Red soil is widely distributed in China, with strong acidity and low nutrient content. It needs to be fertilized and improved when planting crops. The effects of Fertilization on the parent material, phosphorus and sulfur elements in red soil were discussed. Six groups of control experiments were set up, in which different fertilizer combinations were used as the base fertilizer of red soil. The organic matter, phosphorus, pH value and crop growth in red soil were observed by planting wheat and corn. The results showed that the mixed application of chemical fertilizer and organic fertilizer could maintain the fertility of red soil and acid and alkali. The control effect of degree is the best. Therefore, in the process of red soil improvement, we should pay attention to the application of organic fertilizer.

Aiming at modeling difficulty of the random and time-varying disturbance on the Electro-Optical Stabilized Platforms (EOSPs), a control algorithm of perturbation rejecter + Disturbance Observer (DOB) is proposed by combining the advantage of the rejecter and observer, to improve the robust performance of whole control system and the performance of disturbance suppression. The above control methods are validated in dual-rate loop structure under different friction load and effectively improve the stabilize accuracy of EOSPs. The results show that the compensation strategies of coordinating with one another can constrain effectively the impact of control performance caused by disturbance and load change, and improve the platforms’ stabilization accuracy. According to experimental verification, the control method is effective and applicable in different load conditions, and can provide reference resources and basis for engineering application of the control algorithm.

Objective: Taking DOMS mechanism as the center, tries to find the countermeasures to deal with the muscle pain and prevent the injury in the pre competition training of college games. Methods: 125 students from Guangxi University of science and technology were randomly selected to participate in the training. The data of muscle pain and injury during the training were statistically analyzed. The mechanism of pain and injury was studied from lactate mechanism, glycolysis system, DOMS threshold and other aspects. Results: Muscle pain and injury mainly occur in pre competition training, especially in freshmen. Lack of rest after heavy load is easy to cause muscle pain, DOMS and muscle injury. Conclusion: Pain, DOMS, injury is a gradual process of comprehensive effects of exercise load, energy, material metabolism, etc; controlling load intensity, supplementing water, energy, material, can effectively prevent DOMS, and timely recovery after DOMS can effectively avoid sports injury.

In recent years, the frequent occurrence of natural disasters and the increasing losses have made the traditional insurance and reinsurance markets insufficient in underwriting capacity. An alternative method for covering these losses is to transfer part of the catastrophic losses to financial market by issuing catastrophe-linked bonds. In this paper, we proposed a contingent claim model for pricing catastrophe risk bonds in a stochastic interest rate environment with the aggregate claims following a two-dimensional semi-Markov process where claims sizes follow heavy-tailed GPD distribution. Then, we estimated the parameters of the pricing model using real earthquake data in China from 1996 to 2017. Finally, we used Monte Carlo simulations to obtain the bond prices, and analyzed the numerical results.

Light emitting diode(LED) sources are massively distributed in the computers, display screens and other industrial electronics terminal devices, which not only indicate device status, but can also be used for information transmission. This paper takes a hard drive disk LED indicator embedded on a personal computer as example for statistical analysis. However, due to the fact that we cannot skip the operating system to control the indicators directly, the problem of clock drift is particularly serious. In response, we put forward our scheme of pulse width long-short-key modulation instead of traditional on-off-keying (OOK) modulation, which is optimized by simulation and verified by hardware experiment subsequently. As is indicated in the experiment, our modulation is superior to traditional OOK scheme at the same average data rate. Based on the analysis above, programming interfaces of sending and receiving terminals are designed to transmit real-time messages, files, or voice signal.

Most of the benefits of the flexible welfare system will include some of the welfare items that companies must provide or ethically should provide. These benefits, which are operated in accordance with social norms, are forcibly incorporated into the market norms by “points” exchange, limiting employees’ rights. There are ethical issues in the flexible welfare system of enterprises.

Abstract. The history of social development is the history of technological progress. Social development provides a good external environment for AI, and AI promotes social development. This paper analyzes the social system from a macro perspective, and studies the impact of artificial intelligence on the economic, employment, legal, life and ethical issues in the social system, as well as the relationship between the various elements. The fuzzy cognitive map (FCM) model is constructed through expert investigation, and the evolution of reasoning simulates the changing trend of social state. Finally, the profound impact of the development of artificial intelligence on the society is elaborated from different perspectives, which provides reference for the government, enterprises and institutions and teenagers to cope with future challenges.

Recently, correlation filter is widely used in visual tracking for its robust and accuracy. However, it is still a challenge in tracking with complex situations such as target blurring, occlusion, and scale variation. In this paper, a correlation filter-based tracker with resampling-detection and scale estimation is proposed. We use multiple features with adaptive fusion to describe the target appearance, and resampling-detection module will be performed on the frame which tracking confidence determined by PSR is lower than a threshold. Besides, scale pyramid is introduced to estimate the scale. The extensive experimental evaluates on the OTB benchmark and results show that our approach outperforms the baseline trackers and has excellent performance in accuracy and robust, especially on the challenge of fast motion and motion blur. Additionally, our approach is computationally efficient and suitable for real-time applications.

Individual insurance purchase prediction can help effectively and accurately advertise to maximize sales. Most current insurance purchase prediction model only considers whether a customer will buy certain insurance. In this way, the prediction will be time-consuming with the rapid growth of the number of insurance products. In order to provide more effective and efficient marketing methods for insurance companies, this work proposes a K-Partition Ensemble Multi-Label classification model to predict the customer’s possible future insurance purchase. First, by transforming the insurance purchase prediction problem into a multi-label classification problem, the balance between features and labels of data division in the insurance purchasing dataset is explored. Second, a k-partition ensemble multi-label classification model is introduced, where each distinct label constitutes in the training set as a new category of a single-label classification task, and the random forest is used for multi-class classification. The empirical test is carried out using the Insurance Company Case data from CoIL Challenge 2000. We find prediction classifiers perform the best when the number of labels is around 20. Empirical evidence indicates that our model manages to improve substantially over other 3 classical multi-label classification algorithms with relatively little time, especially in domains with a large number of labels. The research results also provide a new idea and useful reference for the application in specific fields construction of data models based on the multi-label evaluation.
