The Relationship between the Core Values of Socialism in the New Era and the Finance Curriculum 新时代社会主义核心价值观与金融课程的关系

At the Third Plenary Session of the 18th CPC Central Committee, it was proposed that finance is “the foundation and important pillar of state governance”. As a builder and successor of the socialist cause with Chinese characteristics, college students must establish correct values in the process of “promoting the modernization of the national governance system and governance capacity.” This paper mainly discusses the relationship between socialist core values and financial courses under the framework of state governance. Keywords—Socialist Core Values, Finance, National Governance China has entered an era of diversified interests. The government and enterprises, governments and individuals, central and local, regional and urban and rural areas have formed a multi-level complex interest relationship. The main contradiction of the new society determines that the sustainable development of the economy and society can no longer rely solely on material wealth to stimulate, but also must balance various interests. General Secretary Xi Jinping once emphasized at the National Conference on Ideological and Political Work in Colleges and Universities that “the firm believers, active communicators, and model practitioners who guide the teachers and students to be the core values of socialism.” As the builders and successors of the great cause of socialism with Chinese characteristics, college students must establish a correct world outlook, outlook on life, values, and master the reserve of knowledge and ability to serve the modernization of state governance, in order to correctly handle the interests of multiple interests and shoulder the historical responsibility of national rejuvenation. I. THE SIGNIFICANCE OF SOCIALIST CORE VALUES LEADING COLLEGE STUDENTS’ EDUCATION A. Connotation of Socialist Core Values At the 18th National Congress, three “advocacy” were used to express the core values of socialism. It puts forward the national value goal of “rich, strong, democratic, civilized and harmonious”; the social value orientation of “freedom, equality, justice and the rule of law”; the civic value criterion of “patriotism, dedication, honesty and friendliness”. The three “advocacy” contents have different emphasis and is related to each other. The realization of the national value goal is the basis for the people to enjoy the right to be happy and settle down and to be the masters of the country. The social value orientation can promote the right of all citizens to enjoy all-round development, fairness and justice, and is a prerequisite for citizens to consciously fulfill their value obligations. Citizenship values require citizens to combine their own growth with national development and social progress, and to encourage each citizen to be responsible to the state and the society. The socialist core values combine the interests of the party and the state with the future direction of the society, personal life beliefs and ideal pursuits. B. The Role of Cult

Research on Case Teaching Reform of Economics Course Based on Innovation and Entrepreneurship Education 基于创新创业教育的经济学课程案例教学改革研究

Case teaching is a new teaching method different from traditional teaching. The theory and practice of case teaching prove that case teaching is practical, innovative, stimulating and interactive. The case teaching of theoretical economics course has the nature of practical teaching. At present, there are problems in the teaching of theoretical economics, such as outdated teaching concepts, imperfect whole-course practical teaching system, lack of "double-teacher" teachers, insufficient teaching cases, and low quality. Therefore, it is necessary to follow the requirements of the whole practice teaching system, innovate concept, overall planning, make active and interactive comprehensive innovation, format novel system, select the case teaching mode adapted to local conditions, and realize the optimization of theoretical economics case teaching planning, implementation and evaluation process. In the process of teaching, this paper should not only have theoretical guidance, but also understand and deepen the meaning of the theory through specific cases. It is also necessary to understand, analyze and solve problems under the guidance of theory. This is the essence of case teaching. The theoretical basis of case teaching shows that case teaching is practical, innovative, stimulating and interactive.

The Research on the Compliance Management of Transnational Enterprises under the Background of “Belt and Road Initiative” “一带一路”背景下跨国企业合规管理研究

With the continuous advancement of the strategy of “Belt and Road Initiative”, the industrial structure in China is undergoing continuous prioritization and upgrading. As far as transnational enterprises are concerned, they are encountered with both opportunities and challenges. They are faced with the risk of compliance management in the process of “going out”. In their management course, transnational enterprises are likely to lead to the problem of commercial bribery because of the existence of industry differences and other problems such as the influence of overseas political risks on enterprise management and unhealthy compliance system. Therefore, it is particularly important to strengthen the compliance management of transnational enterprises. Only by strengthening supervision to check commercial bribery, enhancing overseas risk prevention and management compliance and improving compliance management system can transnational enterprises succeed in being steadily established in overseas market and realize a long-term and sustainable development so as to effectively upgrade the image and position of China as a major country. Analysis of Management Model and Financing Demand of Shanghai Technology-based SMEs 上海科技型中小企业经营模式与融资需求分析

At present, the development of Shanghai's Technology-based small and middle enterprises (SMEs) is severely constrained by financing difficulties. Due to the management model and its high-risk and high-input characteristics, it has hindered its financing, which greatly reduces the survival rate of SMEs. Therefore, such enterprises urgently need effective government support. Based on the principle of product life cycle, this paper analyzes the law of the management and development of SMEs, and points out the characteristics, development stages and faults of SMEs, and then analyze the difference between the management mode of SMEs and the staged differences in financing needs. Therefore, this paper proposes that the Shanghai government should start to solve the financing difficulties of SMEs from the following three aspects : direct investment, fiscal and taxation policies and financial support policies. The Shanghai government should provide targeted financial assistance for different stages of growth of the company, thereby greatly improving the development level of Shanghai's technology-based SMEs. Limited Asset Size and Poor Mortgage Guarantee In the early stage of entrepreneurial development, technology-based enterprises often have problems of small economies and low total assets. Therefore, fixed assets or corporate movable assets that can be used for mortgages are very limited, especially those with high technology and new technologies[1]. It has less investment in property, due to the lack of fixed assets and collateral assets, and the extremely low credit level in the early stage of the venture. The lack of guarantees from credit guarantee companies narrows its financing channels, which makes the SMEs very difficult to obtain the funds needed through a large amount of mortgage. In addition, technology-based SMEs can choose mortgage guarantees or pledge guarantees, but both types of guarantees have complicated procedures and expensive expenses. The costs of various intermediate which links in the guarantee and mortgage process are not standardized. Wherever, it will increase the financing cost of the company.

Do they have a strong sense of entrepreneurship, entrepreneurship, and entrepreneurial quality? The comprehensive implementation of the five development concepts of “innovation, coordination, green, openness, and sharing” and the long-term development of college students themselves . And "free and comprehensive development of human beings" is the core of Marxist theory of human beings and the basic principle of communism. The innovation and entrepreneurship education of college students has the same spiritual core and value pursuit as Marxism's theory of all-round development of human beings. The two have a combination of academic foundation and practical necessity. Innovative entrepreneurship education should draw on the latest research results of Marxist theory on the all-round development of human beings, in order to promote their scientific development.
