Abstract The purpose of this study was to determine the level of effectiveness of the implementation of the Teaching Factory and leadership program on the performance of the academic community at several vocational high schools in Cibinong, Bogor Regency. This study uses a quantitative method using a simple regression method with SPSS 25.00 as a tool. The sample of this study was 40 samples consisting of teachers, principals, vice principals, students, at SMK Cibinong 1 PGRI Cibinong and SMK Plus Pelita Nusantara Cibinong.Based on the hypothesis test, the results obtained simultaneously, namely Leadership has a significant effect on the performance of the academic community. Meanwhile, Teaching Factory has a weak effect on the performance of the academic community. Management of SMK-SMK in Cibinong should focus more on variables that have a positive effect on performance. For the academic community of SMK-SMK in Cibinong, especially in SMK Cibinong 1 PGRI Cibinong and SMK Plus Pelita Nusantara Cibinong, it is hoped that they can carry out teaching factory activities by carrying out various DI/DU programs that have been prepared by the government for SMKs in Indonesia so that the vocational academic community in particular teachers and students at SMK Cibinong 1 PGRI Cibinong and SMK Plus Pelita Nusantara Cibinong can understand well what the industry needs. Not only that, leadership by doing new ideas in producing and managing SMK business. So that the teaching factory and leadership can provide a good continuity of increasing student learning achievement at these educational institutions. Being a contract-based temporary teacher is one of the professions that is quite in demand by the people in Indonesia. However, despite the high level of public interest in this profession, various issues related to their level of welfare are still issues that have not been handled properly. This article describes the compensation system for honorary teachers at a private Vocational High School (SMK) in Indonesia. Therefore, the compensation system for honorary teachers must be improved, including by increasing the effectiveness of the provision of salaries, allowances, policies in the work itself, and adequate facilities to support the effectiveness of teachers in teaching. The increasing number of the spread of COVID-19 has led to learning activities being carried out in virtual homes, commonly known as learn from home. Based on these problems, the purpose of this study is to determine the effectiveness of learning virtually. The method used in data collection is through a questionnaire distributed online with a purposive sampling technique. The results obtained include 46.9% of respondents are less interested in virtual learning. As many as 46.9% of respondents often use Zoom Meeting apps for learning. As many as 57.8% of respondents felt less confident in their opinion.ABSTRAKAngka penyebaran COVID-19 yang terus meningkat menyebabkan kegiatan pembelajaran dilaksanakan di dalam rumah secara virtual yang biasa disebut dengan learning from home. Teacher performance is influenced by several factors, both internal and external factors, one of which is the principal's interpersonal communication. This article discusses the results of research on the relationship of principal interpersonal communication with the performance of teachers majoring in Office Administration of Private Vocational High Schools in Cimahi City. The method used is an explanatory survey method with a quantitative approach, while the instrument used is a questionnaire distributed to 66 teachers as respondents. The correlation analysis for both variables is ordinal using the Spearman Rank Correlation data analysis technique. The results showed that there was a positive and significant relationship between the principal's interpersonal communication and the performance of teachers majoring in office administration at Private Vocational High Schools in Cimahi City.

The method used is an explanatory survey method with a quantitative approach, while the instrument used is a questionnaire distributed to 66 teachers as respondents. The correlation analysis for both variables is ordinal using the Spearman Rank Correlation data analysis technique. ABSTRAK Penelitian ini mengkaji masalah mengenai belum maksimalnya capaian hasil belajar siswa yang ditandai masih terdapatnya hasil belajar siswa yang belum mencapai nilai KKM di Tahun Ajaran 2020/2021 Semester Ganjil dalam pembelajaran daring di masa pandemi covid-19. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk memaparkan hasil penelitian mengenai pengaruh motivasi dan kemandirian belajar terhadap hasil belajar siswa Kelas XI dan XII OTKP pada Mata Pelajaran OTK Keuangan di salah satu SMK Swasta di Kota Bandung. Metode penelitian menggunakan explanatory survey melalui penyebaran angket model Skala Likert dengan 33 siswa sebagai responden. Teknik analisis data menggunakan regresi ganda. Hasil analisis data menunjukkan bahwa motivasi siswa berada dalam kategori sedang, kemandirian belajar berada dalam kategori sedang, dan hasil belajar berada dalam kategori sedang. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan ada pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan motivasi dan kemandirian belajar terhadap hasil belajar siswa Kelas XI dan XII OTKP pada Mata Pelajaran OTK Keuangan baik secara parsial maupun simultan.
