With the rapid development of WeChat's new media, more and more fields have gained the transformation of their work content and methods with the WeChat platform. Some colleges and universities have begun to use the WeChat platform in management and teaching, which provides new opportunities for the management of innovative and entrepreneurial courses for college students. Promoting college students' innovation and entrepreneurship courses with WeChat public number has become the choice of many colleges and universities. This paper analyzes the trend of college mobile learning and the advantages of personal WeChat public number in college teaching, puts forward the idea of establishing WeChat public number teaching model, constructs an interactive mobile tutoring classroom, and explores the "Internet + teaching" teaching mode. Abstract—The purpose of administrative management specialty in Colleges and universities in China is to cultivate professionals who can engage in administrative management, policy research, Management Prediction and analysis, organization and personnel management, organ management and administrative management teaching and research in Party and government organs, enterprises and institutions. However, the employment situation of graduates of this major is not optimistic, theoretical teaching and practice are seriously disjointed, and the unreasonable curriculum system is the primary reason. This paper constructs a fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model to evaluate the curriculum system, and finds out the defects in the curriculum system of administrative management specialty in Colleges and universities, so as to put forward a targeted strategy to improve the curriculum system, and finally achieve the teaching goal of combining theory with practice.

English teaching materials compilation has been developed rapidly at present China, yet the evaluation of teaching materials lags far behind. In combining rational aspects of theories and practices about teaching materials evaluation both at home and abroad with the features of English Audio-visual and Speaking course, this paper attempts to construct an evaluative framework on English Audio-visual and Speaking Teaching Material from three perspectives: macro evaluation, microevaluation, and users' evaluation. Followed by a detailed analysis of the criteria in applying this framework, it hopes that the ideas presented in this paper may trigger more focused researches on the evaluation of English Audio-visual and Speaking teaching materials.
