This paper examines fundamental methods of crime scene examination for collecting, identifying and documenting evidentiary information during preliminary investigation. It features analysis of theoretical and applied forensic technology usage methods practiced in the Republic of Tajikistan and other countries. Problem areas related to the examination of a crime scene are determined in the context of obtaining investigative and evidentiary information. This research highlights issues with professional knowledge, skills and capabilities of parties that collect and document the evidence in criminal cases. Requirements for professional knowledge, skills and abilities of forensic specialists, investigators and forensic experts that participate in the scene examination are determined. Based on conducted analysis, the author draws critical perspective conclusions and proposes methods to improve forensic technology usage methods currently practiced by crime scene examination in Tajikistan. The article discusses typological analogies of the ancient Indian epic and lyrics by G.N. Aygi, a well-known Chuvash poet. The purpose of the study is to discover parallels between his works and the epic of the Ancient East, to reveal consequences of connections, since the genius of one people always needs to be in touch with geniuses of other nations. The article analyzes poet’s views on the world and the human. It is argued that culture becomes universal, unified. The inner idea of the personality of Aygi which ensures the unity of his spirit, general pathos of his works is a search for the light which can be found in the ancient Indian epic, in particular, in the poem “Mahabharata”. The poet who had eastern wisdom and absorbed western culture created his own artistic world, whose main idea is movement towards the light. — The article presents a study to determine the methods of influence of the regional press on public opinion in order to identify the technology of managing public life in general, ranging from political and legal to interpersonal impact. The relevance of this study is due to the formation and functioning of a person in a mega-information space created by mass media. The study is based on a system-structural analysis and synthesis of information on the impact of media on public opinion. The authors highlighted the preponderance of single-minded opinions when the audience receives one-sided and often distorted information; the reliance on pluralism of opinions when a quantitative advantage is created on the side of judgments that are beneficial for the customer; the formation of stereotypes, which is one of the most effective and efficient methods of manipulating human consciousness; the repetition of information. Each of the identified methods of influencing consciousness successfully performs its functions on the pages of the regional press. Using various methods of influence on public opinion, the regional press has a significant impact on the perception, understanding, assimilation of the material and, as a result, a stronger impact on the mass consciousness. Knowledge gained through the press compliments a person’s natural life experience. Based on the analysis of the information, the factors on which the position of the regional press depends have been revealed.

The article outlines the approach to the solution of the multi-criteria task of choosing a vehicle for certain operating conditions based on vector optimization methods and linear programming. Full disclosure of the potential capabilities of the transport system of the agro-industrial complex requires the formation of automobile parks, taking into account the specific features of agricultural production. Therefore, there is a need to evaluate the efficiency of vehicle operation according to a number of properties of the complex state of its quality. The solution of the task should be based on the determination of the importance of particular indicators for each property, defined as a separate quality criterion. To do this, it is necessary to form a system of indicators of vehicle quality properties and to develop a formalized apparatus for obtaining the weight of each criterion in the form of a multi-criteria evaluation method for the complex property of a vehicle. The solution of this task will make it possible to increase the efficiency of the use of the AIC transport parks by fully realizing the potential capabilities of each transport unit, as well as the entire fleet, and will increase the possibility of mastering the peak volumes of transportation by a smaller number of vehicles, reducing the need for transport involved. In turn, this will entail a reduction in the share of transportation costs in production costs for agricultural production and will result in significant cost savings. Convergent journalism is a result of the advance of science and technology in general and development of information and communication technologies in particular. It influences various aspects of journalism, media environment and media systems. The emergence and development of new hybrid genres of convergent journalism, creation of the entertainment industry, a change in principles of creation and distribution of informational and entertainment materials, intricate transformations and metamorphoses of media systems, continuous generation of content, emergence of new forms of journalism (citizen journalism, blogs, etc.), the increasing number of borrowings, cross-references, citations, etc. – all of it result in explosive growth of various materials published both in traditional and new media in multimedia format. This process leads to an unprecedented increase in the amount of false information and the need for thorough verification of such data. One way of addressing these challenges is fact-checking, a new phenomenon induced by the development of convergent journalism. It is essentially a transformed version of a verification mechanism for information in media that existed since the emergence of print media. However, as this paper shows, the comprehensive influence of convergent journalism on all aspects of journalism and the media system caused further metamorphoses of this new phenomenon: fact-checking went beyond simple verification of facts and turned into a new genre of analytical journalism. The article provides a brief description of the developed tools for the formation of frequency dictionaries. The main stages of the technology of the formation of frequency dictionaries and performing statistical analysis of poetic material are determined. To create a human-computer system that implements this tool, the authors propose the approach based on the concept of the algorithm of dialog operations. The need to develop a software package for the formation of frequency dictionaries arises from the fact that the vast heritage of the Tajik-Persian classical literature is still not properly investigated from the standpoint of statistical analysis. The use of statistical methods gives the best results in stylistics, which can dispose of subjective assessments with the help of counting and strict systematization of the material. During the study of TajikPersian classical poetry, it is of great interest to establish patterns in other parameters of poetic material as well apart from attribution, which is undoubtedly one of the most important tasks of stylometry. A significant part of the research process in this direction is the routine work of processing textual material. In this regard, there is a natural need to create such a toolkit that automates all the basic routine work of the research process. During the study of TajikPersian classical poetry, it is of great interest to establish patterns in other parameters of poetic material as well apart from attribution, which is undoubtedly one of the most important tasks of stylometry. A significant part of the research process in this direction is the routine work of processing textual material.
