As the late processing of rice straw may consume the cost and pollute the environment, this paper put forward a method to use the rice straw, namely, the rice straw is used as the raw material for making seedling trays. The process of seedling tray production was designed, and the method of obtaining raw materials and steps of seedling tray production were introduced. In addition, the overall structure, transmission system and the forming mold of the pneumatic molding machine were also designed and produced. Next, the seedling trays were made by using the production line to analyze the characteristics of the rice straw seedling strays. The study was intended to explore the rules about the influence of moisture content on the characteristics of the seedling strays. As the moisture content of the seedling trays increased, the seedling trays expanded, increasing the volume, density and mass. However, the ultimate tension and shear force borne by the seedling stray decreased along with the increase of moisture content. It could be known from the analysis that: rice straw seedling trays could satisfy the needs of rice nursery. Compared with the traditional plastic seedling tray, the rice straw seedling tray can simplify the production process and provide natural nutrients for rice seedlings.

Manufacturing is the mainstay of the national economy, the healthy development of manufacturing enterprises is of great significance. Based on the perspective of the quality of accounting information of manufacturing enterprises, the impact of government poverty alleviation policies on manufacturing is analyzed. Using the sample of manufacturing companies from 2016 to 2018, this article empirically examines the impact of manufacturing companies' participation in targeted poverty alleviation led by the government on the quality of their own accounting information. The study found that compared with manufacturing companies that didn't participate, manufacturing companies participating in targeted poverty alleviation showed higher quality of accounting information, and there was a significant positive correlation between the two. And after using the instrumental variable (IV) method to control the endogenous problem, the above conclusions were still stable. Further research found that the above relationship only existed significantly in the sample of non-state-owned manufacturing enterprises. The research has enriched the relevant literature on manufacturing and accounting governance, and has provided some enlightenment for how to improve the quality of accounting information of manufacturing companies against the realistic background.

It is urgent to study the location and capacity of charging station. In this paper, we will analyze the charging behavior of electric vehicles, and combined with the queuing theory model of electric vehicles, optimize the number of chargers by using the minimum objective function of the comprehensive cost of building charging stations. According to the maximum access power allowed by the distribution network, the service radius and scale of the target charging station are finally determined, and then 0-1 planning is used to finally determine the construction site. At the end, we give a specific example analysis to verify the effectiveness of the research results.

To efficiently reduce the development and production costs of the intelligent lifting control system, we introduce a design method for the intelligent lifting system with client-server architecture. We replace DSP processor core or DSP (Digital Signal processor) core with Nois II soft-core processor so that the design and production costs can be effectively cut. By replacing DSP processor or DSP processor core with Nois II soft-core processor, the design and production costs can be significantly reduced. In our design, loop vector control units work as a server processor, and a central computing unit with four independent multipliers and two adders is employed, with the implementation method based on a state machine. The experimental results prove effective in reducing resource requirements for FPGA (Field Programmable Gate Array), show that the proposed method can be successfully applied to the implementation of a complete intelligent flexible lifting control system on a low-end Altera Cyclone FPGA, and servo motor control achieves better dynamic performance

It is an effective way to prepare alumina by replacing bauxite with aluminous minerals. It was studied that the preparation of spherical sub-micron alumina from Hainan kaolin by alginate assisted dispersion. The results of the experiment showed that the alumina content in Hainan kaolin is more than 38%. The t process parameters as of extracting alumina by acid leaching were optimized by uniform design optimization method. The alumina extraction rate reached more than 97% with optimized process conditions. It was used as aluminum source material that he aluminum salt obtained from Hainan kaolin was treated with impurity removal. With this source material, and the purified alginate AG was used as dispersant,the α- Alumina powder with good sphericity, uniform dispersion and average particle size of about 350 was prepared.

In order to effectively improve the fault self-healing ability of pipeline communication system and reduce the events of communication interruption caused by fiber break or performance degradation of optical line, this paper introduces the basic principle, system composition working mode and technical requirements of OLP technology. The OLP system is firstly introduced into the relay section of long-distance pipeline to build the standby route with the spare optical fiber as material. When the in-service route is broken or the performance of optical fiber is reduced, the OLP system can automatically switch to the standby route within 50 ms to ensure the communication transmission service be uninterrupted, and even no error code alarm. Through engineering test in pipeline industry, the operability of OLP technology applied to the pipeline communication system is verified. Using the real-time monitoring data of optical cable through OLP system, we can analyze the evolution trend of optical cable line quality, precontrol in advance, and improve the level of communication management.

This paper studies the transformation and upgrading of sporting goods manufacturing industry in China, and discusses why the sporting goods manufacturing industry needs digital transformation from the perspective of "C2M" mode, and puts forward some suggestions on how to carry out the digital transformation of sporting goods manufacturing industry in China based on the "C2M" mode. This study explored the difference in the belief on mathematics teaching between teachers of International and public schools; In particular, it considered the beliefs of middle school teachers with regard to mathematics. This study also soldiered the relationship between teachers ‘conceptions and students’ attitude of learning mathematics. It employed the mixed method and design to identify the three different types of questionnaires were designed for 19 teachers, and 107students from five different schools. All statistical analysis were implemented by an open-source package, R. Some characteristic features affecting on teachers’ belief, conceptions, and students’ attitude were observed. Hence, there is a sightly effective relationship between the students’ personality relate with the teachers’ belief.
