How to acquire the accurate equivalent network of external system in the interconnected power grid has always been a challenging issue in the fields of both academic and engineering. This paper proposes a new method for online equivalence of the external network based on the measurement information of the internal network. Firstly, it builds an equivalent network of the external system, including the coupled branches between each of the boundary node, the equivalent generators and the equivalent lines from corresponding boundary nodes to them. Then, based on the SCADA (Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition) measurement information, an optimization model to estimate the parameters of the equivalent network is constructed, with the minimization of the mismatch between the boundary’s measurement and the calculation value of the equivalent network being the objective and the parameters of each line of the equivalent network within the reasonable range being the constraints. In order to reduce the calculation scale, measure is adopted to remove the coupled lines whose electrical distances (or impedances) are larger than a relative big threshold. The impedance range of each line in the equivalent network is determined by ward equivalent method under the condition of maximum and minimum operation mode. The model is solved by interior point method, which owns the satisfactory convergency performance. The solution of the model makes each of the calculated value of the equivalent network at the boundary node closest to the measured value, while all the parameters of the equivalent network within a practical range. The results of an example demonstrate the validity and effectiveness of the model and method proposed in the paper.

On the basis of statistics and analysis of the overall development of China's marine economy, this study analyzes the main factors affecting the comprehensive competitiveness of marine economy from four aspects, marine resource endowment, marine economy development level, local macro-environment of marine economic development, and marine environmental protection capability. Constructing the comprehensive competitiveness index system of China's coastal provinces, which includes 4 second-level indicators, 12 third-level indicators and 50 fourth-level indicators. Meanwhile, using hierarchical analysis, equal weighting method, entropy method to measure the weight of indicators at all levels. Conclusions of this study show that the rank of comprehensive competitiveness of coastal provinces is stable, the level of marine economy development is the most important factor to improve the comprehensive competitiveness of marine economy, the strength of marine science and technology and the level of marine industry production are the main factors to enhance the comprehensive competitiveness of marine economy by analyse the data from 2002-2017.

Aiming at the rapid increase of radio interference incidents in the aerial of civil aviation passenger airplane, based on the problem that ground radio monitoring equipment cannot handle, an aerial radio monitoring system based on Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (UAV) with a direction-finding antenna is developed, which aims to find direct radio signals from the aerial Path to locate interference sources. A two-point cross-location actual test was performed on the system prototype. The test results verify the feasibility of the aerial radio monitoring system based on UAV to detect radio interference in civil aviation, which has certain practical guiding significance.

The temperature characteristics of the brake disc will affect the material properties and stress characteristics and affect the safe operation of the train. In order to study the temperature distribution of the brake disc during the operation, a three-dimensional finite element contact model of the brake disc and the brake pad was established by software ABAQUS, applying the initial braking speed of 80 km/h. By analyzing the simulation results, it is found that in the process of the braking, the friction between the brake pad and the brake disc surface causes the temperature rising and forms a high-temperature zone in the middle of the brake disc surface. The temperature of the node belonging to the high temperature zone on the brake disc surface increases first and then decreases. The temperature of the brake disc along the axial direction decreases, and the temperature of the back of the disc increases continuously during the braking process.

The question of whether increasing income increase happiness has long been a concern, but consensus is hard to reach. The divergences mainly lie in studies of time series itself and the results of time series and cross-section studies. This paper uses 8-10 years of data from 124 countries to further explore this issue through three methods: Time series analysis, cross-section analysis and panel data analysis. We find that 33 out of 124 countries show no significant effect of income on happiness, while 56 countries show slightly positive effects and 35 countries show extremely high positive effects. Moreover, contrary to the intuition, there is no evidence that income no longer increases happiness in high-income countries, or that income can easily increase happiness in low-income countries.

The food security issue on agricultural products has always been emerging, such as anti-counterfeiting, drug residues, heavy metal & fertilizer pollution. Agricultural products’ quality & safety impacts severely upon consumers’ purchase intention. To establish an entire process anti-counterfeiting traceability system, Jingdong Farm adopts mixing techniques, RFID and blockchain. By scanning the RFID tags with the Jingdong App, consumers can acquire the entire supply chain history of the product. The national secret algorithm embedded in the RFID chip and its unique PUF performance guarantee the products to be tracked straightly and authentically. In addition, blockchain makes it certain that the data within the supply chain keep from being tampered. The system will conduce to locate and recall defective products. Furthermore, it will provide e-commerce and supply chain parties with auxiliary marketing values, lower reverse loss and higher credit accretion.

All-media digital textbook reconstructs traditional materials and online courses with the support of information technology in Internet plus era. It redefines the traditional teaching and learning, and also reforms the way of reading and the habit of learning. All-media digital textbook integrates three key elements: contents of course, learning platform and reading terminal. Not only has it changed the media presentation of teaching contents, but more importantly, it has changed the way of interaction among students, teachers and teaching materials.
