In recent years, with the rapid development of the Internet economy, online livestream E-commerce became quite popular. To get rid of poverty, the government report points out that it is important to carry out “Internet+Poverty Reduction” Mode. Many officials become livestreaming celebrities to represent their countryside and help the farmers to sell local goods, especially the agricultural goods. With the local officials’ pitching into the work, many goods sell better than before. To push forward the effect of livestream E-commerce, to realize the value of local officials’ livestream E-commerce and to help the strategy of getting rid of poverty, this thesis analyzes this phenomenon, points out the related problems and gives some suggestions.

The lack of core technology is the pain point and difficulty of the development of enterprises in China. How to realize the breakthrough of core technology is an important problem to be solved urgently. Based on the understanding that the core technology breakthrough is the requirement of the construction and operation mechanism of enterprise innovation ecosystem, this study explores the breakthrough mechanism of enterprise core technology from the perspective of innovation ecosystem. It also makes a longitudinal case study on the technical breakthrough process of Huawei baseband chip. The research shows that Huawei innovation ecosystem provides support for Huawei's core technological breakthrough through its two operating mechanisms of opening and sharing, concurrence and symbiosis. Finally, it realizes the technical breakthrough of baseband chip from general non-core component technology to general core component technology to product integration and optimization. This study provides practical enlightenment for the core technological breakthrough of enterprises from the perspective of innovation ecosystem.

In the process of logistics delivery, the negative effects caused by improper interaction between customers and couriers cannot be ignored. Based on affective events theory and conservation of resources theory, this research reveals the negative conduction mechanism of improper interaction between customers and couriers from the perspective of emotional exhaustion, and verifies the moderating effect of organization support. It is found that: first, the improper interaction has significant positive effects on couriers , emotional exhaustion, and has a significant negative impact on couriers , job engagement; second, emotional exhaustion plays a mediating role between the improper interaction and couriers , job engagement; third, organization support plays a moderating role between the relationship of improper interaction and couriers , emotional exhaustion. This study reveals the negative effects and inherent conduction mechanism, as well as the boundary conditions of improper interaction, from a new theoretical perspective.

In this paper, a case study was conducted in C hospital, which is a municipal university affiliated AAA hospital in China. We introduce its existed problems in the management of clinical research projects, the countermeasures and the construction results. Through analysis, it is found that the problems in the hospital mainly include: no dedicated department for the management; financial and incentive support are limited; lack of human resources, venues and information systems, etc.Starting in 2018,Chospital has adopted a series of countermeasures successively including: establishment of clinical research management department, establishment of phase I clinical trial ward and a clinical research fund; making full use of vertical and horizontal funds; offering more personnel and technical support. All the countermeasures formulated aim at helping the development of nosocomial clinical research projects. After more than 2 years of efforts, the hospital's scientific research achievements in quality and quantity are significantly increased than before.

With the intensification of the competitive market, it is particularly important about how to effectively use competitive intelligence to analyze the current competitive situation of enterprises to improve their influence. This article selects Suning Tesco as the evaluation object. After discussing the analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, the fuzzy evaluation of the data obtained by the survey obtained the evaluation scores of Suning Tesco at all levels of indicators, focusing on the analysis of the current problems and challenges facing Suning Tesco in the competitive environment, and gave some suggestions.

A correct judgment of the market consists of comprehensive analysis in different aspects. The market timing is one of those important aspects, so this paper focuses on the market timing and proposes three factors which will play the key roles. This study aims to examine the influence of market conditions, culture and politics on the market timing, thus finding out the relationship between these three factors and the market, and giving some advice to the entrepreneurs on how to assess the suitable market timing. The analysis results of this research are as follows. First of all, the increasing income of the customers makes the market capacity increase, or the market will decrease. For example, China has become the second largest economy in the world. The consumption desires of Chinese people is growing as fast as their incomes. Alibaba filled people's demand for fast consumption desires, so it becomes one of the best online e-commerce companies in the world. Besides, because of the background and cultural environment, the customers from different countries have different consumption behaviors. From the case study of pick-up truck, it can be concluded that the negligence of cultural factors can lead to the failure of marketing. Furthermore, the policies of the government play the role as guidance in the market. Taking ceramic industry as an example, the environmental protection policy eliminates the high-pollution enterprises and promotes structure optimization of the ceramic industry in Guangdong, China. Therefore, entrepreneurs should pay more attention to the influences of these three factors, in order to make the best decision for their enterprises.

In China, women's social organizations refer to the organizations that specialize in the research of women's social problems or solve problems for women, which exist as the link between the government and the masses. Women's social organizations have played an irreplaceable role in the present, but their development is not perfect. At present, the main issues we need to explore are how to play a greater role in the society and how to improve and develop on the existing basis. In the context of globalization, a full and comprehensive study of the development of Chinese women's social organizations is of great significance in solving gender inequality and promoting the maximization of public interests.

This article is based on the field investigation of the application status of the Internet of Things and cloud platforms in rural tourism in Bazhou. It is found that although Bazhou has rich tourism resources and the construction of the smart tourism system has achieved certain results, the development of rural tourism in remote areas is still relatively backward. Therefore, this paper builds the architecture of the Bazhou Smart Rural Tourism System from four aspects: tourist management, tourism resource management, tourism enterprise management and other scalable, to achieve intelligent query, commentary, tour guide, parking and other functions. In order to improve the intelligent management level of scenic spots, reduce management costs, and strive to create smart tourist attractions, so as to promote the sustainable development of rural tourism in Bazhou, with a view to providing reference for the development of rural tourism in Bazhou and the surrounding areas.

With the development of education and the needs of the times, the number of graduate students in China is growing, and their mental health education is worthy of attention. The current methods are to strengthen the party construction and ideological and political education of graduate students, organize mass organizations, guide social practice, strengthen psychological guidance, strengthen incentive mechanism, solve students' life difficulties, etc. In response to this problem, the ideological and political theory teachers should actively take actions, reasonably use the music elements, effectively organize the case teaching of the ideological and political theory course for postgraduates, guide the students to identify with the mainstream ideology, shape the healthy personality of the true, the good and the beautiful, and hone the healthy and strong physique, which is an effective supplement to the above methods.
