the validity of the strain correction method. During the cantilever-construction stage, the vertical deformation of the main girder owing to the solar thermal effect is parabolic and significant; hence, the main girder geometry should be measured prior to sunrise. The double in-situ measurement interpolation method can effectively eliminate the adverse effects of solar thermal when lofting the vertical formwork elevation in a non-ideal period.

So far excavator retrofitting breaking hammer is commonly applied to impact breaking operation on rock, mountain and building body in engineering field. In practical operation fracture of the movable excavator arm frequently occurs. This thesis, in terms of dynamics, considers the breaking machine under three typical working conditions and aims at respective load solutions for the hinge point of the movable arm under each working condition. Modal analysis and harmonic response for the movable arm is conducted by means of finite element software. Analysis shows that the movable arm would not resonate at relatively high frequencies and external excitation load affects the movable arm noticeably at low frequencies. Damping increase of the working device of the breaking machine is needed to enable the external excitation frequency to avoid the primary and secondary inherent frequencies, and thus reduce the resonation opportunity of the movable arm.

With the transformation of various industries, a series of changes have taken place in the leisure industry. The college students with hearing impairment are a special group, and the quality of leisure life plays a decisive part of their physical and psychological development .In order to understand the relationship between leisure behavior and leisure satisfaction of hearing-impaired college students, 77 hearing-impaired college students from Leshan normal university were sampled by cluster to conduct a questionnaire survey. The results showed that the leisure behavior and leisure satisfaction of the hearing-impaired students were at medium level. Except for the correlation between recreation and health satisfaction, which is not remarkable, there is a significantly positive correlation between each dimension of leisure behavior and leisure satisfaction. The canonical correlation analysis showed that the influence of leisure behavior on leisure satisfaction was greater than that of leisure satisfaction on leisure behavior. Community organization and recreation in leisure behavior had positive effects on cognitive satisfaction.

Manufacturing system is a multi-level complex dynamic system composed of different types of machines, and machine fault is a major factor of manufacturing system’s reliability. Hence, identification of fault evolution path and intensity is the prerequisite of fault prevention for complex manufacturing system. In this paper, a new multi-level model of fault evolution in manufacturing system is proposed. Based on the multi levels of manufacturing system, fault evolution path of manufacturing system has two types.One is physical evolutionpath within a single machine, and the other is flow evolutionpath during manufacturing process. Physical evolution has small-world characteristics, its intensity is the product of fault evolution probability and fault-load between fault nodes. Flow evolutionis judged by production relationships between machines, its intensity is production loss of manufacturing system due to unexpected shutdown of machines. Therefore, the integrated intensity of fault evolution within manufacturing system isthe comprehensive result of physical evolution and flow evolution.Then, ant colony algorithm isapplied to search fault evolution path with maximum intensity, sorting steps of fault evolution intensity is given to support decision making of fault prevention in manufacturing system. In the end, a case study of headstock manufacturing system is provided to verify the efficiency of the proposed method.

Hence, identification of fault evolution path and intensity is the prerequisite of fault prevention for complex manufacturing system. In this paper, a new multi-level model of fault evolution in manufacturing system is proposed. Based on the multi levels of manufacturing system, fault evolution path of manufacturing system has two types.One is physical evolutionpath within a single machine, and the other is flow evolutionpath during manufacturing process. Physical evolution has small-world characteristics, its intensity is the product of fault evolution probability and fault-load between fault nodes. Flow evolutionis judged by production relationships between machines, its intensity is production loss of manufacturing system due to unexpected shutdown of machines. Therefore, the integrated intensity of fault evolution within manufacturing system isthe comprehensive result of physical evolution and flow evolution.Then, ant colony algorithm isapplied to search fault evolution path with maximum intensity, sorting steps of fault evolution intensity is given to support decision making of fault prevention in manufacturing system.
