Medical Negligence is on rise and has become a problematic issue. Large number of such cases is coming to the court seeking redressal of their grievance. Today doctors are money minded and they keep dragging the patient admission in the hospital for as many days as they can to make money as much as they can. Doctor patient relationship of trust, faith has undergone a deep change. It has become a common practice, even if there is an emergency case the hospital first ask a certain amount of money to be deposited with the hospital to even start examining the patient otherwise they don't even bother to provide first aid to the patient. Further, adding to this is the bad treatment or doing treatment of some other problem not the one which is to be treated, aggravates the problem not only for the patient but for all those who are related to him. There are circumstances when the patient is treated for something else and when his condition detiorates he is discharged by the doctor on account of lack of equipments and the patient is referred to some other hospital. In this context this paper will discuss various laws dealing with medical negligence and the rights and remedies available therein.

The mutual fund industry in India has seen dramatic improvements in terms of quantity as well as quality of services. To attract the investors towards this industry different options of investment are provided to the investors and different innovations are tried in terms of funds offered and as well as for ways of investment. The major improvement in the industry which is still so famous is investment through SIP i.e. Systematic Investment Planning, through which small investors were attracted and motivated to go for their investment in mutual funds. Earlier the investors had options like bank recurring deposit, public provident fund, post office deposit ( such as NSC, KPV, etc) and for particularly for the mutual fund investors had to go with lump sum investment .

Agile methodologies offer an alternative to traditional software engineering processes for developing software products and systems. They focus on integrating behavioral and social factors into software development. The focus on people is a very important factor in the implementation of agile methodologies in the workplace. The focus on agile teams for developing software systems and products using agile software development methodologies predisposes the emphasis on the analysis of the key components of agile teams which are important to ensure that the characteristics of agile teams are factored appropriately in the organization so that the teams are having the pre-requisite environment setup for successfully developing software systems. This paper investigates the various components and social processes that contribute to the characteristics of agile. The paper aims at highlighting a framework made up of various components that focus on the critical attributes of an agile team and if these attributes are present in an agile team, then the probability for the team to work as a high performance agile team and deliver successful software products in the market place is increased considerably.

The term 'Media' is derived from medium/ which means carrier or mode. Media denotes an item specifically designed to reach a large audience or viewers. At first the term was used with the advent of newspapers, magazines, radio, television etc. However, with inventions from time to time, the term broadened to social media to include webbased and mobile technologies which used to turn communication into interactive dialogue. Social media comprises primarily internet and mobile phone based tools for sharing and discussing information. It blends technology, telecommunications, and social interaction and provides a platform to communicate through words, pictures, films, and music. The original idea behind the creation of various media means was to entertain masses. One of major duties of media today is to inform the people about the latest happening around them and the world. It is also considered as the overseer of the political system. As the power of media is so extensive and huge, it can be used to educate people with very little cost and if it plays its role honestly, it can be used as a great force in building the nation. The Conference paper will delve into the various legal issues in context to social media and freedom of speech and expression.

Hypertension is one of the common diseases among people all over the world. Clinical Medicine Hypertension is mainly of two types-Essential Hypertension and Secondary or Systemic Hypertension. Here, we are working with Essential Hypertension. There are more than 200 remedies found under the rubric Hypertension in the latest homeopathic repertory but all of them are not equally important. Even some of them are not well, proved. drugs. For this reason we have chosen some most important polychrest (most commonly used broad spectrum homeopathic remedies) as well as the medicines that have effective role in controlling Hypertension in daily practice. In this paper, we will develop a computational model that retrieve more important and less important symptoms to assess a Hypertension patient. We also rank the medicines, used for Essential Hypertension as per importance by using Principal Component Analysis.

All human beings are virtue by God as they get controlling mind and an attitude towards something with the help of which they can experience spirituality. People have different psychological thoughts and beliefs relating to god. Some people feel the immense pleasure in performing religious activities while some believe in the thought "Ahem Brahmasmi" i.e I am part of the divine and they feel pleasure in activities which motivate them to achieve peace. Religion in psychology is considered as a specific fundamental set of beliefs, thoughts and practices generally agreed and controlled by a number of person. It is the psychology of a person which commands their mind in deciding at which path they can attain the eternal feelings of the universe and accordingly they will develop their behavior towards religion and spirituality. Keeping the same in mind, the present study is based much on literature and a brief analysis of 50 teachers in Delhi and NCR collegesandmakes an attempt to study the relationship of spiritual quotient and effective teaching and suggest spiritual quotient as a considerablepredictor to make the workplace accessible.

The post-liberalization era impacted Indian media significantly. Indian television in particular was a major beneficiary of this change. The programming content, technique, reach and reception got significantly reconfigured. The evolution of exclusive children’s television channels was a major development in this scenario. The last fifteen years have witnessed the rise of many 24-hour children’s television channels in India. The myriad content (Western, Japanese and indigenous) on children’s television channels is redefining the social and cultural construction of childhood. However academic research studies that articulate this are very few and far between in the Indian context. The role of television in developing ideas on gender roles and identities has been researched in different global contexts. This paper would endeavour to build a critical narrative on the representation of gender (masculine, feminine and others) in cartoon shows on children’s television channels in India. In this research, the textual analysis of the narrative of four most popular cartoon shows on children’s television channels as demonstrated by the television ratings has been conducted. The messages being delivered through television programming have been analyzed by examining the gender roles fulfilled by different cartoon characters – feminine, masculine or others – and how gender stereotypes are propagated or challenged. The weekend episodes of the top four shows for three months (March – May 2014) are the sample for textual analysis. The research has been contextualized in the feminist theory paradigm and uses Stuart Hall’s theorizing of ‘representation’/ ‘encoding’ and ‘decoding’ for the narrative analysis of these televisions shows (texts and visuals).

The Indian logistics industry is growing rapidly. It is the interchange of infrastructure, technology and new types of service providers that define whether the industry is able to help its customers reduce their logistics costs and provide effective services. Logistics services are the backbone of an economy, providing the efficient, cost effective flow of goods and services on which other commercial sectors are dependent. The logistics companies work as the outsourced or third party service providers (3PL) and support the organizations logistics functions. This study of business performance measurement of 3PL organizations or logistics outsourcing in Indian logistics industry explores the relationship between 3PL service providers and supply chain partners (both upstream and downstream). The researchers have made an attempt to determine the relationship on the basis of the performance variables such as Service Quality (SQ), Organisational Effectiveness (OE) and Relationship Management (RM) and there effect on the performance of the third party service provider(s).
