The results of the assessment of composite mechanical properties in a filament-wound pressure vessel are presented. The cutting diagram, the method of sample preparation and testing procedure are shown. The comparison of the elastic modulus determined on three-point bending tests and tensile tests was carried out. Platform Independent Implementation of High Speed Serial Communication Based on FPGA 基于FPGA的高速串行通信平台独立实现

In various embedded system applications, the high speed multi-serial communication is necessary. Various embedded systems require DSP (Digital Signal Processing) to process information & FPGA to control the peripheral devices. UART (Universal Asynchronous Receive Transmit) is designed in FPGA & connected to DSP so as to meet the real time capability of system along with compact, stable & reliable data transmission. In this paper we propose a software-implementation technique of an UART to get a platform independent UART-core for high speed serial communication in FPGA. Here the core is written in Verilog & implemented using XILINX ISE.

Effect of Changing the Symbol Rate of QAM Modem on the Performance of 32kb/s ADPCM System 改变QAM调制解调器码率对32kb/s ADPCM系统性能的影响

This paper presents three models of Quadrature Amplitude Modulation (QAM) modem operating at data rate of 16.8kb/s to be transmitted over 32kb/s Adaptive Differential Pulse Code Modulation (ADPCM) channel. These modems operate at symbol rates of 2400, 2800, and 3360 baud with associated number of bits per symbol of 7, 6, and 5 respectively. The performance of ADPCM is studied considering these modems with different constellations. The simulation results show that the performance of ADPCM degrades as the symbol rate decreases or number of bits per symbol increases.   Also, the performance with circular constellation is better than rectangular one.

The main characteristic of the object under research are given. A modelling scheme is developed and equivallent parameters of Substation Zarya 500 kV are found. Overvoltages during the shunt reactor switching-off, caused by cut of current in a breaker and a recurrent breakdown of intercontact gaps, are investigated. Influence of outgoing lines on overvoltages during the  shunt  reactor switch-off, caused by cut of current in the breaker.

RESONANCES OF GRAVITATIONAL TIDES AS A POWERFUL ENERGY SOURCE OF THE GEODYNAMIC PROCESSES IN EARTH’S CRUST 重力潮汐共振作为地壳地球动力学过程的强大能量来源

It was proposed a method for the prediction of the occurrence of fourteen day resonances of gravitational tides in the Earth's crust. The data of registration of parameters of tidal gravitational factors including fluctuations of the barycenter in Earth-Moon system in different geophysical fields was presented for the first time. It was given the estimation of the amount of changes in the stress-strain state of the geological environment under the resonances influence. It was substantiated possible directions of using energy of the resonances of gravitational tides in the Earth's crust in oil and gas fields, the earthquake prediction, security of large man-made structures (hydroelectric dams), and the development of theories of single deformation killer waves.
提出了一种预测地壳重力潮汐14天共振发生的方法。首次获得了在不同地球物理场下地月系统质心波动等潮汐重力因子参数的配准数据。给出了共振作用下地质环境应力-应变状态变化量的估计。论证了地壳引力潮共振能量在油气田、地震预报、大型人工结构(水电大坝)安全、单次变形杀伤波理论发展等方面的应用方向。
