Problems and Countermeasures for English Majors’ Dissertation Writing in the New Era in China 新时期中国英语专业学生论文写作的问题与对策

Dissertation writing is not only one of the major sections of practical abilities of English majors, but also one of the important channels to improve their comprehensive abilities. In the new era of internet and multi culture, the quality of English majors’ dissertation is in the process of deceasing continuously due to various factors like the society, culture, educational context, etc, causing the malfunctions of dissertation writing. This paper analyzes the practical problems of English dissertation writing in the newly-built colleges in China, including its essence and expectations in college education and, provides some countermeasures for improving the quality of dissertation ecologically. Reform and Innovation of Art Design Education in the Information Age 信息时代艺术设计教育的改革与创新

In the information age, human social activities have undergone major changes. Art design education plays an important role in social innovation and talent cultivation. In particular, the integration of technology and art by STEAM education concept has a great impact on the cultivation of innovation ability. However, China's art design education also faces problems such as teaching mode, information acquisition, achievement sharing and transformation. By studying and analyzing the current situation of art design education in China, this paper sorts out the existing problems, proposes innovative reform methods and paths, and conducts practical exploration, aiming at verifying ideas and effects, and providing reference for improving the level of art design education and the cultivation of innovative talents in colleges and universities. The importance of art talents in national development and construction was established from the national strategic level. Art supports people's purposeful creative activities. In the new era of innovation becoming the core competitiveness of the nation and the country, fully understanding and applying art is conducive to develop cultural industries with Chinese characteristics and realize the 2025 plan for Chinese manufacturing. Information technology has developed rapidly in the 21st century. Since the industrial revolution, human society has ushered in the information revolution. Technologies such as the Internet and artificial intelligence have greatly boosted productivity. Human will usher in the third wave of revolution.[1] Art design education is also facing the impact of the wave of information technology. The traditional teaching model is no longer applicable to the information age. However, how to reform the traditional teaching methods and form a new method of "Internet plus Art design education" is the key to cultivate the art designing talent under the information age. I. THE STATUS OF CHINESE ART DESIGN EDUCATION China's design education has experienced three different stages from beginning to the present, namely “graphic pattern”, “art and craft” and “art design”. [2]In the 1980s, China introduced Bauhaus and other Western design education models from abroad, began to promote the "three major components" education concept, [3]and built a related curriculum system about it. For example, sketching, color, and model making were set as the basic courses to cultivate students' ability to shape and aesthetics. After initial familiarity with the modeling language, teachers arranged design tasks according to the course content or theme, and students designed and created accordingly. Application Research of WeChat Public Account in Innovation and Entrepreneurship Course 微信公众号在创新创业课程中的应用研究

With the rapid development of WeChat's new media, more and more fields have gained the transformation of their work content and methods with the WeChat platform. Some colleges and universities have begun to use the WeChat platform in management and teaching, which provides new opportunities for the management of innovative and entrepreneurial courses for college students. Promoting college students' innovation and entrepreneurship courses with WeChat public number has become the choice of many colleges and universities. This paper analyzes the trend of college mobile learning and the advantages of personal WeChat public number in college teaching, puts forward the idea of establishing WeChat public number teaching model, constructs an interactive mobile tutoring classroom, and explores the "Internet + teaching" teaching mode. Reflections on the Innovation of Human Resources Management in the Era of Big Data 关于大数据时代人力资源管理创新的思考

