Perspektif Teologi Tubuh dalam Memahami dan Menolong Depresi Remaja Penderita Depresi 从身体神学的角度理解和帮助抑郁青少年

Tingginya prevalensi depresi remaja di Indonesia patut mendapatkan perhatian yang serius. Remaja perlu dibantu untuk dapat mengatasi depresinya dengan baik sehingga mereka bisa mengalami transformasi dalam proses tersebut. Tulisan ini bertujuan untuk menjadikan perspektif teologi tubuh sebagai landasan normatif bagi orang Kristen di dalam memahami depresi remaja sehingga bisa memberikan bantuan yang tepat. Metodeyang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode teologi praktika yang diusung oleh Richard Osmer. Dengan metode tersebut, hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa depresi beserta berbagai gangguan yang mengikutinya bukanlah desain asali Allah bagi manusia yang adalah “embodied being”. Depresi yang dialami remaja pun mengganggu keseluruhan diri remaja, termasuk tubuhnya. Lebih lanjut, remaja berpotensi mengalami transformasi jika penanganan depresi dilakukan secara holistik, yakni dengan memperhatikan penanganan pada aspek materi dan nonmateri dari seorang remaja.
印度尼西亚青少年抑郁症发病率高,值得高度重视。需要帮助青少年很好地战胜抑郁,使他们在这一过程中经历转变。本文旨在使身体神学的观点成为基督徒理解青少年抑郁症的规范基础,从而为他们提供适当的帮助。本研究采用的方法是理查德-奥斯默(Richard Osmer)提倡的实践神学方法。通过这种方法,研究结果表明,抑郁症以及随之而来的各种失调症并不是上帝为 "具身生命 "的人类设计的初衷。青少年经历的抑郁也会扰乱青少年的整个自我,包括他或她的身体。此外,如果从整体上治疗抑郁症,即注意处理青少年的物质和非物质方面,青少年就有可能经历转变。

Tulisan ini bertujuan untuk mengulas metode Herman Bavinck yang memakai Amsal 8:22-31 sebagai literatur hikmat. Dengan pendekatan kualitatif-komparatif, penulis akan membahas konsep pemakaian literatur hikmat di dalam teologi sistematika Bavinck, khususnya di dalam Reformed Dogmatics. Konsep tersebut juga mengupas contoh kasus pada bagian doktrin Allah Tritunggal. Hasil pembahasan menyimpulkan bahwa Bavinck adalah seorang teolog yang bisa mengartikulasikan teologi sistematikanya secara kontekstual dan integratif. Hal ini terlihat dari caranya yang menggunakan dan menghargai Amsal 8:22-31 sebagai genre literatur hikmat sesuai dengan konteksnya dari Perjanjian Lama sampai Perjanjian Baru.

One Person, Two Natures, and Four Gospels 一个人、两种性格和四部福音书

One of the most difficult flashpoints between biblical studies and confessional theology is the study of Jesus—whether we define this as studying the historical Jesus or studying Jesus historically—and thechurch’s creedal Christology. In this essay, I consider the dangers of Nestorianism in modern studies of Jesus. First, I outline the dangers and tensions between the study of the historical Jesus and the church’s creedalstatements about Christ. Second, I discuss the relationship between creeds and Scripture. Third, I consider briefly what we can say about Nestorianism, and how one arguably finds echoes of Nestorianism in modern approaches to the historical Jesus. Fourth, I offer six suggestions for a way forward for those who seek to honor both the church’s creedal traditions and the witness of the New Testament.

A problem raised in the text of 1 Samuel 10:27, since the word כמחריש in Masoretic Text is conspicous both in terms of the text transmission as well as in the level of exegesis. In the context of the narrative, after appointing Saul as the first king of Israel, some of the people seem to question Saul’s credibility. This leads to harsh comment on the new king. Interestingly, some interpretations seem to portray a kind of Saul’s response to the comment in 1 Samuel 10:27, while others completely silence. This article will come with a suggestion to the passage by imploring textual criticism, deciding the possibly fitting word for כמחריש, considering its larger narrative context, and then doing lexical-syntactical analysis to the passage. This article contends that the correction made by the LXX that supported by the DSS and Josephus’ writing is closer to the original.

