PENGARUH TEACHING FACTORY DAN LEADERSHIP TERHADAP KINERJA CIVITAS AKADEMIK SEKOLAH MENENGAH KEJURUAN 教学工厂和领导对中学古维塔斯职业表现的影响

Abstract The purpose of this study was to determine the level of effectiveness of the implementation of the Teaching Factory and leadership program on the performance of the academic community at several vocational high schools in Cibinong, Bogor Regency. This study uses a quantitative method using a simple regression method with SPSS 25.00 as a tool. The sample of this study was 40 samples consisting of teachers, principals, vice principals, students, at SMK Cibinong 1 PGRI Cibinong and SMK Plus Pelita Nusantara Cibinong.Based on the hypothesis test, the results obtained simultaneously, namely Leadership has a significant effect on the performance of the academic community. Meanwhile, Teaching Factory has a weak effect on the performance of the academic community. Management of SMK-SMK in Cibinong should focus more on variables that have a positive effect on performance. For the academic community of SMK-SMK in Cibinong, especially in SMK Cibinong 1 PGRI Cibinong and SMK Plus Pelita Nusantara Cibinong, it is hoped that they can carry out teaching factory activities by carrying out various DI/DU programs that have been prepared by the government for SMKs in Indonesia so that the vocational academic community in particular teachers and students at SMK Cibinong 1 PGRI Cibinong and SMK Plus Pelita Nusantara Cibinong can understand well what the industry needs. Not only that, leadership by doing new ideas in producing and managing SMK business. So that the teaching factory and leadership can provide a good continuity of increasing student learning achievement at these educational institutions. Abstrak Tujuan  penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui tingkat efektivitas penerapan program Teaching Factory dan leadership terhadap kinerja civitas akademik beberapa sekolah menengah kejuruan di Cibinong, Kabupaten Bogor. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan menggunakan metode regresi sederhana dengan alat bantu SPSS 25.00. Sampel dari penelitian ini sejumlah 40 sampel yang terdiri dari Guru, Kepala Sekolah, Wakil Kepala Sekolah, Siswa, di SMK Cibinong 1 PGRI Cibinong dan SMK Plus Pelita Nusantara Cibinong.Berdasarkan uji hipotesis diperoleh hasil secara simultan yaitu Leadership berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja civitas akademik. Sedangkan Teaching Factory berpengaruh secara lemah terhadap kinerja civitas akademik  Manajemen SMK-SMK di Cibinong harus lebih fokus pada variabel yang berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja. Bagi civitas akademik SMK-SMK di Cibinong khususnya di SMK Cibinong 1 PGRI Cibinong dan SMK Plus Pelita Nusantara Cibinong diharapkan dapat melakukan kegiatan teaching factory dengan melakukan berbagai program DI/DU yang telah disusun oleh pemerintah terhadap SMK-SMK di Indonesia agar civitas akademik SMK khususnya guru dan siswa di SMK Cibinong 1 PGRI Cibinong dan SMK Plus Pelita Nusantara Cibinong dapat memahami dengan baik apa yang dibutuhkan oleh industri. Studi kasus sistem kompensasi guru honorer di Indonesia 印尼教师荣誉薪酬制度案例研究

Being a contract-based temporary teacher is one of the professions that is quite in demand by the people in Indonesia. However, despite the high level of public interest in this profession, various issues related to their level of welfare are still issues that have not been handled properly. This article describes the compensation system for honorary teachers at a private Vocational High School (SMK) in Indonesia. By adopting a quantitative approach, data was collected through the distribution of questionnaires aimed at exploring the perceptions of honorary teachers in relation to the compensation system applied in their place of work, both financial compensation (salary and allowances) and non-financial *Corresponding author Email: intanmusthafa@upi.edu Jurnal Pendidikan Manajemen Perkantoran, Vol. 6, No. 2, Juli 2021 178 compensation (type of work itself, work facilities). , and work environment). The results of descriptive statistical analysis of the collected data show that only the indicators of the work environment are perceived as quite well as part of the compensation system by honorary teachers. In other words, it can be concluded that the overall compensation system applied to honorary teachers has not met the expectations of honorary teachers. Therefore, the compensation system for honorary teachers must be improved, including by increasing the effectiveness of the provision of salaries, allowances, policies in the work itself, and adequate facilities to support the effectiveness of teachers in teaching. In addition, it is recommended that the school be clearer about the compensation policy given to teachers, so that it is in accordance with the workload carried out.

ABSTRAK Berkembangnya teknologi informasi yang semakin meningkat memudahkan manusia dalam menyelesakan pekerjaan. Pekerjaan yang semula membutuhkan banyak tenaga untuk menyelesaikannya kini dapat diselesaikan dengan bantuan teknologi atau mesin. Begitu halnya dalam penulisan sitasi yakni dapat dilakukan secara otomatis dengan bantuan Mendeley Reference Management Software. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui penggunaan Mendeley pada mahasiswa program studi Pendidikan Administrasi Perkantoran Universitas Negeri Surabaya menggunakan pendekatan Technology Acceptance Model (TAM). Penelitian yang dilaksanakan yaitu kuantitatif research dengan populasi mahasiswa program studi Pendidikan Administrasi Perkantoran Universitas Negeri Surabaya dengan jumlah responden yang diteliti sebanyak 62 responden. Alat analisis data yang digunakan yaitu Partial Least Square (PLS). Adapun hasil dari penelitian ini yaitu: (1) Attitude towards using berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap behavioral intention of use, (2) Perceived ease of use tidak berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap behavioral intention of use, (3) Perceived usefulness berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap behavioral intention of use, (4) Perceived ease of use berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap perceived usefulness, dan (5) Secara tidak langsung perceived ease of use berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap behavioral intention of use melalui perceived usefulness.

