Research on Renewable Resources in Circular Economy based on Intelligent Processing Technology and Product Life Cycle Analysis 基于智能加工技术和产品生命周期分析的循环经济中可再生资源研究

To achieve more real-time and efficient management of renewable resources and ensure the economic efficiency and environmental friendliness of the process, the renewable resources management mode based on intelligent processing and life cycle analysis was discussed. With the advantages of intelligent processing technology in perception, data collection, information network transmission and intelligent processing, the theory and method of life cycle analysis on environmental impact assessment were applied to the field of renewable resources management, so as to realize efficient and intelligent management of renewable resources. Meanwhile, the environmental effects of various renewable resources should be taken into account, and their respective advantages should be given full play to provide better services for the management of renewable resources.Finally, the combined application of the two was explored by taking the data as the integrating point.
为实现对再生资源更实时、更高效的管理,保证过程的经济效益和环境友好性,探讨了基于智能处理和生命周期分析的再生资源管理模式。利用智能处理技术在感知、数据采集、信息网络传输和智能处理等方面的优势,将环境影响评价生命周期分析的理论和方法应用于再生资源管理领域,实现对再生资源的高效、智能化管理。同时,要考虑到各种再生资源的环境效应,充分发挥各自的优势,为再生资源的管理提供更好的服务。最后,以数据为积分点,探索两者的结合应用。

Image Information Collection System Based on Python Web Crawler Technology 基于Python网络爬虫技术的图像信息采集系统

Collecting data from the Internet is the key to solve the problem of data sources. This paper studies the image information collection system based on Python web crawler technology.This paper studies and develops a data acquisition system based on Python web crawler technology, which realizes the automatic collection of subject data. In this paper, we use urllib, beautiful soup, threading library to design and develop a system model framework including data crawling, exception handling, robots protocol management and multithreading management modules. Through the application of specific cases, this paper introduces the data acquisition process. Experimental data show that compared with the traditional manual data acquisition, the proposed method greatly improves the work efficiency.

Design of Picking Robot Manipulator Control System Based on Fuzzy Compensation RBF Neural Network 基于模糊补偿RBF神经网络的拾取机器人机械手控制系统设计

Industrial manipulator occupies a very important position in industrial production. The tracking control of its control system and joint trajectory has always been a research hotspot. But the manipulator is a multi input multi output system, which has the characteristics of nonlinearity and strong coupling. Radial basis function (RBF) neural network has high nonlinear mapping ability. In this paper, the structure characteristics, learning algorithm and application of RBF neural network in manipulator control are analyzed. In this paper, the nonlinear approximation property of RBF neural network is theoretically verified. This paper analyzes the basic structure of picking manipulator system in detail. At the same time, the Lagrange Euler method is used to deduce the dynamic equation of the two degree of freedom series manipulator, and the inertia characteristics, Coriolis force and centripetal force characteristics, heavy torque characteristics are analyzed. The nonlinear system model of manipulator based on S-function is established in MATLAB, and the dynamic model is transformed into the form of second-order differential equation to facilitate the introduction of the designed algorithm.

With the development of information technology, Industrial Big Data Analysis (BDA) has become the most important link in China's E-commerce, but the development of BDA in China's E-commerce has been greatly restricted by talents. The main reason is that the specialty of Industrial BDA and the practicality of E-commerce are difficult to be well integrated in China's existing education system, which is due to the very special development history of E-commerce in China. The training of talents for E-commerce BDA has become a structural problem in China.

Analysis of the Status Quo of theElder care Industryin Qingdao Cityand Its Influencing Factors 青岛市养老产业发展现状及影响因素分析

The gradually accelerated aging process in China has become alargeobstacle for the sustainability of socioeconomic development. Thus it is urgent to develop elder care industry to meet the increasing needs of caring for the aged. This research is to analyse the current situation of the eldercare industry in Qingdao city, Shandong Province, and to identify the corresponding influencing factorsto provide a reference for developing governmental elder care policies to improve industrial development of elder care. Method: 1,008 research subjects aged 60 and over, from two randomly selected administrative regions of Qingdao City, were surveyedby a stratified random sampling in June and July of 2019. A questionnaire investigation was conducted to determine the respondents’preferencesfor the kinds of care services andto analyze the corresponding influencing factors. There were 1,002 completed questionnaires, of which 559 (55.8%) people selected home-based care, 98 (21.1%) selected community-based care, and 443 (44.2%) chose institution-based care.The multi-factor analysis showed that the risk factorsaffecting options of elder care were: living alone, low income, low pension, and poor mental health (OR > 1 and P<0.05). By contrast,living alonewas a protective factor for the elderly to choose institutional nursing care (OR<1 and P<0.05). Currently, in Qindao city, home-based care remains the primaryoptionof the aged, but the proportion of both community and institution elderly service has increased. Diversified home-based care should be promoted to satisfy the requirement forelder care in the aging society.

