Manufacturing Enterprise Executive Career Expectation and Enterprise Risk: Theoretical Path and Empirical Evidence 制造业企业高管职业期望与企业风险:理论路径与实证证据

This paper takes listed companies in Shanghai and Shenzhen stock markets as research samples to analyze and test the relationship between executive career expectation and enterprise risk. This paper argues that manufacturing enterprise executive career expectations have a dual impact on corporate risk, one is to increase corporate risk through investment effect, the other is to reduce corporate risk through reputation effect. The results show that, in the two effects, reputation effect plays a leading role, that is, the higher the career expectation of executives, the more attention they pay to the professional reputation they try to build. In order to protect their own reputation from damage, executives pay more attention to the risk management and internal control of enterprises, so as to reduce the risk of enterprises. This also shows that reputation has a "implicit" incentive effect on executives .This study provides a theoretical basis for enterprises to formulate "explicit" and "implicit" incentive contracts.
本文以沪深两市上市公司为研究样本,对高管职业预期与企业风险之间的关系进行分析和检验。本文认为制造业企业高管职业预期对企业风险具有双重影响,一是通过投资效应增加企业风险,二是通过声誉效应降低企业风险。结果表明,在两种效应中,声誉效应起主导作用,即高管的职业期望越高,越重视自己试图建立的职业声誉。为了保护自己的声誉不受损害,高管们更加重视企业的风险管理和内部控制,从而降低企业的风险。这也说明声誉对高管具有“隐性”激励效应,为企业制定“显性”和“隐性”激励契约提供了理论依据。

Analysis on Spatial Distribution of Rural Public Venues and Its Influencing Factors from Low-Carbon Perspective: Take Shijiaying Village as an example 低碳视角下农村公共场所空间分布及其影响因素分析——以石家营村为例

At present, rural areas are becoming the second largest source of greenhouse gas emissions, and it is imperative to explore a low-carbon construction and development model suitable for rural areas.In view of insufficient vitality of rural public venues, through a combination of field visits and investigations, ArcGIS spatial analysis and related mathematical statistics, the service range index and service distribution index of rural public venues are created, and Shijiaying Village, representative of the Guanzhong Plain area, is selected as an example to analyze the spatial distribution of its public venues. It is found that rural public venues present the overall characteristics of unbalanced spatial distribution, which are mainly manifested in the following aspects: first, administrative village-level public venues have small effective service range; second, there are distinctive differences in service distribution between different villages; third, rural public venues lack service in overall. Factors such as the distribution pattern of rural settlements, the location layout and type of the venues exert an important impact on the spatial distribution of rural public venues. The study is expected to provide a useful reference for the planning and construction of rural public venues and the quality improvement of human settlements in China in the new era.

Structure Design and Experimental Study of Pin-Cycloidal Planetary Reducer for the Pitch of High-Power Wind Turbine 大功率风力发电机桨距针摆线行星减速器结构设计与实验研究

In recent years, with the development of manufacturing technology and production capacity, wind power industry has been developed rapidly.A new type of pin-cycloidal planetary reducer was proposed in this studyfor the actuator of the pitch of high-power wind turbines. Based on the transformation mechanism method, the transmission efficiency of the reducer was calculated by analyzing the pin-cycloidal meshing efficiency, bearing efficiency, and output mechanism efficiency. Prototype testing were combined to systematically and deeply study the design theory of the reducer for the pitch of high-power wind turbines. Finally, a new design was proposed for a reliable two-stage pin-cycloidal planetary reducer with a strong bearing capacity and multi-tooth meshing on the hard gear surface that can be applied to the pitch system of high-power wind turbines.

