Establishment and Application of Hospital BIM Based on Point Cloud and Image Fusion for Infectious Disease (Novel Corona Virus Pneumonia) 基于点云和图像融合的传染病(新型冠状病毒肺炎)医院BIM的建立与应用

Since neither a single high-precision 3D coordinate laser point cloud nor a oblique image of high-precision spectral information can make the computer understand the data as human, in order to accurately and completely understand the object in the real world, in this paper, the fusion of the point cloud and the oblique image is studied for the understanding and application of the real object buildings by establishing a BIM model. Firstly, point cloud data and image data are acquired by different data acquisition methods. Laser point cloud and oblique image are fused by installation parameters so that geometric elements are consistent and benchmark is unified. Processing level is not limited to element level only, so as to ensure the integrity of information, and the fused mutual information remains consistent in scale, texture and direction. Secondly, under the condition of space-time synchronization, the relationship between point cloud and image in geometric space is established, and the alternating "energy transfer" is used for shape prediction and visual filling by matching under texture mapping constraints to enhance the semantic information of the 3D scene. Finally, a 3D building information model is established. Using the experimental results to track the whole life cycle (design, construction, operation) in real time saves the cost of building rework, reduces the building cycle, and improves the building accuracy. Especially based on BIM during Novel Coronavirus Pneumonia: analyze hospital space resource management and elastic function; construct medical unit model of infectious disease hospital; simulate and optimize medical process in infectious disease hospital; rapidly construct prefabricated infectious disease emergency hospital; simulate hospital infection path and dynamics; the auxiliary design and construction of infectious disease treatment in existing hospitals; The monitoring analysis and automatic control of hospital infection safety operation.

Analysis on the Effect of Protective Equipment Training on Hospital Infection Managers 防护装备培训对医院感染管理人员的效果分析

Objectives: To analyze the effect of personal protective equipment training on new hospital infection managers. Methods: Personnel are divided into two batches by region. Adopt a diversified training model to train all personnel, finally conduct practical assessments and issue certificates. Collect information through information technology, analyze questionnaires, and understand trainees’ circumstances before and after the training. Each training batch has uniform teachers and the same training methods. Results: After the training, the trainees' proficiency in putting on and taking off protective equipment increased by 22.85%, and ability to choose protective equipment according to different working environments increased by 22.04%; 78.23% trainees believed that practical exercises should be emphasized. Taking off protective clothing was considered as the most difficult link in practical training (91.13%), followed by putting on protective clothing (70.43%). 96.24% trainees believed that this training is helpful for future work. Conclusions: It is quite necessary to implement personal protective equipment training among new hospital infection managers; where, practical training, assessment, information-based questionnaire survey, expert theory teaching have achieved good results; the training helps reduce occupational exposure-induced hospital infection, and at the same time, avoids improper use of protective materials and waste.

Research on the Influencing Factors of the Willingness of New Professional Farmers to Participate in Skills Training and Its Promotion during the Development of Urban ModernAgriculture 都市现代农业发展中新型职业农民参与技能培训意愿的影响因素及提升研究

Objective: Talent is the key factor in the implementation of the Rural Revitalization Strategy. Based on the willingness and influencing factors of new professional farmers to participate in skill training in the development of modern urban agriculture, this study seeks to study the education of professional farmers from the perspective of demand. Methods: Based on the questionnaire survey data of new vocational farmers in Wenzhou, this study systematically analyzed the current situation, training willingness, training methods, and training effect of new vocational training, and made quantitative statistical analysis of the original basic data. Combined with the characteristics of agricultural industry and post, this study empirically analyzed their perception of participating in skill training and the influencing factors. Results: The number of new vocational farmers willing to participate in training was significantly higher than that of farmers unwilling to participate in training. The frequency of technical problems encountered in agricultural production, the times of training, the evaluation of training effect, effect, cost, teacher level, hardware level, certificate, and other factors have a significant impact on the willingness of new vocational farmers to participate in skills training. Conclusion: This study proposes to build a vocational occupation education system to enhance the training intention of new occupation farmers. During the COVID-19, the innovative form of webcast sales realized the unification of technology and service.

