Industrial digitalization 4.0 is a change in communication, function and interaction in industry to digital. So, this is an industrial transformation from a conventional concept to a virtual one. The purpose of this research is to examine the benefits of digitalization for employees in various manufacturing companies. This aim provides quite effective benefits in optimizing many things so that we don't need to spend a lot of time and effort to achieve the targets of our work. This research uses the Validity Test and Reliability Test method with a purposive sampling approach technique of 75 respondents from various employees in manufacturing companies. In this study, researchers used the JASP program version 0.17 with CFA (Confirmatory Factor Analysis) calculations. Of the 40 items that describe 3 components including the company's digitalization system, work productivity, job satisfaction. In the trial of the measuring instrument, it was reliable because the results were above 0.07, but the quality of the items was not good because there were still items whose benchmark was below 0.05. This measuring instrument was tested on 75 respondents. Based on the measuring instrument test, in the first stage 14 items were obtained that could be used and 26 items that could not be used with a validity value of 0 out of the 40 items that had been tested.

This research paper revolves around investigating the phenomenon of quenching in reaction-diffusion systems and highlighting its significance. The primary focus is on analyzing a specific type of parabolic singular reaction-diffusion model that incorporates positive Dirichlet boundary conditions. The objective is to establish the sufficiency of certain conditions for quenching to occur within a finite time frame and to demonstrate the global existence of solutions. The novelty of this paper lies in the simplicity of the conditions imposed on the nonlinearity. This simplicity allows us to choose it from a wide range of possibilities, thus facilitating the application of the model to numerous singular reaction-diffusion phenomena. To bolster our findings, we will present various real-world applications in the fields of bioengineering and life sciences, showcasing the practical relevance of quenching phenomena. Finally, the paper ends with a conclusion and some potential future perspectives for further research in this area.

research dealing with this alloy. ARL spectrometer method was used to determine the percentage chemical composition. In the current experimental work, the Effect of different parameters such as electrode angle (EA), peak current (Ip), pulse on time (Pon), and pulse off time (Poff) have been investigated using response surface methodology (RSM). Microhardness reaches the maximum value with an electrode angle of 67.5º with increasing current and pulse. Responses (SR and MH) were modeled using RSM. It is found that the lowest SR is achieved when conducted with an electrode tilt of 45º. A high peak current (Ip) has also been discovered to raise SR further while decreasing pulse-off time. The primary effects of input parameters, specifically E.A, Ip, Pon, and Poff, were determined to impact the Ra and MH considerably. Peak current greatly affects 45º angled electrodes while keeping other parameters constant.

downtime can be reduced because of the quick advancement of high-speed connection technology. It is also now possible to quickly establish a backup network in an emergency or crisis. The design of FSO systems for two types of digital modulation techniques is the primary focus of this work. An examination of the FSO link's performance in various channel conditions using various modulation techniques is conducted. This analytical mechanism can aid a modulation strategy for various channel conditions. The results indicated that PSK modification is stronger against atmospheric turbulence than ASK modification in terms of quality factor and signal-to-noise ratio (SNR). In addition, the values of received power, quality factor, and signal-to-noise ratio were higher in the case of atmospheric turbulence during rain than in the case of fog, followed by dust conditions. The systems can operate using adaptive optics and evaluate the system's performance in the presence of atmospheric turbulence in terms of signal quality, received power, and signal-to-noise ratio.