Efektivitas pembelajaran daring di program studi manajemen administrasi asm ariyanti Bandung 万隆行政管理研究计划在线学习的成效

The increasing number of the spread of COVID-19 has led to learning activities being carried out in virtual homes, commonly known as learn from home. Based on these problems, the purpose of this study is to determine the effectiveness of learning virtually. The method used in data collection is through a questionnaire distributed online with a purposive sampling technique. The results obtained include 46.9% of respondents are less interested in virtual learning. As many as 46.9% of respondents often use Zoom Meeting apps for learning. As many as 57.8% of respondents felt less confident in their opinion.ABSTRAKAngka penyebaran COVID-19 yang terus meningkat menyebabkan kegiatan pembelajaran dilaksanakan di dalam rumah secara virtual yang biasa disebut dengan learning from home. Berdasarkan permasalahan tersebut, tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui tingkat keefektifan pembelajaran secara virtual. Metode yang digunakan dalam pengumpulan data adalah melalui kuesioner yang dibagikan secara online dengan teknik purposive sampling. Hasil yang diperoleh meliputi 46.9% responden kurang tertarik kepada pembelajaran virtual. Sebanyak 46,9% responden sering menggunakan Zoom meeting untuk pembelajaran. Sebanyak 57,8% responden merasa kurang percaya diri dalam berpendapat.

Based on these problems, the purpose of this study is to determine the effectiveness of learning virtually. The method used in data collection is through a questionnaire distributed online with a purposive sampling technique. The results obtained include 46.9% of respondents are less interested in virtual learning. As many as 46.9% of respondents often use Zoom Meeting apps for learning. As many as 57.8% of respondents felt less confident in their opinion.ABSTRAKAngka penyebaran COVID-19 yang terus meningkat menyebabkan kegiatan pembelajaran dilaksanakan di dalam rumah secara virtual yang biasa disebut dengan learning from home. Berdasarkan permasalahan tersebut, tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui tingkat keefektifan pembelajaran secara virtual. Metode yang digunakan dalam pengumpulan data adalah melalui kuesioner yang dibagikan secara online dengan teknik purposive sampling. Hasil yang diperoleh meliputi 46.9% responden kurang tertarik kepada pembelajaran virtual. Sebanyak 46,9% responden sering menggunakan Zoom meeting untuk pembelajaran. Keterampilan komunikasi interpersonal kepala sekolah kotribusinya terhadap kinerja guru 校长的人际沟通技巧与教师绩效相关

Teacher performance is influenced by several factors, both internal and external factors, one of which is the principal's interpersonal communication. This article discusses the results of research on the relationship of principal interpersonal communication with the performance of teachers majoring in Office Administration of Private Vocational High Schools in Cimahi City. The method used is an explanatory survey method with a quantitative approach, while the instrument used is a questionnaire distributed to 66 teachers as respondents. The correlation analysis for both variables is ordinal using the Spearman Rank Correlation data analysis technique. The results showed that there was a positive and significant relationship between the principal's interpersonal communication and the performance of teachers majoring in office administration at Private Vocational High Schools in Cimahi City.
教师绩效受多种因素的影响,既有内部因素,也有外部因素,其中之一就是校长的人际交往。本文以西马市民办职业高中办公室管理专业教师为研究对象,探讨校长人际交往与绩效关系的研究结果。使用的方法是一种带有定量方法的解释性调查方法,而使用的工具是一份问卷,分发给66名教师作为受访者。使用Spearman秩相关数据分析技术对两个变量进行序相关分析。结果显示:西马市私立职业高中办公室管理专业教师的校长人际沟通与绩效之间存在显著的正相关关系。

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini mengkaji masalah mengenai belum maksimalnya capaian hasil belajar siswa yang ditandai masih terdapatnya hasil belajar siswa yang belum mencapai nilai KKM di Tahun Ajaran 2020/2021 Semester Ganjil dalam pembelajaran daring di masa pandemi covid-19. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk memaparkan hasil penelitian mengenai pengaruh motivasi dan kemandirian belajar terhadap hasil belajar siswa Kelas XI dan XII OTKP pada Mata Pelajaran OTK Keuangan di salah satu SMK Swasta di Kota Bandung. Metode penelitian menggunakan explanatory survey melalui penyebaran angket model Skala Likert dengan 33 siswa sebagai responden. Teknik analisis data menggunakan regresi ganda. Hasil analisis data menunjukkan bahwa motivasi siswa berada dalam kategori sedang, kemandirian belajar berada dalam kategori sedang, dan hasil belajar berada dalam kategori sedang. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan ada pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan motivasi dan kemandirian belajar terhadap hasil belajar siswa Kelas XI dan XII OTKP pada Mata Pelajaran OTK Keuangan baik secara parsial maupun simultan.
本研究的摘要探讨了covid-19大流行期间网上学习的奇怪成绩为2020/2021学期的学生尚未达到KKM。研究方法使用explanatory survey通过33名学生的Likert量表模型的扩散。使用双重回归的数据分析技术。数据分析结果表明,学生的动机是中级的,自力更生是中级的,学习成绩是中级的。