Application of Analytic Hierarchy Process in Evaluating Higher Industry Vocational Colleges Financial Performance 层次分析法在高职院校财务绩效评价中的应用

The financial performance should be evaluated from the perspective of stakeholders in higher vocational colleges firstly. And according to the development status of higher vocational colleges in recent years, a set of evaluation index of financial performance with characteristics of higher vocational colleges should be divided into five major dimensions: the performance of talents training, teaching performance, scientific research performance, performance of social services, logistics support performance. Hence, the financial performance evaluation model based on AHP and five major dimensions is established to solve the major theoretical and practical issues of financial performance evaluation and monitoring in higher vocational colleges. We also try to evaluate the financial performance of some benchmark industry and engineering vocational colleges applying the AHP model. Using statistical program R to analysis the panel data, the results show that the reasonable standards and clear directions can improve the financial performance in higher vocational colleges.
高职院校财务绩效首先应从利益相关者的角度进行评价。并根据高职院校近年来的发展现状,将高职院校财务绩效评价指标划分为人才培养绩效、教学绩效、科研绩效、社会服务绩效、后勤保障绩效五大维度。为此,本文建立了基于层次分析法和五个主要维度的财务绩效评价模型,以解决高职院校财务绩效评价与监控的主要理论和实践问题。本文还尝试运用层次分析法对一些标杆工业与工程类职业院校的财务绩效进行评价。运用统计程序R对面板数据进行分析,结果表明,合理的标准和明确的方向能够提高高职院校财务绩效。

Lossless Watermarking Algorithm Based on Multiple-Base Notational System and Pixel Difference 基于多基符号系统和像素差的无损水印算法

In order to identify the authenticity of the industrial packaging, the solution to the current watermark technology is mainly to embed the same watermark capacity into each pixel value in the image, so that the watermark capacity is small, and the anti-distortion performance is not good. Data watermarking algorithm based on system and pixel difference. First divide the carrier image into non-overlapping sub-blocks, and calculate the pixel difference of each sub-block; introduce a hybrid system to obtain different bases. According to the pixel difference, the base selection rule is defined; considering the human visual characteristics, the pixel interval adaptive adjustment mechanism is designed to improve the coding technology and complete the watermark information embedding; finally, the watermark information extraction mechanism is established to restore the watermark. The experimental results show that compared with the current data watermarking algorithm, the proposed algorithm has ideal imperceptibility, as well as larger watermark capacity and lower distortion.

Malicious URL Detection Algorithm Based on Multi Neural Network Series 基于多神经网络序列的恶意URL检测算法

Abstract: Convolutional neural network based on attention mechanism and a bidirectional independent recurrent neural network tandem joint algorithm (CATIR) are proposed. In natural language processing related technologies, word vector features are extracted based on URLs, and the extracted URL information features and host information features are merged. The proposed CATIR algorithm uses CNN (Convolutional Neural Network) to obtain the deep local features in the data, uses the Attention mechanism to adjust the weights, and uses IndRNN (Independent Recurrent Neural Network) to obtain the global features in the data. The experimental results shows that the CATIR algorithm has significantly improved the accuracy of malicious URL detection based on traditional algorithms to 96.9%.Keywords: Malicious URL; CATIR; word vector feature; detection

A Heterogeneous Distributed Computing Model Based on Web Service 基于Web服务的异构分布式计算模型

Based on the in-depth study of the existing database synchronization model, in order to improve the cross platform ability of the system and facilitate the construction of small and medium-sized enterprise information platform, this paper proposes a heterogeneous distributed computing scheme based on Web service. The scheme uses JMS to realize the message transmission between systems, and uses web service technology to realize cross platform data reading and writing. In the aspect of distributed transaction processing, the two-phase commit protocol is improved to reduce the probability of system deadlock and effectively ensure the consistency of distributed database data. In order to improve the performance of distributed database system, cache technology is introduced, and the way of integrating cache and database transaction processing is proposed, which effectively ensures the validity of cache data. The architecture is oriented to program developers, who can develop efficient and convenient distributed database system on the basis of this architecture. Finally, this architecture is applied to the background management system of mobile express service. The running results show that the architecture can well meet the business requirements of distributed heterogeneous database system synchronization.