At present, China is in the era of big data. We should pay attention to this trend in the development of human resources management of enterprises. Relying on the convenience brought by big data, we can speed up the innovation of human resources management and change management thinking to achieve better development. In this article, the author proposes innovative development proposals for enterprise human resource management based on big data technology, and optimizes the content and efficiency of enterprise human resource management. The employment difficulties of contemporary college students are increasingly attracting attention from all walks of life, “Mass entrepreneurship and innovation”. The state encourages college students to start their own businesses as a new force for innovation and entrepreneurship. The cultivation of innovation and entrepreneurship ability of college students is of great significance to the sustainable development of China's economy and the prosperity and development of the nation. As a key specialty in the mode of application-oriented university management personnel training, the business administration profession has a strong application and practicality. Not only do students require deep theoretical knowledge, but they can also apply this knowledge to future practical work. With the rapid development of social economy, the demand for talent and the quality of demand have also been continuously improved. How to cultivate applied talents that meet the needs of the market and have the qualities of innovation and entrepreneurship has become one of the key contents of research in various universities. This paper analyzes the phenomenon that undergraduate business management majors in the innovation and entrepreneurial talent cultivation are backward in teaching methods, weak in teaching concepts and weak in practice links. From the aspects of strengthening the construction of practical teaching staff, increasing innovation and entrepreneurship courses, and changing the assessment system, we will increase the intensity of innovation and entrepreneurship training. At the same time, it is necessary to guide students to correctly study theoretical courses, develop their personal potential, and cultivate good moral character.

A Constructive Study of the Evaluation System of Audiovisual and Speaking Textbooks 视听口语教材评价体系的建构研究

English teaching materials compilation has been developed rapidly at present China, yet the evaluation of teaching materials lags far behind. In combining rational aspects of theories and practices about teaching materials evaluation both at home and abroad with the features of English Audio-visual and Speaking course, this paper attempts to construct an evaluative framework on English Audio-visual and Speaking Teaching Material from three perspectives: macro evaluation, microevaluation, and users' evaluation. Followed by a detailed analysis of the criteria in applying this framework, it hopes that the ideas presented in this paper may trigger more focused researches on the evaluation of English Audio-visual and Speaking teaching materials. The Feasibility Analysis on the National Tradition Sport Culture Education in the Colleges and Universities of Heilongjiang Province with the Perspective of Cultural Inheritance 文化传承视角下黑龙江省高校民族传统体育文化教育的可行性分析

There were many ethnic minorities in Heilongjiang Province, and the national tradition sport culture of the nation was profound. In the process of its continuous enrichment and development, each nationality has created the traditional sport culture of its own nation. Heilongjiang Province was a multi-ethnic, scattered and mixed borderland province. There are 53 ethnic minorities in the province, including Manchu, Korea, Mongolia, Hui, Daur, Sibo, Hezhe, Olunchun, Ewenki, and Kirgiz, etc. which were lived in the Heilongjiang province for all the time, with nearly 2 million population, and accounting for 5.26% of the province's total population. The Heilongjiang Province is located in the north of the tropic of cancer. There were many cold regions in Heilongjiang Province. Most of Heilongjiang province in winter were covered with ice and snow. People often take skating, skiing and playing on ice as competitive events. Some areas in the province belong to the plain, the open terrain provides favorable geographical advantages for horse racing, the traditional sport events, etc. From this, we can see that on this rich land in Heilongjiang Province, people of all nationalities have created a unique sports mode with their own national characteristics in their daily labor and production, and continue to inherit and develop it. Then, gradually formed a strong national characteristics of the traditional sport culture system.

Construction of Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation Model for Administrative Course System 行政课程体系模糊综合评价模型的构建

Abstract—The purpose of administrative management specialty in Colleges and universities in China is to cultivate professionals who can engage in administrative management, policy research, Management Prediction and analysis, organization and personnel management, organ management and administrative management teaching and research in Party and government organs, enterprises and institutions. However, the employment situation of graduates of this major is not optimistic, theoretical teaching and practice are seriously disjointed, and the unreasonable curriculum system is the primary reason. This paper constructs a fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model to evaluate the curriculum system, and finds out the defects in the curriculum system of administrative management specialty in Colleges and universities, so as to put forward a targeted strategy to improve the curriculum system, and finally achieve the teaching goal of combining theory with practice.
摘要:中国高等学校行政管理专业的目标是培养在党政机关、企事业单位从事行政管理、政策研究、管理预测与分析、组织人事管理、机关管理、行政管理教学与研究的专业人才。然而,该专业毕业生就业形势不容乐观,理论教学与实践严重脱节,课程体系不合理是主要原因。本文构建模糊综合评价模型对课程体系进行评价,找出高校行政管理专业课程体系存在的缺陷,从而提出有针对性的改进课程体系的策略,最终达到理论联系实际的教学目标。
