Recommendation system has achieved great success in e-commerce business due to its strong modeling capacity for intent user preferences. Especially with more attention paid to live sale, recommendation shows obvious improvement in product CTR and users’ experience. For the TV terminal, the live sale is a mature business. However, since one TV terminal corresponds to several family members, TV live-streaming recommendation is challenging work. It needs to distinguish different family members and make targeted recommendations. Meanwhile, the recommendation system has the ability to quickly calculate and respond to user needs. This paper proposes a personalized TV recommendation system and a lightweight multi-role recommendation model for TV terminals, which can automatically identify multi-user preferences based on feedback from a single terminal. The accuracy of the recommendation system is verified by a public dataset.

As a key improvement of 6G, the combination of space and the ground expands the possibilities for mobile communication. The 6G space-ground integrated network is characterized by large spatial and temporal scales, time-varying topology, heterogeneous, highly dynamic spatial nodes, constrained spatial node resources, etc. The main obstacles to integrated space-ground networking are firstly examined in this research. Then, we build a three-dimensional integrated network architecture for the 6G space-ground integrated standard after analyzing the typical application scenarios and requirements of the network. We suggest two different space-ground integrated network architectures: one based on a dispersed core network and the other on a centralized core network on the ground. With the former, the core network is placed on the ground, and the air platform performs some access network activities. For the former, the air platform carries part of the access network functions and the core network is deployed on the ground. For the latter, the air platform carries access network functions and also loads part of the core network elements according to the requirements in order to meet the needs of different application scenarios.

The consistent response of distributed resources in smart parks needs accurate time synchronization as support. Clustering-based synchronization approaches assisted by power line communication (PLC) systems can realize efficient and low-cost time synchronization of massive power internet of things (PIoT) devices in smart parks. However, the existing time synchronization error models are not adapted to the standard beacon-based PLC time synchronization method, and the dynamic changes in topology and channel gain lead to difficulties in optimizing time synchronization clusters. To address these challenges, we develop a clustering-based time synchronization framework for PLC-assisted PIoT in smart parks and model the optimization problem of minimizing the average time synchronization error. We formulate the optimization problem as a coalition game and propose a coalition game-based dynamic clustering time synchronization algorithm (CG-DCTS) to solve it. Simulation results show that CG-DCTS achieves superior performance in time synchronization accuracy compared with other time synchronization approaches.

With the further development of big data, paying attention to data privacy and security has become a worldwide issue, and every data leakage will cause great concern to the media and the public. In order to solve the problems of data privacy of individual users, data islands and ensure the quality of spectrum sensing (SS) model during migration, a cooperative SS algorithm based on federated learning (FL) is proposed in this paper, which is effective in solving the problem of SS and effectively improves the utilization efficiency of spectrum. Specifically, the users adopt the local data sets to train the convolutional neural network (CNN). Then update the trained model parameters to the fusion center that performs global aggregation. Experimental results show that the cooperative spectrum sensing (SS) based on federated learning (FL) can effectively improve the sensing performance at low signal-to-noise ratio (SNR).

The integration of communication and navigation is the development trend of future communication technology. We propose a communication and navigation integration strategy based on OTFS that can adapt to high-speed motion communication and navigation scenarios. For communication, OTFS can provide more significant performance gains in the case of high Doppler extension. In addition, OTFS has a naturally sparse channel model, which provides us with a good convenience for estimating channel parameters. We transform the channel estimation into a problem of sparse signal recovery, which is solved using the gradient projection method. Ranging accuracy and communication performance of the proposed waveform is analyzed and discussed under various conditions, includes the signal noise ratio of the surrounding environment, the transmission device’s speed, the separation between the transmitter and receiver, and the communication rate. Our simulation findings show that the integrated communication and navigation technique is reliable, particularly in high-speed motion situations.

In 2020, the Brazilian Digital Television System (SBTVD) Forum released a Call for Proposals for the new "TV 3.0" project, which aims on the development of the next generation of Digital Terrestrial Television system. As a result of the testing phase, the Forum decided to adopt the Real-time Object delivery over Unidirectional Transport / MPEG Dynamic Adaptive Streaming over HTTP (ROUTE/DASH) standard for the Transport Layer, with some adaptations and extensions. This paper proposes the implementation of a ROUTE/DASH standard flow analyzer using Open Source tools such as Wireshark, Lua, and python programming languages.

NTN(Non-Terrestrial Network) is an important supplement to terrestrial cellular communication network defined by the 3rd generation partnership project (3GPP), which marks that the application of 5G technology has moved from land communication to space communication. Firstly, the progress and key technologies of 5G NTN standard of 3GPP Release 17 were introduced, including the differences between 5G NTN and 5G TN. Then, 5G NTN enhancement technology of 3GPP Release 18 are presented. Finally, the future technological evolution of the integration of NTN and TN was prospected. Through the research and standard analysis of 5G NTN technology, the technical route of 5G and satellite communication integration was clarified, which provided a basis for the subsequent research and design of 6G air, space, land and sea integration system.

This article aims to design and implement an anonymous electronic voting system based on blockchain. The system solves the problem of privacy protection by applying one-time ring signatures and hidden address, which were presented by Nicolas van Saberhagen in his CryptoNote. Ring signature can make the verifier only verify the legitimacy of the vote and cannot infer who sent the vote, which protects the privacy of the voter. The key image generated by one-time ring signature is used to eliminate the problem of repeated voting and ensure the principle of one person, one vote. The hidden address technology generates an anonymous address through the candidate's public key and thus encrypts the content and direction of the ballot, and only after the election is over can the candidate disclose his private key to verify the specific candidate. In addition, blockchain technology solves the problem of fairness and impartiality, and the nature of blockchain itself makes each ballot transparent and open as well as tamper-proof during the voting process. Finally, the Hyperledger Fabric platform was used and smart contracts were written in Go language, and the RuoYi framework was used for the front and back-end design of the system to implement the described voting system.

5G network has huge investment and high operating costs. In order to save the construction and operation costs of 5G networks, many operators actively promote the co-construction and sharing of 5G infrastructure. This paper first introduces the background of 5G co-construction and sharing, and then describes the overall scheme of access network sharing.