Research on the Impact of Third-Party Certification on Green Bond Spread of the Green Industry-Considering the Effect of the Nature of Property Rights 基于产权性质影响的第三方认证对绿色产业绿色债券利差影响研究

Capital is the most basic element of production organization, and green bonds are important financing sources for the green industry. Financingcosts directly affect the steady development of the green industry. In order to verify whether third-party certification can reduce the financing cost of green bonds and whether the nature of property rights has an impact on the reduction, 285 green bonds issued from 2016 to 2019 are taken as samples, and then a hierarchical multiple statistical regression analysis method is adopted to conduct a quantitative study. The results show that third-party certification, as a unique credit enhancement method for green bonds, can significantly reduce green bond spreads. In addition, it isgreater that the effect on non-state-owned enterprises’ green bonds is. Since bond spread isamain part of financing costs, the above means that third-party certification can reduce the financing costs of green bonds, especiallyfor non-state-owned enterprises. In this regard, starting from reducing the cost of green bonds, the paper proposes to improve the green bond evaluation and certification standards as soon as possible, non-state-owned enterprises particularly should actively carry out third-party certification, and the government needs to further increase the implementation of third-party certification as well as strengthen multi-party cooperation.

Research on Construction Schedule Control and Management Based on Particle Swarm Optimization 基于粒子群优化的施工进度控制与管理研究

Project management is to use scientific theories and methods, and coordinate to achieve the objectives of project establishment. It must be clearly seen that there are many problems in the management of construction enterprises in China, and the management level of construction projects is not uniform. The whole process of building construction is the process of putting in labor, building materials and technical methods to produce building products that meet the requirements. As an enterprise, it must consider its own economic benefits. Different projects can be divided into several stages with different contents and numbers according to specific conditions. The results of the operation of the project management activities are significant or not, and become the key to whether the construction enterprise construction project group can generate enterprise benefits. Based on the particle swarm optimization algorithm, this paper provides some references for such project management by discussing the relationship between construction schedule and economic benefit, construction schedule and quality management. We should conduct in-depth and systematic research on China's project management model and organizational environment, and try to better suit the project management operation mechanism of China's national conditions.

The“PrivateSchool with Public Assistance” Education Policy of Macao is implemented with strong financial support from the government.Rawls' “Justice” thought contains ideological connotations such as equal freedom, fair opportunity, and difference principles. The two justice principles proposed by Rawls have profound value enlightenment for the adjustment of interests and the reconciliation of contradictions in social issues.In Macau, the industrial manufacturing industry is relatively lacking. The development of tourism and gaming industry has accumulated a solid financial foundation for Macau.Currently, the basic education in Macau presents a pattern in which private schools are the mainstay. The government’s subsidy policy for private schools can be inspired by Rawls’s “Justice” thoughts to think about achieving equal educational opportunities, fair resource allocation, and differentiated adjustment of distribution standards.

Experimental Study on Flow Structure around Spur Dikes of Different Types 不同类型直堤围流结构试验研究

As water damage phenomenon of spur dike exists generally, spur dike must be maintained in order to ensure its regulation function, but its structure changed in the process of maintenance.  In order to find out flow structure around the spur dike of different pattens, through generalized flume model tests, variation characteristics of water surface profile and flow velocity around the spur dike of five different pattens were analysed. The results show that the straight head had a greater influence than hook head spur dike on the water surface profile, circular cross-section had smaller effects than trapezoidal cross-section spur dike on the water surface profile; Velocity of Choke area and contraction order from large to small is trapezoidal cross-section and fan straight head dike, trapezoidal cross-section and arc straight head dike, arc section and arc straight head dam, trapezoidal cross-section and fan hook head dike, trapezoidal cross-section arc hook head dike; Cross section vertical velocity distribution from large to small is trapezoidal cross-section and fan hook head dam, trapezoidal cross-section and circular straight head dike, arc cross-section and circular straight head dam, trapezoidal cross-section and circular hook head dike.

Research on the International Exchange and Cooperation in Education under the BRI Based on Review of the Documentary Materials “一带一路”下的国际教育交流与合作研究——基于文献资料的梳理

Based on case analyses of educational exchange between China and the Soviet Union in 1950s recorded in documentary materials, this study probes into the ways to establish, under the guidance of “the Belt and Road Initiative”, cultural diplomatic relations and educational cooperation among countries and regions along the Belt and Road by giving a chronological study of China’s cultural diplomacy. And on that basis, it further explores how cultural exchange and international relations connect and influence each other with an analysis from both diachronic and synchronic perspectives. This study will provide academic support for the Belt and Road countries to carry out cultural exchanges, and it is particularly instructive for them to explore new ways and countermeasures of educational exchange.
本研究通过文献资料对20世纪50年代中苏教育交流的个案分析,通过对中国文化外交的时间顺序研究,探讨在“一带一路”倡议的指导下,如何与“一带一路”沿线国家和地区建立文化外交关系和教育合作。在此基础上,进一步从历时性和共时性两个角度分析文化交流与国际关系之间的联系和相互影响。本研究将为“一带一路”沿线国家开展文化交流提供学术支持,尤其对探索教育交流的新途径和新对策具有指导意义。