With the development of China's construction field, prefabricated building structure has gradually become a very common building structure in the current construction engineering by virtue of its many advantages in the actual construction field. Combined with the engineering practice, this paper summarizes the hoisting technology of precast composite slab and precast staircase in prefabricated building structure. This paper focuses on the optimization design of laminated plate support under the conditions of wood formwork and aluminum formwork system and the key and difficult points in the construction process, and puts forward a set of practical and feasible construction methods for prefabricated components. This paper focuses on the analysis of the design concept, materials, structural form, manufacturing technology, hoisting and installation, and construction technology of M-type light steel concrete composite slab. This paper discusses and summarizes the advantages and disadvantages of M-type light steel reinforced concrete composite slab at present, and analyzes its development and application prospects. At the same time, in order to determine the reasonable type of laminated plate, the material budget analysis of assembled laminated plates with different structural forms is carried out. The conclusions are as follows: PK prestressed concrete composite slab has great advantages in the whole material budget cost, which is suitable for all kinds of span buildings. One way steel truss slab and YH prestressed concrete composite slab are suitable for small span buildings.
随着中国建筑领域的发展,装配式建筑结构凭借其在实际建筑领域的诸多优势,逐渐成为当前建筑工程中非常常见的建筑结构。结合工程实践,对装配式建筑结构中预制组合楼板和预制楼梯的吊装技术进行了总结。本文针对木模板和铝模板体系条件下叠合板支撑的优化设计及施工过程中的重点和难点,提出了一套实用可行的预制构件施工方法。本文着重分析了m型轻钢混凝土组合楼板的设计理念、材料、结构形式、制造工艺、吊装安装、施工工艺。本文讨论和总结了目前m型轻钢混凝土组合楼板的优缺点,并分析了其发展和应用前景。同时,为了确定合理的层合板类型,对不同结构形式的拼装层合板进行了材料预算分析。研究结果表明:PK预应力混凝土组合板在整体材料预算成本上具有很大的优势,适用于各种跨度的建筑。单向钢桁架板和YH型预应力混凝土组合板适用于小跨度建筑。

3D printing technology is a rapid prototyping technology, which has been gradually applied in the mechanical automation manufacturing industry. 3D printing technology of mechanical parts is an important development direction of advanced mechanical automation manufacturing technology. At present, the research and development of SLM is a new hotspot in the field of rapid prototyping at home and abroad. The application of this technology can not only reduce the processing time, avoid the resource consumption caused by repeated adjustment of parameters, and make the mechanical manufacturing more accurate, more economical and more efficient. Based on this, this paper focuses on the application of 3D printing technology in mechanical manufacturing automation, and takes SLM as the research object, expounds the basic composition and forming principle of SLM. Based on the comparison of SLM technology at home and abroad, the future development direction of SLM technology is analyzed. At the same time, this paper designs SLM equipment with high efficiency, high cost performance, large range and traditional machining methods. The experimental results show that the 3D printing technology of metal parts is an important development direction of advanced mechanical automation manufacturing technology. The development direction of metal 3D printing in the future is to develop a portable and intelligent 3dslm device with high efficiency, high cost performance, high processing capacity and combination with traditional machining methods.

Statistics Analysis and Visualization for Big Data of E-commerce Platform Sales Evaluation 电子商务平台销售评价大数据统计分析与可视化

With the rapid increase in the sales scale of e-commerce platforms is accompanied by the rapid growth of consumer evaluation data on commodities at the same time. How to use big data analysis and visualization technology to mine the valuable information in the massive consumers evaluation data is an urgent issue in promoting the development of e-commerce platforms. However, the amount of e-commerce evaluation data is huge, growing fast, and mostly unstructured data, which is typical big data. In order to efficiently realize the visualization of e-commerce evaluation big data, this paper proposes an end-to-end four-layer framework for data visualization system. The data acquisition layer uses the Webcollector crawler to crawl a total of 420,000 mobile sales evaluation data on the JD website and stores them in the MySQL database; The data import layer uses the Sqoop tool to import MySQL data into the Hadoop platform; The data processing layer uses HDFS and MapReduce to process and analyze big data; The visualization implementation layer uses Jsp+Servelet+JavaScript+echart integrated technology to visualize the big data of distribution of mobile phone sales, user purchase impressions, and user mobile phone portraits. Which helps consumers choose their favorite mobile phones conveniently, and provide decision-making support for e-commerce companies to more accurately launch products, benefiting both parties
