Because the medial longitudinal arch of high arched foot is too high, the elasticity of the foot arch is weakened. Compared with the balanced force on the sole of normal foot, the stability and buffering of the high arched foot are poor. Foot orthosis can effectively improve the dynamic plantar load of patients with high arch, reduce foot injury and relieve foot fatigue. In this paper, the effect of plantar orthosis on plantar pressure distribution and the characteristics of gait and posture of patients with high arched foot are analyzed and verified. The JasencoJsp (jasenco, JSP-C5, France) plantar pressure test system and the Sennotech Insole X dynamic gait analysis system are used to test a representative patient with high arched foot. The data of plantar pressure distribution, peak pressure, gait phase within a gait cycle, as well as foot microscopic characteristics before and after wearing the plantar orthosis are collected. The results show that the plantar orthosis can effectively reduce the plantar peak pressure and improve the plantar pressure distribution, so that the plantar pressure is relatively evenly distributed in the front, middle and rear foot. At the same time, the insufficient pronation during foot movement has been improved, the excessive tension of plantar fascia has been alleviated and the risk of abnormal gait such as varus has been reduced.

The task of clinical terminology standardization is an indispensable part of medical information statistics works. Clinical terms often have problems with colloquial terminology and diversity of expression in clinical practice. Therefore, there are many different ways of writing the same diagnosis, procedure, symptom, etc. Clinical terminology standardization is to correspond a descriptive text of a non-standard Chinese clinical term to a given standard word in the Chinese clinical terminology database. This paper focuses on Chinese clinical texts, ERNIE-health is used as an implied semantic scoring module to generate candidate answers based on text similarity retrieval, and tested on the Chinese data set of medical professionals based on SNOMED CT annotation for the first time. Experiments show that this method has achieved good results in practical application.

The appearance of the lower extremity exoskeleton can be traced back to 1890, a machine designed by the Russians to help bounce and run. After more than 100 years of development, the functions of exoskeleton robots have gradually diversified. Currently, exoskeletons are mainly used in the medical and military industries. This article will analyze the mechanical structure of several lower-extremity exoskeleton robots in recent decades. Then it summarizes the basic requirements when designing the exoskeleton mechanical structure, and the future development direction.

In the field of robot navigation, Path Planning is a very important problem. Reasonable Path Planning can greatly improve the efficiency of transportation and ensure the safety of robots. The traditional Path Planning method solves the problem of an optimal path to some extent, but it is far from enough. With Machine Learning becoming a hot topic, Path Planning using Reinforcement Learning and Deep Reinforcement Learning has been studied. Q-learning, as a basic algorithm of Reinforcement Learning, has been applied for a long time and has been improved by combining multiple algorithms. And Deep Q-network, a classical algorithm of Deep Reinforcement Learning, has been used to solve complex problems which traditional Reinforcement Learning cannot solve, particularly in Path Planning. This article will present the current achievements in the Improvement of Q-learning (IQL) and Deep Q-network (DQN). In the future, Reinforcement Learning and Deep Reinforcement Learning will generate more and better algorithms to solve problems with higher complexity and need shorter response times.

Bipolar disorder (BD) is a highly pathological disorder that is often misdiagnosed or undiagnosed. The main treatment is a combination of psychotherapy and medication. Traditional psychotherapy is affected by factors such as time, space, shortage of professional psychotherapists and patients' stigma, and has low availability. In terms of drug therapy, patients' medication compliance is poor, leading to repeated illness. The epidemic of coronavirus in 2019, closed management and telemedicine provide new ideas for the treatment of BD. Telemedicine can provide convenient medical services, promote disease rehabilitation, effectively guide patients' self-management, improve patients' treatment compliance, and prevent disease recurrence. This paper analyzes and summarizes the research related to telemedicine in BD, including the origin and significance, technical methods and application effects. To provide a reference for the application of telemedicine in patients with BD.

Accurate detection of pulmonary nodules in CT images is a key task in performing computer-aided diagnosis of pulmonary diseases. In this work, inspired by the successful application of Faster R-CNN in object detection and the superiority of dense convolutional networks in feature propagation, we proposed a modified Faster R-CNN with an improved densely connected network as the backbone for lung nodule detection in medical images. In the proposed network, the backbone for feature extraction can be considered as a combination of multiple densely connected micro-blocks with skip connections. Skip connections in the micro-blocks enhances the propagation of features between layers, thus enable feature reusage. These micro-blocks effectively mitigate the problem of gradient vanishing in feature propagation due to their dense properties. In addition, the compact structure of these micro-blocks facilitates the network to extract and learn CT image features more efficiently. Finally, these micro-blocks have fewer parameters and higher parameter efficiency. The proposed method was tested and evaluated on the public lung nodule dataset LUNA16. When a ten-fold cross validation was performed, the proposed network achieved a FROC score of up to 0.952 and a CPM score of up to 0.861. Experimental results show that the proposed network is capable of detecting pulmonary nodules with higher sensitivity and accuracy than other conventional lung nodule detection methods.

According to the research of Jiaozhou Bay seawater in May and October of 1979, this paper studied the changing process of the pH and the horizontal distribution of the bottom waters in Jiaozhou Bay. The bottom waters of Jiaozhou Bay is composed of the bottom waters of the inner side of the bay mouth + the bay mouth + the outer side of the bay mouth. The results showed that in May and October, the pH in the bottom waters of Jiaozhou Bay varied in the range of 7.88∼8.33. The pH of the seawater was greater than 7.80 from May to October. Moreover, the range length of pH change in seawater was 0.45. The results suggested that in terms of the changes of the pH, the pH of the whole bottom waters of Jiaozhou Bay was relatively high and the changes were relatively small in May and October. In May, the pH of the bottom waters of Jiaozhou Bay varied in the range of 7.88∼7.98 and the range length of the seawater pH changes was 0.10. In October, the pH of the bottom waters of Jiaozhou Bay varied in the range of 8.25∼8.33 and the range length of the seawater pH changes was 0.08. In respect of the change of time, from May to October, the seawater pH rose from being lower than 7.98 to higher than 8.25, and changed from being unfavorable for the growth of marine organisms to being favorable for their growth. The range length of the changes of the seawater pH decreased from 0.10 to 0.08, and the seawater pH became more stable which was favorable for the growth of marine organisms. In respect of the change of space, in the bottom waters inside and outside of the bay mouth, from May to October, the seawater pH rose from the low value 7.94∼7.98 to the high value of 8.25∼8.27, which changed from being unfavorable for the growth of marine organisms to being favorable for their growth. In the bottom waters of the mouth of Jiaozhou Bay, from May to October, the seawater pH rose from the minimum of 7.88 to the maximum of 8.33, changing from being unfavorable for the growth of marine organisms to being favorable for the growth. Therefore, in the bottom waters of the mouth of the bay, from May to October, the growth condition of marine organisms directly determined the changing process of the pH in terms of time and space: when the growth of the marine organisms was in bad condition, the seawater pH would drop, otherwise would rise.
