Review of Optimal Allocation Methods of Energy Storage in Different Applications of Power System 电力系统不同应用中储能优化分配方法综述

With widely application of energy storage technology in power system, the function and configuration method of energy storage system (ESS)in different scenarios have become the focus. In the grid side, energy storage can participate in safety accident response, power grid frequency control, peak shaving, power grid upgrading delay and easing transmission line congestion, etc. In the power supply side it is mainly used to improve the power supply flexibility and controllability; In the user side it is mainly used to improve power quality, arbitrage through peak valley, as well as providing uninterrupted power supply to ensure reliability. Due to different application conditions and purpose under different scenarios, energy storage configuration requirements are also vary. So it leads to various configuration method and lack of a unified evaluation index. In this paper, the existing optimization configuration method their respective advantages and disadvantages are analyzed, and then, the ideas, principles and basic evaluation index in common scenario are summarized. It provides reference basis for energy storage optimization in power system.
随着储能技术在电力系统中的广泛应用,储能系统在不同场景下的功能和配置方法成为人们关注的焦点。在电网侧,储能可参与安全事故响应、电网调频、调峰、电网升级延时、缓解输电线路拥塞等。在供电端主要用于提高电源的灵活性和可控性;在用户端主要用于提高电能质量,通过峰谷套利,以及提供不间断供电以确保可靠性。由于不同场景下的应用条件和目的不同,储能的配置要求也有所不同。这就导致配置方法多种多样,缺乏统一的评价指标。本文分析了现有的优化配置方法各自的优缺点,总结了常见场景下优化配置方法的思路、原理和基本评价指标。为电力系统的储能优化提供参考依据。

Particle Swarm Optimization Based on Punctuated-equilibrium Model 基于点状平衡模型的粒子群优化

This paper presents a modified particle swarm optimization, named as punctuated-equilibrium particle swarm optimization (PEPSO). This method refers to punctuated-equilibrium Model (PEM) which is a pattern of group development in organizational behavior. PEM uses the long-term equilibrium phase and the short-term abrupt phase to solve the problem of group stagnation. The present work mathematically modelled this alternating process. The efficiency of the proposed PEPSO was evaluated using CEC 2014 benchmark functions. The experiments showed that PEPSO could solve premature convergence and had more good convergence accuracy than PSO on some test functions. Furthermore, it was also confirmed that the swarm was divided into different groups and the individuals of every group almost acted in unison. This provides a good explanation between PSO and organizational behavior from a new experimental perspective.

Optimal Allocation Method of Energy Storage Considering Probability Distribution of New Energy Power Fluctuation 考虑新能源功率波动概率分布的储能优化配置方法

With constantly increased penetration of new energy power generation such as wind and pv, it has imposed the challenges on operation and control of power systems due to power fluctuations. In order to reduce the influences, an optimal allocation method of energy storage considering probability distribution of new energy fluctuation is proposed. The probability distribution characteristics of different time-scale power fluctuations of new energy power are obtained by probability statistics. According to the probability distribution characteristics and fluctuation index, a probability indicator calculation model which contains time-scale and fluctuation amplitude is set up. The model is then solved by iterative calculations to get minimum compensation power of the required energy storage. Thus, its rated power, capacity and initial state of charge are calculated. This method only compensates the fluctuated power that does not meet the fluctuation index, and has no impact on the power already satisfied. Through calculation and analysis using the data measured from a 50MW photovoltaic power station, the method is proved to be correct and effective.

Simulation Research on Damping Control of Vane Damper in Active Arm-Type Torsion Suspension 主动臂式扭悬架中叶片阻尼器阻尼控制的仿真研究

Based on the structure of the active arm type torsion suspension, this paper proposes an optimal control algorithm for the damping force of the vane damper which integrates the road surface information. Firstly, the structural characteristics and working principle of the active arm-type torsional suspension and vane damper are introduced. Then, the mathematical model of the damper and suspension system is proposed, and the dynamic characteristics of the arm suspension system are analyzed. Finally, based on the fuzzy PID control algorithm, a system simulation model based on road surface information is built. The simulation results show that the control strategy of the vane damper can improve the ride comfort of the suspension.
根据主动臂式扭转悬架的结构特点,提出了一种结合路面信息的叶片式减振器阻尼力最优控制算法。首先,介绍了主动臂式扭悬架和叶片减振器的结构特点和工作原理;然后,建立了减振器和悬架系统的数学模型,分析了悬架系统的动态特性。最后,基于模糊PID控制算法,建立了基于路面信息的系统仿真模型。仿真结果表明,叶片阻尼器的控制策略可以提高悬架的平顺性。

A Review of Image Compressed Sensing in Deep Learning 深度学习中图像压缩感知的研究进展

In recent years, deep learning has developed rapidly in the field of image recognition, which provides a new idea for the reconstruction of compressed sensing. The new method based on deep learning can measures the correlation between the measurement signal and the original signal through network , which not only has high reconstruction accuracy, but also significantly reduces the time consuming, showing the great potential of deep learning in the field of compressed sensing reconstruction. This paper sorts out the current image compressed sensing reconstruction methods based on deep learning, analyzes the characteristics and key steps of the algorithm according to three different deep network structures, and finally looks forward to the development direction of compressed sensing reconstruction based on deep learning.

