The values of dielectric constant (ε'p), dielectric loss (ε"p), relaxation time ( p) and conductivity ( p) of the sample were measured for different packing densities at 9.85 GHz microwave frequency and different temperature (200C, 35°C and 500C). Complex permittivity of Tobacco leaves has been measured over the 9.85 GHz single High frequency range using X - band microwave bench. To measure the dielectric parameter by using Sample holder for pulverized sample. We have designed and fabricated the sample holder at Microwave Research Laboratory, NES, Science College, Nanded. The experimental and calculated values for dielectric constant ( ) and dielectric loss ( ) are found to be same at relative packing fractions δr = 1. The above fact indicates that there is a fair agreement between calculated values of dielectric parameters and measured values of solid bulk. The co-relation formulae of Bottcher can be used to provide accurate estimates of ( ) and ( ) of powder materials at known bulk densities. The values of ( p) obtained suggest that the dielectric loss factor ( p) increases with the increase of bulk density of the material. The increase in conductivity with increase of packing fraction suggests that, at higher compaction the particles are more packed, and no micro-cracks developed in the samples. As packing fractions (δr) and temperature increases the moisture content of sample decreases linearly. The variations of ( p), ( p), tanδ, and σp with relative packing fraction (δr), and temperature clearly indicates that, effect of density and temperature on the dielectric parameters. The result shows that large cohesion in the particles of Tobacco leaves powder under investigations.

This research evaluated the effectiveness of agricultural extension communication in influencing the behaviour change of coconut farmers in farm management in the Enok District, Indragiri Hilir, Riau. The research employed a quantitative method, utilizing a questionnaire as the primary instrument, with a sample size of 100 coconut farmers in the Enok District. The results indicate that farmers' interactivity during extension sessions is influenced by the relevance of the material to their needs. The communication media, information sources, and messages the extension officers convey significantly impact communication effectiveness. Overall, the effectiveness of agricultural extension communication in the Enok District is positive, with most farmers providing positive feedback on the team's abilities, message relevance, and media used. Hypothesis testing results reveal a significant improvement in the effectiveness of agricultural extension officers after the intervention, reflecting their ability to present relevant material that motivates farmers' behaviour change. These findings provide a basis for recommending a more active and strategic role for agricultural extension officers in designing and delivering extension programs. The success of these programs is also reflected in the tangible actions adopted by farmers, such as implementing better farming techniques and adopting more sustainable farm management practices. In addition to a mixture of herbs, spices, and honey, the formulation process entails the careful selection and processing of several botanical constituents, including amla (Emblica officinalis). Conventional techniques are employed to blend these components into a strong and agreeable concoction. Chyawanprash is evaluated by determining its physicochemical parameters, such as pH, viscosity, moisture content, and ash value, in addition to its organoleptic characteristics. Bioactivity testing can also clarify Chyawanprash's immunomodulatory, antioxidant, and other medicinal qualities. This study presents a comprehensive investigation of the crystal structure and DC conduction mechanism of [(Ba0.7-x Lax) Bi0.3][(Ti0.5 Zr0.2) Fe0.3]O3 with x = 0.00, 0.01, 0.03, 0.05 employing X-ray diffraction (XRD) and electrical conductivity measurements. Various compositions were synthesized through the solid-state ceramic route. XRD was used to investigate phase formation. Analysis of XRD data suggested a structural transition from cubic to tetragonal for x ≥ 0.01. The average crystallite size first increases for x = 0.01 and then decreases for x ≥ 0.03. The temperature-dependent electrical conductivity measurements were investigated over a wide temperature range which revealed distinct conductivity mechanisms governing the material's transport properties. The activation energy (Ea) has been estimated from temperature-dependent DC conductivity. Overall, this study provides valuable insights into the correlation between crystal structure and electrical properties in [(Ba0.7-x Lax) Bi0.3][(Ti0.5 Zr0.2) Fe0.3]O3, offering significant implications for its potential applications in electronic and optoelectronic devices requiring tailored conductivity characteristics.

The limits and potential of medical imaging are expanded by artificial intelligence. Therefore, in an effort to improve the performance and accuracy of diagnosing brain abnormalities, researchers are constantly working to create an effective and automated diagnosis method. Tumour identification and diagnosis have been achieved by the use of magnetic resonance imaging (MRI). Medical professionals can identify and categorise tumours as normal or abnormal with the aid of digital image processing. This research focuses on various neural networks for brain MRI tumour and non-tumour image categorization and confusion matrix performance evaluation. Otsu's thresholding approach is used for segmentation out of all the segmentation techniques. For feature extraction, a grey level co-occurrence matrix (GLCM) is employed. The classification techniques utilized in this study produce the necessary results in terms of confusion matrix parameters, which may be used to assess the classifier's performance in terms of F1 score, accuracy, sensitivity, and precision.

Therefore, in an effort to improve the performance and accuracy of diagnosing brain abnormalities, researchers are constantly working to create an effective and automated diagnosis method. Tumour identification and diagnosis have been achieved by the use of magnetic resonance imaging (MRI). Medical professionals can identify and categorise tumours as normal or abnormal with the aid of digital image processing. This research focuses on various neural networks for brain MRI tumour and non-tumour image categorization and confusion matrix performance evaluation. Otsu's thresholding approach is used for segmentation out of all the segmentation techniques. For feature extraction, a grey level co-occurrence matrix (GLCM) is employed. Aims: The aim of study was to evaluate the scientific basis for the traditional use of Amebelmoschus esculentus leaves. Materials and Methods: In the present study, petroleum ether extract of Abelmoschus esculentus leaves was evaluated for preliminary phytochemical screening and antiasthmatic activity using histamine induced bronchospasm and histamine induced constriction on isolated goat tracheal chain at different dose levels. Student's t-Test and Dunett's test were used for statistical analysis. Results: The result of present investigation showed that the petroleum ether extract of Abelmoschus esculentus significantly (P<0.001) decreased the bronchospasm induced by histamine and It also decreased the histamine induce constriction on isolated goat trachea in dose-dependent manner. Phytochemical studies revealed the presence of flavonoids, and phenolic compounds in the extract. Conclusions: The present study concludes that the antiasthmatic activity of ethanolic extract of A.esculentus leaves may be due to the presence of flavonoids, Alkaloids glycosides, tannins, protein. Antiasthmatic action of the A. esculentus could be due to its antihistaminic, anticholinergic and mast-cell-stabilizing property.