Penelitian ini hendak menganalisis konsep kovenan menurut pemikiran Johan Herman Bavinck dalam menyikapi situasi keragaman agama yang ada di Indonesia. Dalam pengamatan penulis, situasi keragaman agama di Indonesia masih menjadi polemik. Keberadaan pemeluk suatu agama dianggap sebagai suatu ancaman bagi pemeluk agama yang lain. Relasi di antara pemeluk agama cenderung menimbulkan sikap curiga. Tidak hanya itu, dalam kaitan dengan agama, manusia juga cenderung tidak dapat berpikir jernih dalam menyikapi situasi yang demikian. Penulis berpendapat bahwa persoalan identitas kemanusiaan dan akal budi di tengah situasi keragaman agama di Indonesia dapat dimediasi dan dipahami dengan konsep kovenan. Karena itu, penulis hendak menunjukkan bahwa konsep kovenan dapat digunakan sebagai kerangka berpikir untuk menghayati hidup sebagai orang Kristen di tengah keragaman agama di Indonesia dan juga untuk menyikapi kondisi intoleransi di mana ketidakadilan dapat muncul di masyarakat.

Pembentukan Spiritual adalah subjek praktis di dalam kehidupan seorang Kristen yang sering kali tidak dipikirkan secara reflektif, jika bukan sepenuhnya diabaikan, bahkan bagi mereka yang di dalam tradisi Reformed. Artikel ini berargumen akan keunikan pembentukan rohani Kristen dari agama-agama Abrahamik lainnya berdasarkan argumen-argumen biblika dan fenomena sosial-agama. Reformasi berkontribusi terhadap pembentukan spiritual kristen berdasarkan pada prinsip-prinsip umumnya dan pemahaman antropologis Calvin. Artikel ini menyimpulkan bahwa pembentukan rohani Kristen tidak lain dari menghidupi kehidupan Tritunggal, yaitu dibentuk menyerupai Kristus dan dipenuhi Roh Kudus di dalam kehidupan kita sebagai anak-anak Allah.

While Wisdom’s speech in Proverbs 1: 20-33 may or may not have been composed as an independent poem, its function within the structure of the prologue complements the initial discourse (Proverbs 1: 8-19). Wisdom picks up and furthers three main themes of the father’s instructions, specifically the notion of the divine authority of wisdom, the nature and urgency of character development, and the reality of the deed-consequence nexus. Taken together, both discourses share the same rhetorical purpose: they are designed to persuade the listening youth of the need to establish character at an early age by heeding the wisdom and instruction of his parents.

In this article, the author argues on the importance of the Reformation. Despite over 500 years has passed since the reformation, the roman catholic church has not moved towards the true understanding of the gospel, in terms of justification as being declared right. Furthermore, in the author's context of American Evangelism, pelagianism seems taking over the mindset of the biblically illiterate. The preaching of the evangel that justifies the ungodly must be the call of the day.

Bavinck's Theological Identity Regarding A Recent Criticism Of The Two Bavincks Hypothesis 巴文克的神学身份——从最近对“两个巴文克假说”的批判看

The present article handles the recent criticism of the so-called ‘two Bavincks hypothesis’ of Jan Veenhof voiced by Bavinck scholars. Since 1968 Veenhof has introduced the two Bavincks hypothesis, this hypothesis has had significant effects on Bavinck studies in the second half of the twentieth century. Following Veenhof’s bipolar portrayal of Bavinck, several Bavinck scholars have labeled Bavinck’s theological characteristic as the two Bavincks, namely, advocating his theological identity as a figure who has unresolved duality between orthodoxy and modernity in his thought. However, numerous studies have recently attempted to amend and redress this two Bavincks hypothesis by scholars who only argue for one Bavinck rather than two Bavincks. In the light of this, the present article first examines the recent criticisms for the two Bavincks hypothesis respectively and further argues that there is one Bavinck, who is an orthodox Calvinist and at the same time a modern European man.
