A Method for Dynamically Assessing Credit Risk of Internet Financial Service Platform 互联网金融服务平台信用风险动态评估方法

This paper comprehensively uses the fuzzy cognitive graph method and entropy weight method to dynamically assess the credit risk of Internet financial service platforms. First, a platform credit risk indicator system was constructed. Secondly, the genetic algorithm is used to learn the fuzzy cognitive graph weight matrix. Then, the fuzzy cognitive graph inference mechanism is used to predict the dynamic changes of the credit risk index and the stable state finally achieved. Finally, combined with the index weights calculated by the entropy weight method, the credit risks of the three online lending platforms are dynamically assessed. This paper realizes the dynamic assessment and prediction of Internet financial service platforms, and provides theoretical support for the credit risk of government supervision platforms.
本文综合运用模糊认知图法和熵权法对互联网金融服务平台的信用风险进行动态评估。首先,构建平台信用风险指标体系。其次,采用遗传算法学习模糊认知图权重矩阵;然后,利用模糊认知图推理机制预测信用风险指标的动态变化,最终达到稳定状态。最后,结合熵权法计算的指标权重,对三家网络借贷平台的信用风险进行动态评估。本文实现了对互联网金融服务平台的动态评估与预测,为政府监管平台的信用风险提供理论支持。

Research on Chinese Text Semantic Matching Base on BERT and BiLSTM_Attention 基于BERT和BiLSTM_Attention的中文文本语义匹配研究

In this paper, to further improve the matching accuracy of text semantic matching, which is based on BERT (Bidirectional Encoder Representations from Transformers) fine-tuning, we propose a novel model, which is combine BERT and Attention-Based Bidirectional Long Short-Term Memory Networks (BERT+BiLSTM_Attention). Indeed, outputs of the BERT are further given as inputs of the Bidirectional Long Short-Term Memory Networks (BiLSTM), after that the attention mechanism is further used to capture the needed interactive information and attend those informative words that have a significant impact on semantics. In order to optimize the model, the piecewise constant decay strategy is adopted to control the learning rate. In addition, the weights of BERT are updated to make our model more suitable to the downstream tasks. Finally, experimental results demonstrate that the accuracy of the proposed model is better than LSTM-DSSM model 7.1% in a large-scale Chinese question matching corpus. And 0.12 points higher than BERT based direct fine-tuning.

China's "Demographic Dividend" and the Transformation of Foreign Direct Investment 中国的“人口红利”与外商直接投资的转型

Since the reform and opening up, China has made full use of the advantages of the demographic dividend in the process of demographic transition, and achieved rapid economic development. However, since 2012, China's demographic dividend has gradually disappeared, and the attraction of foreign direct investment in labor-intensive industries has greatly decreased. In addition, the industrial structure is unreasonable, and the gap of regional development is widening. A series of problems have followed in the process of changing the age structure of the population.

Intelligent System Usages and Service Performance for Manufacturing Organization 制造组织的智能系统使用与服务绩效

The purpose of this research was to explore possible relationship between the Intelligent System usage and the service performance in the manufacturing organizations. The hypothesis for this research was: There was a significant relationship between the Intelligent System usage and the service performance in the manufacturing organizations. The method employed quantitative research method in conducting this study was measure the use of Intelligent System in various manufacturing organizations and provided an overview of the method of Intelligent System use in manufacturing organizations’ service performances. The research participants were 50 owners/managers in manufacturing organizations. The Spearman Rank Correlation Coefficient and descriptive statistics were used to test the research hypothesis. Research result supported the research hypothesis that there was a significant relationship between the Intelligent System usage and the service performance in the manufacturing organizations. Research result also indicated that this relationship between the Intelligent System usage and the service performance was positive.

