With the continuous development of the Internet, the content and information in the network are increasing explosively. Nowadays, with the rapid increase of data volume, many Internet companies need to consider how to promote their products to potential users and realize personalized recommendation. To solve this problem, people need to find relationships between data to build a relationship graph. Then, the potential relationship between each node and other nodes can be found according to the relationship graph, and personalized recommendation can be finally realized. Based on the reservation records of scenic spots in Gansu Province from 2020 to 2021, this paper builds a relationship graph between tourists and scenic spots. Neo4j graph database is used to store the relationship graph and display it intuitively. Then the relationship graph is used as the input of the recommendation system model in this paper to obtain the embedding representation of each type of tourists. Then, K-means is used to cluster tourists to obtain the reserved scenic spots of each category and calculate the popularity of scenic spots, so as to obtain TOP-K scenic spot recommendation and realize personalized recommendation.

Non-Fungible Tokens (NFTs) are digital assets that represent real-world objects like art, music and videos. However, NFTs according to current standards have no provisions for the copyright traceability of the off-chain data, which greatly hinders the sustainability of the NFT community. In this paper, we propose a new NFT model, which is a synergy of a new economic mechanism backed by game theory and two supplementary algorithms to handle the off-chain data. The economic mechanism is first proposed to motivate participants to maintain the off-chain raw data. Then, the model includes two supplementary algorithms, the version algorithm and validation algorithm, to verify the NFT’s ownership and copyright. We implement our model in Solidity on Ethereum and conduct experiments based on the real-world dataset from the largest NFT marketplace OpenSea. Our evaluation demonstrates that our model is a promising attempt towards the copyright traceability of the off-chain data for NFTs.

In fact, the constant directivity characteristic of line array loudspeaker cannot cover all frequency. In order to expand the entire working frequency band of the constant directivity of the line array loudspeaker as much as possible, that is, to obtain a lower cut-off frequency and reduce the high frequency aliasing phenomenon, this paper proposes a frequency division shading algorithm based on the acoustic waveguide linear delay constant beamwidth transducer(CBT) array. After simulation in matlab, the sound field of traditional shading algorithm and frequency division shading algorithm is compared, it is effectively verified that the algorithm has a wider working frequency band than the traditional shading algorithm. In particular, the frequency division shading algorithm effectively reduces high-frequency aliasing phenomenon, which is difficult to overcome in traditional shading algorithms.

In order to make the visualization function of stroke rehabilitation mobile devices more effective in assisting patients with health management, this paper explores the correlation between user needs and design elements as well as that between new products and market competitiveness using Quality Function Deployment (QFD). First of all, we collected 27 user needs based on the questionnaire surveys and KJ method. Then QFD is used to convert the six key user needs of the right to 16 design elements on visualization functions perspective, and use the results to guide the design development. Finally, the importance of design elements and market competitiveness was evaluated. The findings show that the application developed in this case has a certain advantage over the other three representative similar applications in terms of market competitiveness. Its core competitiveness based on visualization functions perspective which have met the user needs for a convenient personal health management, a clear medical center route navigation and a simple operation mode. It can be seen that the design and development of visualization functions of stroke rehabilitation mobile devices based on QFD decision-making is successful. The paper proposes that it be used as a reference for the future design and development of similar products.

Due to the continuous occurrence of black swan events, the large number of tourists and the uncertainty have caused certain challenges to the tourism industry, so it is very useful to accurately predict the tourist flow in tourism layout and management. For this reason, this paper takes the time series of Lanzhou tourism flow in 2019 as the research object and analyzes its trend. To improve the prediction accuracy, we propose a model that combines empirical mode decomposition (EMD), particle swarm optimization (PSO), and gated recurrent unit neural network (GRU), and combines it with several classical Compare time series forecasting models. Experiments finally show that this method can well reduce the hysteresis of GRU model prediction, and can quickly find the optimal parameters of the neural network, with more accurate prediction results.

With the rapid development of cultural variety shows, the cultural variety show named Upped New, Old Palace opens up the connection point between cultural creative design and cultural variety shows, which also uses the development of creative products of the Forbidden City as the content of the program. We aim to investigate the process of cultural creative design formation, and to summarize design methods of cultural creative products. Firstly, we analyzed the historical origins and sentiments of cultural elements. Secondly, through narrowing the design perspective, we focus on one thing to deconstruct and reconstruct the cultural connotation of the elements. Finally, based on audience preferences and fashion trends, we discovered the process of iterative upgrading of cultural and creative products. The traditional cultural elements and modern aesthetic design in the Forbidden City are organically integrated into the cultural variety show, and finally settled in the development of cultural creativity, which has inspired its specific design.

Live Commerce is one of the most popular forms of e-commerce. In the live broadcasting room, anchors interact with consumers around the commodities and influence their purchase intention. This research takes beauty products as a case to explore how consumers’ perception of anchors affects their purchase intention. 286 valid samples were collected in the questionnaire survey and the data was analyzed by SmartPLS 2. It was found that anchor identity can significantly affect consumers’ purchase intention and adjust the impact of perceived value on purchase intention, but it has no significant effect on the impact of perceived risk on purchase intention. It can be seen that a high sense of identity with the anchor can influence consumers’ purchase intention positively in the live broadcasting.

Gesture recognition, it involves the acquisition, preprocessing, feature extraction, and classification of the EMG signal. Considering the real-time performance and accuracy among the common algorithms such as support vector machine (SVM), k-nearest neighbor (KNN), linear discriminant analysis (LDA), backpropagation (BP) neural network, KNN is adopted as the classification tool. The lighting effect between gestures and stage lights is designed and realized to ensure that stage lighting interactively transforms with gesture changes. The experiment results show the feasibility and convenience of the proposed control scheme.
