Exploration on Development Path for Application-oriented Universities 应用型大学发展道路的探索

Application-oriented universities are an important part of the higher education system. Application-oriented universities are the core force supporting and core strength for leading the national innovation-driven development strategy. The application-oriented universities are introduced in this paper. The development process of application-oriented universities is described. The development resistance of application-oriented universities is analyzed. The development path of applicationoriented universities has been explored. Application-oriented universities must persist in carrying out reform and innovation in own countries, and application-oriented universities must improve cooperation with other countries, improving the level of running schools. Application-oriented development is a reform, and application-oriented development is a development path. A clear position is the prerequisite for the development of application-oriented universities, deepening reform is the only way for the development of application-oriented colleges and universities, and strengthening cooperation is the future development direction of application-oriented universities. Construction of Innovation and Entrepreneurship Education System in Higher Physical Education Institutes 高等体育院校创新创业教育体系的构建

Harbin University Harbin, China, 150001 Abstract—Deepening the reform of innovation and entrepreneurship education in higher physical education schools in the new era is an important direction of college teaching reform. Strengthening the cultivation of college students' entrepreneurial ability is the strategy for the country to implement the development of innovative talents. Combining the advantages of physical education colleges, this paper actively carries out the construction of a comprehensive system of innovation and entrepreneurship education, and establishes a sustainable development of the innovation and entrepreneurship education system of sports colleges in and out of school, so that students' awareness of innovation and entrepreneurship and entrepreneurship can be significantly improved. In order to increase the number of entrepreneurs in sports colleges, an entrepreneurial atmosphere is formed in schools. It is in line with the development needs of the times to build a comprehensive system of innovation, entrepreneurship and education in a multi-disciplinary, multi-level, interdisciplinary and open-type sports academy.

Application Research of Medical Simulation Teaching in Nursing Education 医学模拟教学在护理教育中的应用研究

With the continuous development of medicine and the growing quality of society, the nursing model in the modern medical model is also undergoing an overall transformation. Nursing education is a part of medical education, and it is an educational discipline with the main purpose of cultivating clinical nursing applied talents. Nursing education has attached attention. In order to meet the needs of the society and cultivate high-quality nursing staff, many schools in China have applied medical simulation teaching. By using the method of medical simulation teaching, simulating the clinical situation of patients and applying scientific assessment methods, a medical simulation teaching and nursing skills training center has been built, so that medical students with high comprehensive ability of skill operation can be trained through practical teaching. The research on the application of medical simulation teaching in nursing is summarized as follows. Keywords—medical simulation teaching, nursing education, application research I. OVERVIEW OF MEDICAL SIMULATION TEACHING A. Simulation Patients Simulating patients are divided into basic nursing model man and standardized patients. The basic nursing model man is the basic structure of the human body. It is the earliest “medical simulation technology”. It is mainly used for the practical learning of the basic skills operation of the nursing student, so that the stereotyped knowledge can become image and students are easy to learn the knowledge in the textbook and their interest in this way of learning can be strengthened. Standardized patients, also known as professional simulated patients, are normal people or patients who can accurately display the actual clinical patient's condition after doing the standardization and systematic training. In 1999, the "Minimum Basic Requirements of Global Medical Education", proposed by the International Committee of Educational Changes of the Chinese Medical Fund of the United States, puts forward that standardized patients and various cases are regarded as one of the ways to evaluate medical students. Many key medical universities in China also regard standardized patients as one of the assessment contents in the teaching evaluation of medical students. B. Simulation System The computer physiology-driven simulation system monitors the operation process of a certain or a series through computer software, and then simulate the real physiological characteristics of the human body and various cases and treatment situations commonly encountered in clinical practice by the use of computer software system. It can set the required case treatment process according to the needs, so that students can learn the standard scientific treatment process. Research on the Construction of Entrepreneurship Education Platform in Finance and Economics Colleges and Universities 财经院校创业教育平台建设研究

In order to cultivate excellent innovative and entrepreneurial talents, colleges and universities should give full play to their important supporting and leading role and carry out entrepreneurship education. The primary support for entrepreneurship education is the construction of entrepreneurship education platform. The entrepreneurship education platform in finance and economics colleges and universities should aim at cultivating innovative and entrepreneurial talents. It should also be based on the fundamentals of improving cross-disciplinary ability, practical ability and innovation ability of college and university students, and cultivating innovative, practical and complex talents which are urgently needed by the enterprises and the society, and fully reflecting the characteristics of the student in finance and economics colleges and universities. The platform for entrepreneurship education in finance and economics colleges and universities includes four platforms, namely, innovation and entrepreneurship training platform, multi-disciplinary comprehensive training platform, innovation and entrepreneurship project incubator base, and BUC school-enterprise cooperative training platform. Analysis of the Application of Students Self-management in Nursing Operation Teaching 学生自我管理在护理操作教学中的应用分析

To analyze the effect of self-management in nursing operation teaching and explore its application value. Methods: 60 cases of nurses from nursing students in our school are chosen as the study object from September 2017 to January 2018. They are randomly divided into control group (30 cases) and observation group (30 cases). The control group of nurses only uses the traditional mode of nursing operation teaching, while in the observation group, the self-management in nursing operation teaching is implemented, and finally compare the teaching effects of the two groups according to relevant data. Results: There is no significant difference between the two groups of nurses in the final evaluation of nursing theory (P>0.05). In the final scores in nursing practice assessment and clinical practice, the nursing students in the observation group are significantly higher than the control group, and the difference between the two groups is significant (P< 0.05). Conclusion: That the application of self-management in nursing operation teaching of the nursing students can effectively stimulate the students' potential, strengthen their sense of responsibility, and improve their practical abilities.