Traffic Path Planning Method Based on VANET and Ant Colony Algorithm 基于VANET和蚁群算法的交通路径规划方法

Intelligent Transport System (ITS) has been widely used in our life. A traffic path planning method based on VANET (Vehicular Ad Hoc Network) is proposed, which considers the path length and congestion comprehensively, uses ant colony algorithm to find an optimal path with the shortest delay, redesigns the pheromone update and heuristic function, dynamic adjusts evaporation rate to avoid the old information and reduce the re exploration of the visited path, in order to speed up the convergence speed and expand the search space. Simulation results show that this method can avoid congestion path, shorten path search time, and ensure the effectiveness of the path.
智能交通系统(ITS)在我们的生活中得到了广泛的应用。提出了一种基于VANET (Vehicular Ad Hoc Network)的交通路径规划方法,综合考虑路径长度和拥塞,采用蚁群算法寻找时延最短的最优路径,重新设计信息素更新和启发式功能,动态调整蒸发速率以避免旧信息,减少对已访问路径的重新探索,从而加快收敛速度,扩大搜索空间。仿真结果表明,该方法可以避免路径拥塞,缩短路径搜索时间,保证路径的有效性。

Double-Channel Tracking Performance Study in Spaceflight Testing & Controlling 航天测控中的双通道跟踪性能研究

The characteristic of double-channels tracking are with simple equipment, and high reliability. So it is applied to wide range in spaceflight testing & controlling system. AGC, time constant and sub & sum channel phase, has enormous influence on the function of double-channel tracking. When AGC the signal was chose inappropriate, the amplitude of double-channels channel signal will be in distortion. The sub signal will be damaged when double-channels channel signal and the differential & sum channel phase are not the same. And the modulation degree of double-channels signal will be decreased. Through analysis the basis of AGC time constant and the influence that differential & sum channel phase on double-channels tracking performance. It gives the principle and experienced dates for choosing AGC time constant, and it also introduces the methods and features of phase correction.

One Monitoring Device Design for Cold Storage Based on Energy Saving 一种基于节能的冷库监控装置设计

Fresh agricultural products and rare Chinese medicinal materials have certain requirements on the temperature of cold storage in the store. In view of this problem, this paper designs a cold storage monitoring device to ensure the quality of fresh products, and solve the energy consumption in cold storage. The device includes temperature sensor, controller, alarm device, liquid crystal display, refrigeration unit and so on. Three aspects including control structure, air change device, refrigerant module are designed. This design can increase the refrigeration time of refrigerated items and the edible taste of food refrigerated items, reduce cooling energy consumption, it can be widely used in fresh products, Chinese medicinal materials, vegetables and fruits frozen preservation.

Research on Interactive Modeling and Intelligent Analysis Platform Based on Railway Big Data 基于铁路大数据的交互式建模与智能分析平台研究

With completing of the Railway Data Service Platform (RDSP), the railway industry has a better big data foundation. The railway industry faces difficulties in applying and promoting of artificial intelligence. Corroborating the batch data and real-time data, an intelligent corroborative analysis and learning method is constructed. Based on the storage and computing abilities of RDSP, the general artificial intelligence algorithms are embedded. Three types of railway data analysis model units are reconstructed. Try to realize the visualization and interaction of railway business modeling, which can simplify the data analysis. Based on the knowledge structure level of the railway business staff, the data analysis interaction types are designed to different models. Design and set up the prototype of Interactive Intelligent Analysis Platform based on Railway Big Data. The prototype platform improves the capacities of automatic learning from data knowledge and ensures the validity and timeliness of the data analysis.

Classification Model of Household Saving Behavior Based on RF 基于RF的居民储蓄行为分类模型

In order to stimulate residents savings and realize the balance of savings-investment, this paper selected the data of household savings in China's household finance survey as the main research object of the Behavior Classification Model, and mainly investigated the investment behavior, household consumption and other factors as the constraints of household savings decision-making. The establishment of RF Model for decision classification prediction and feature extraction, improve the interpretability of behavioral differences and high prediction rate, and further analyze the correlation between savings-investment balance and social value cycle with Solow Model, provide a new thinking line for the improvement of regional economy, and then put forward targeted suggestions and strive to bring about better social effects.
为了刺激居民储蓄,实现储蓄-投资的平衡,本文选取中国家庭金融调查中的家庭储蓄数据作为行为分类模型的主要研究对象,主要考察了投资行为、家庭消费等因素对居民储蓄决策的约束。建立决策分类预测和特征提取的RF模型,提高行为差异的可解释性和高预测率,并利用索洛模型进一步分析储蓄-投资平衡与社会价值周期的相关性,为区域经济的提升提供新的思路,进而提出有针对性的建议,力争带来更好的社会效果。
