It has been 30 years since the first mobile phone entered Chinese market in 1989. As it has changed from "luxury" of a few people to common consumer goods with high popularity, market competition of mobile phone sales industry is becoming increasingly fierce. College students have formed a special consumer group due to their unformed sales habits and great plasticity. They have limited consumption ability but pursue new things. Their consumption status is quite different, which is of great research value. Therefore, this study designs a marketing decision support system for college students. Starting from the mobile sales management business and combining with the decision support system, this study deeply studied the key technologies and implementation approaches of the mobile sales decision support system, including data mining, data warehouse technology and model library to help enterprises better seize the student market and gain competitive advantages.

When an emergency occurs, how to specify a reasonable resource scheduling scheme significantly affects disaster relief efficiency. However, most actual existing schemes lack considering satisfaction of potential disaster sites, and lack a scheduling model with 3 or more optimization goals, which makes it difficult to apply to complex scenarios. In this paper, we propose a four-objective resource scheduling optimization model that additionally considers potential disaster sites satisfaction. And we have designed an improved NSGA-III-GD algorithm to optimize this model. First, we introduce NSGA-III, an algorithm that has a great advantage in multi-objective optimization problems. And more importantly, we use Gaussian estimation distribution instead of traditional cross mutation operators to extract the overall characteristics of the population, which improves the search accuracy of the optimal solution and greatly improves the convergence speed. The experimental results clearly show that the algorithm proposed in this paper has achieved very good performance.

With the continuous deepening of curriculum reform, teaching evaluation has become an important part of investigating the effectiveness of classroom teaching. This study improved the original S-T analysis method with speaker recognition technology that tracks the speaker's identity in class speech in real time. Combining the theoretical research of information technology-driven intelligent evaluation of classroom teaching, 6 lessons were selected as samples, and the original S-T analysis method and real-time S-T method were used for comparative study, which verified the effectiveness of the proposed real-time S-T analysis method.

Due to the lack of rigid support structure of floating wind turbine (WT) at sea, the external load affected by wind-wave-flow coupling is much larger than that of fixed-pile WT. How to make the floating WT safe, reliable and stable operation has become a research hotspot in the current far-reaching sea breeze energy utilization. In order to reduce the load of offshore floating WT subjected to external environment during operation, this paper studies a double damper load reduction structure with confined mass dampers installed in the nacelle and floating platform. Active control method to reduce the load of floating WT at sea. Through the simulation verification analysis of NREL 5MW wind turbine, it is found that the load impact and output power stability are effectively improved, which provides a useful method for the development of deep sea wind power resources in China.

Building energy consumption data plays an important role in building energy analysis and energy saving optimization. However, due to difficulties in collecting, high cost, equipment failure and other reasons, the collected data are prone to be missing, which hinders the mining and analysis of building energy consumption data. In this paper, the Bayesian network is used to check and recover the building energy consumption data. In the case that the amount of time series data missing is less than 50%, the method G-test is selected to identify abnormal data, and the Naive Bayesian optimizing Expected Maximum Algorithm is used to check the data. When a large number of building energy consumption data missing, the Sparse Bayesian learning algorithm is used to fill in the missing data based on the compressed sensing theory. The results show that the model can effectively deal with the problem of missing data of building energy consumption and can be widely used in practical projects.

The wind turbine power system is being widely used and heavily connected to the utility grid, and the total harmonic distortion (THD) is one of the major evaluation indicators of electric power quality. The characteristics of the grid-connected wind converter harmonic with variable power loading are analyzed in this paper, and a software method of the variable switching frequency based on the output power of wind power converter is investigated to improve the grid-connecting harmonic considering the widely power loading. The method is verified on a three-level Neutral-Point-Clamped converter with Sinusoidal Pulse Width Modulation through simulations at last. And the results show that the THD is improved clearly and meanwhile the power loss and junction temperature are improved.

Gaming has been recognized as a new method of solving problems. It is widely known as a method of solving problems which is to solve by simulation. We conducted the COMMONS game and reported its environmental educational effect. The COMMONS game is one method to environmental education using five kinds of cards and environmental state. In the experiment, seven groups of 42 students would attend the game, one group consisting of six players. A good solution was obtained. Additionally, students learned Improvement of environmental conditions and not pursue only their benefits. We realized that this experiment resulted in a desirable educational effect. In addition, we evaluated the results of the COMMONS game.

As a complex system, aero-engine running condition affects flight safety, so aero-engine health monitoring is necessary. We proposed an aero-engine health monitoring method based on E-Bayes method and deep neural network (DNN). Firstly, based on the fleet operation records, E-Bayes was used to calculate the reliability of aero-engine operation. Secondly, we constructed the DNN network base on the parameters collected by sensors and reliability parameter, fused the DNN results under different parameters according to the characteristics of different health condition of the aero-engine, and finally the fusion decision model based on the E-Bayes method and DNN was realized. We trained and verified the network with 9616 aero-engine running data samples contaminated by noise. The average accuracy was 96.15%, which shows that this method has good robustness.

Clean with power for oil-immersed transformer by robotic arm is investigated. We establish kinematic model of IRB4600 Robotic Arm, coordinate transfer is analyzed. Space near inline and outline of transformer is treated as obstacle, surface to be sprayed is departed into several areas, and RRT algorithm is modified in form of point to multi-points to search optimal path for cleansing.
