Hybrid systems for power quality control in distributing networks 配电网电能质量控制的混合系统

In this paper hybrid power filters, intended for power quality control in distribution systems with nonlinear loads are considered. It is shown that multifunction devices may be realized on the basis of hybrid power filters. Such devices can accomplish voltage and current harmonic mitigation, correction of network frequency responses, compensating of the reactive power in the point of common coupling.

The feasibility of studying the transport mobility of the population based on the monitoring of mobile subscribers was proved. T echnical, legal, statistical, organizational and economic aspects of the implementation of this area in terms of the Russian Federation, as well as experience in implementation of this trend abroad were considered.  Development of methods, technologies and software system for the study of mobility of the population in the city will optimize the development of the road and route network of passenger transport in the city of Krasnoyarsk and the Krasnoyarsk Territory.

A FUZZY LOGIC SOLAR CONTROLLER WITH MAXIMUM POWER POINT TRACKING 具有最大功率跟踪的模糊逻辑太阳能控制器

This article presents the discussion and comparison of two solar controller operation algorithms. According to these algorithms, the solar controller can operate in maximum power point tracking mode and battery charging mode, which is characterized by the maintaining an optimal charging current with the limiting of battery voltage. The paper presents the block diagrams of the maximum power point tracking mode algorithm and battery charging algorithm. The study of processes in an autonomous power supply system using the physical layout and simulation model, showed the correctness of the proposed algorithms. A quantitative comparison of the efficiency of the power supply system was made using the constant and variable step maximum power point tracking algorithms.

Using SBaS Technology for Multi-Pass Series of Radar Images Processing 基于SBaS技术的多通道系列雷达图像处理

The paper deals with the processing of radar images obtained by multi-pass shooting of the same area. It is proposed to use the Small Baselines Subset (SBaS) method to assess and reveal the dynamics of earth surface displacements in mining areas using vertical displacement maps. The method was tested on Cosmo-SkyMed radar data of the cities territory like Leninsk-Kuznetsky, Polysayevo and Belovo for the period from 2011 to 2014. The results of our survey, which helped to identify areas of subsidence and uplift of the earth's surface in these areas and the average rate of vertical displacement changes are adducer.

We present the structure of geoinformation system integrated with the archives of remote sensing data obtained in ASU space monitoring center. The technological features of the system, the sequence of processing, cataloging and visualization of satellite data are presented. A new element of the developing system is a subsystem for control under computational processes using the web-based admin panel. This subsystem created using the Celery library.