Study on Field Emission Properties of Carbon Nanotubes Grown on Different Metal Substrates 不同金属基质上生长的碳纳米管场发射特性研究

In this study, we fabricate the carbon nanotubes (CNTs) on different metal substrates via a simple and economic growing process by using a spraying device to inject the catalyst into the reaction chamber. The microstructure and field emission properties of the CNTs grown by three different metal substrates are researched. The results show that the CNTs grown on the high-voltage aluminum alloy substrate have optimal field emission properties. The turn-on electric field and threshold electric field is 0.92 V/μm and 2.58 V/μm respectively and the field enhancement factor is 20930. Lastly, the field emission current stability of the CNTs is tested, finding the field emission current of the CNTs grown on the high-voltage aluminum alloy substrate is the stablest. The high current density and good stability demonstrate that the CNTs grown on the high-voltage aluminum alloy substrate could be the promising and highly efficient field electron emitters.

Optimization Design of Lens Roll-Pin Flexible Support Structure 透镜滚销柔性支撑结构的优化设计

There is a relative contradiction between the stiffness requirement and the size and weight of the lens roll-pin flexible support structure. Aim to solve this contradiction, the mechanical model of the roll-pin flexible element was established, and the radial and tangential stiffness of the roll-pin flexible element were theoretically deduced and verified by finite element method by using cartesian theorem. Then, based on the stiffness formula, the optimization design model with geometric configuration parameters was constructed, and the optimization design model was applied to a lens with a diameter of 400mm. The results showed that the simulation was basically consistent with the theoretical design. Finally, based on the optimized design, the improved design of the circular roll-pin flexible structure was carried out and the finite element analysis was completed. The results show that the weight of the improved design is reduced by 10%, the maximum contact stress is reduced by 10%.

A Risk Budgeting Approach Improved by Genetic Algorithms 一种改进的遗传算法风险预算方法

The risk budgeting approach has been applied to manage and monitor the portfolio risk of large and sophisticated institutional investors. How to decide proper parameters to obtain the optimal or near-optimal solutions for the risk budgeting approach is a problem. In this paper, a risk budgeting approach improved by genetic algorithms is proposed. Experiment results on real financial data demonstrate that, compared with some traditional methods, the proposed algorithm is capable of generating a set of parameters which can attain near-optimal return on investment with high probability and computational complexity of searching process also has been reduced.
风险预算方法已被应用于管理和监测大型和成熟的机构投资者的投资组合风险。如何确定适当的参数以获得风险预算方法的最优或近最优解是一个问题。本文提出了一种改进遗传算法的风险预算方法。在真实金融数据上的实验结果表明,与一些传统方法相比,该算法能够以高概率生成一组接近最优投资回报的参数,并且降低了搜索过程的计算复杂度。

How to decide proper parameters to obtain the optimal or near-optimal solutions for the risk budgeting approach is a problem. In this paper, a risk budgeting approach improved by genetic algorithms is proposed. On the Road of Automated Pollen Recognition 在花粉自动识别的道路上

. Identifying all the pollen species present on earth, and more particularly in a territory, is a major concern for palynologists. This is an arduous task that can be automated using artificial intelligence. Many studies have tried to solve this problem by using machine learning and deep learning. In this paper, we present three pollen recognition approaches: Classification with no examples, recognition with a sufficient number of examples, recognition with un-sufficient number of examples. For each of them, we propose respectively to use Visual Bag of Word and expectation-maximization clustering algorithms, Classification using Local Binary patterns and the Gabor Filter Feature, Local Binary Patterns and Prototypical Networks. We find 77,38% recognition for 10 pollen species rate for the first one, 90.80 % for training with a sufficient number of examples and 80 species, and 20 different pollen species and finally 84,30% for the third approach with one example for training and 20 species.

Research on the Industrial Economy and Transformation Strategy of Liudong New Area 柳东新区产业经济与转型战略研究

Under the new economic situation, China's industrial structure was in a period of adjustment and transformation. This paper investigated the current status of the industrial economy and industrial structure of Liudong New Area, and derived the problems of traditional automobile industry transformation, emerging industry cultivation, and service industry optimization, which need to be resolved. Finally, the development strategies such as the extension of the automobile industry chain, driving related emerging industries, optimizing the ecological environments of funds-talents-technology were proposed, also adopting the "governmentResearch-Enterprise linkage" working model to promote the industrial transformation of the "trillion-city action plan".
在新的经济形势下,中国产业结构正处于调整转型时期。本文通过对柳东新区产业经济和产业结构现状的调查,得出了传统汽车产业转型、新兴产业培育、服务业优化等亟待解决的问题。最后,提出了延伸汽车产业链、带动相关新兴产业、优化资金-人才-技术生态环境、采用“政研企联动”工作模式推进“万亿城市行动计划”产业转型等发展战略。
