Penerapan Metode Pembelajaran Project Based Learning diterapkan dalam rangka membantu siswa untuk dapat berfikir kritis terhadap masalah yang ada. Project Based Learning ini berpusat pada pembelajaran yang menghadapkan peserta didik terhadap suatu permasalahan secara berkolaborasi yang mana permasalahan tersebut tidak berstruktur, sehinngga memberikan tantangan tersendiri bagi peserta didik Dalam penerapannya dikelas, siswa dituntuk untuk aktif dan tanggap terhadap masalah yang diberikan. Dengan adanya pembelajaran PBL siswa akan selalu termotivasi untuk terus belajar dan mengasah sofskillnya dalam proses pemecahan masalah. Penerapan metode ini tidak terlepas dari dampak positif dan negatif. Dampak positif yang ditimbulkan adalah membuat siswa berproses lebih baik dan membuat siswa dapat belajar untuk selalu berfikir secara kritis dalam menghadapi suatu permasalahan. Sedangkan dampak buruknya yang timbul secara umum yaitu penerapan metode ini memerlukan biaya yang besar untuk keperluan alat peraga serta waktu yang lama untuk penyiapan konsep hingga perealisasiannya.

In addition to having an obligation to teach students in the classroom, teachers also have various administrative tasks to carry out. Although this is not the primary function of a teacher, in practice, the teachers confront a variety of implementation challenges, which have an impact on their overall performance. Autocrat is a Google add-on feature that can be used to automate a variety of administrative activities for teachers. The purpose of this article is to propose a model of education and training (DIKLAT) enabling teachers to use Autocrat to automate their administrative duties. The model was developed with a connectivism paradigm, using data obtained from 59 teachers from various regions in Indonesia. Analysis of the technical challenges encountered, the need for practical solutions, an initial understanding of how Autocrat operates and the supporting tools, and the possibility for using Autocrat in carrying out everyday responsibilities as a teacher served are the foundation for developing the model. The adoption of the education and training model proposed in this article can help to improve teachers’ professionalism, particularly in terms of their technological Pedagogical Content Knowledge (TPACK) competencies, which are critical in today's digital age.

AbstrakPenutupan sementara lembaga pendidikan sebagai upaya menahan penyebaran pendem covid-19 di seluruh dunia berdampak pada jutaan pelajar, tidak kecuali di Indonesia. Gangguan dalam proses pembelajar langsung antara siswa dan guru dan pembatalan penilaian pembelajar berdampak pada psikologis anak didik dan menurunnya kualitas keterampilan siswa. Beban adalah tanggung jawab semua elemen pendidikan, khususnya negara dalam fasilitasi kontinuitas sekolah untuk semua pengajaran mendukung pembelajaran jarak jauh. Bagaimana seharusnya Indonesia merencanakan, mempersiapkan dan mengatasi pemulihan Covid untuk mengurangi hilangnya dunia pendidikan di masa depan.ABSTRACTThe temporary closure of educational institutions as an effort to contain the spread of the COVID-19 pandemic worldwide has an impact on millions of students, not least in indonesia. Disturbances in the direct learning process between students and teachers and cancellation of student and the decline in the quality of students’ skills. The burden is the responsibility of all elements of education, especially the state in facilitating scool continuity for all teaching supporting distance learning. How should indonesia plan, prepare and deal with the Covid recovery to reduce the loss of education in the future.