Objectives: This research proposes a smart environmental protection monitoring system based on the Internet of Things technology, which is used to solve the monitoring data collection of the source of waste discharge of enterprises and organizations, as well as the monitoring of waste transportation and real-time monitoring at the end of waste treatment.Methods: The system covers the whole-process big data of environmental protection from waste classification and reuse, collection and transportation, online trading, production control to product traceability and government supervision. Results: Realizes unmanned supervision.Conclusions: Fills the gap in waste classification supervision in China.

Relationship between Corporate Social Responsibility and Corporate Value of Listed Forestry Companies: A case study in China 林业上市公司社会责任与企业价值的关系——以中国为例

In this study, a sample of 100 was obtained from 20 listed forestry companies in China to explore the relationship between corporate social responsibility and corporate value for the period 2013 to 2017. The study concentrated mainly on corporate social responsibility to the shareholders, creditors, suppliers, consumers, employees, government and community and how it influence corporate value. In front of the covid-19, companies are facing market pressure and non-market pressure in fulfilling their social responsibilities The SPSS statistical software was used for analysis. The result shows a positive relationship between corporate responsibility to shareholders, creditors, employees, consumers, suppliers and government and corporate value. In a short period, the enterprise's donation would bring down the enterprise's value, but in the long-run, the enterprises that donate more would experience an increase in enterprise's value. The positive effect of corporate social responsibility on the enterprise value of forestry-listed companies is not obvious in the short term.

An Approach to 1/f Noise Detection Based on Adaptive T-ATFPF Algorithm 基于自适应T-ATFPF算法的1/f噪声检测方法

The generation of 1/f noise is closely related to the quality defects of IGBT devices. In the process of detecting IGBT single tube noise, thermal noise and shot noise show obvious white noise characteristics in the low frequency band, which are detected under the background of strong white noise 1/f noise can characterize the performance of IGBT devices. Therefore, on the basis of the Time-Frequency Peak Filtering (TFPF) algorithm, a two-dimensional time-domain adaptive T-ATFPF algorithm is proposed, and the adaptive segmentation is realized by means of the confidence interval crossing criterion based on Chebyshev’s inequality. Variable window length,use a small window length to process the signal section, which retains more detailed information of the effective signal.Use a larger window length to process the buffer section to ensure a smooth transition.Use the large window length to process the noise section, which more effectively suppresses randomness for noise, apply T-ATFPF to artificial synthesis model and actual model. Experimental results indicate that compared with the conventional algorithm, the improved method can better recover 1/f noise, and the ratio of signal to noise is greatly improved by about 1.3dB.

Life Prediction Method of Power Battery for New Energy Vehicle 新能源汽车动力电池寿命预测方法

Battery life is a key factor restricting the development of new energy vehicle manufacturing industry.Taking a LiMn2O4 power battery as an example, the life prediction method of power battery based on performance degradation data was studied. It is found that the capacity of the battery basically conforms to the decline trajectory of the power function, and the pseudo failure life of the battery is extrapolated by using the decline model. The distribution of pseudo failure life is studied, and the results are consistent with the fitting effect of Weibull distribution. Finally, the reliability of the battery is evaluated based on Weibull life distribution. This paper analyzes the influence of the actual cycle data on the prediction accuracy. The test results show that the life model and reliability evaluation method have high accuracy, and solve the problems of long life evaluation cycle and high cost of power battery.

Research and Design of P2P-SIP System Network Structure Based on JXTA 基于JXTA的P2P-SIP系统网络结构研究与设计

The network structure of P2P-SIP system based on JXTA is one of the core technologies in industrial intelligent Internet.JXTA is an open peer-to-peer platform, which provides basic application services for building P2P network. This paper chooses JXTA development platform to build P2P network, and then constructs SIP soft terminal on it. Firstly, it introduces the background knowledge, related research, P2P network technology, JXTA technology and SIP protocol. Then, the feasibility of p2p sip system is analyzed, including the combination of P2P and sip, network structure and framework structure. Then the routing mechanism of JXTA is deeply studied, including distributed index of shared resources, limited range traversal, dynamic view of sink node and loose and consistent distributed hash table (DHT). At the same time, this paper proposes an improvement strategy to overcome the shortcomings of JXTA routing mechanism such as limited range traversal and loose consistent DHT, that is, introducing the chord ring of consistent hash algorithm in the aggregation network layer. Based on the in-depth study of JXTA structured network and SIP protocol, a P2P SIP system is designed and implemented. The experimental results show that the system can maintain normal SIP communication without maintaining the central server.
