English speaking skills are considered the most important necessity to master because of the primary mode of international communication. The majority of learners find it challenging to be fluent in these skills due to ineffective strategies. This study investigated the English-speaking strategies employed by first-year English major students at Hanoi Law University in the 2nd term of the academic year 2021-2022. The study used a descriptive quantitative method with a researcher-made questionnaire for 68 respondents via the active Google link. The results revealed that students did not identify effective strategies for improving their speaking skills. They should be equipped with advanced strategies involving how to improve their speaking skills effectively. This study would help school administrators adjust their program objectives and teaching outcomes to amend their existing programs, teachers change their pedagogical practices, and suggest to students some efficient English-speaking strategies.

Musical performance is an important activity in the memorial ceremony and local festivals, providing an effective educational program and raising a special attraction of the manager board in the kindergartens. A quality musical performance not only inspires the children with the joyfulness, interest, reviving of art passion but an efficient approach for cultural, minding and ethical education, fitting the educational program in the kindergarten. In this study, we analyze the current practice of the musical performance and propose solutions to actively support the teacher enhancing the quality of this activity in the kindergartens. With case studies in a variety of the kindergartens, our results are expected to amend the quality of musical performance for the kindergarten children and to provide novel insights for the kindergarten teachers in Vietnam.

We consider a renormalizable theory, which successfully explains the number of Standard Model(SM) fermion families and whose non-SM scalar sector includes an axion dark matter as well asa field responsible for cosmological inflation. In such theory, the axion gets its mass via radiativecorrections at one-loop level mediated by virtual top quark, right handed Majorana neutrinos andSM gauge bosons. Its mass is obtained in the range 4 keV÷ 40 keV, consistent with the onepredicted by XENON1T experiment, when the right handed Majorana neutrino mass is varied from100 GeV up to 350 GeV, thus implying that the light active neutrino masses are generated from a lowscale type I seesaw mechanism. Furthermore, the theory under consideration can also successfullyaccommodates the XENON1T excess provided that the PQ symmetry is spontaneously broken atthe 1010 GeV scale.PACS numbers: 11.30.Fs, 12.15.Ff, 12.60.-i

The system of Duffing nonlinear differential equations is often used in dynamics, which are known to describe many important oscillating phenomena in nonlinear engineering systems. This article presents the pseudospectral method to calculate numerical solutions for nonlinear Duffing differential equations on the interval [–1, 1]. This method is based on the differentiation matrix using the Chebyshev Gauss – Lobatto points. To find numerical solutions of the nonlinear Duffing differential equations, we have built an iterative procedure. The software used for the calculations in this study was Mathematica 10.4. The numerical results of the comparison show that this solution had a high degree of accuracy and very small errors.

Based on the results of a quantitative survey of the subject "Gender prejudice against women in the field of science and technology" conducted by the Vietnam Women's Academy in 2021, the article analyzes gender stereotypes about the position of female scientists in the family and workplace. Research results show that the level of prejudice towards the position of female scientists in the family and the workplace is at an average level. However, a part of the respondents still have prejudiced thinking about the position of female scientists in the family as the keepers of the fire, keeping the family happy; putting family above career and in a position to support their husband's success rather than valuing their career. In addition, the research team also found some stereotypes towards the position of female scientists in the workplace such as women are suitable for professional positions, men suitable for professional leadership positions; women are more suitable for professional jobs than for management positions; Women are more suitable for deputy than the chief, especially in the fields of natural sciences, engineering, and technology.

Cost is an important indicator in the system of economic indicators for business management, and at the same time, it also has a close relationship with revenue and production and business results. Therefore, production cost accounting has a very important role in saving production costs, reducing product costs, thereby increasing competitive advantages for enterprises. This study generalizes some theoretical basis issues on production cost accounting, discuss production cost accounting in some typical enterprises, assesses and proposes some recommendations for the implementation production cost accounting in manufacturing enterprises in Tuyen Quang province.

In English, there are four skills that should be mastered, they are: listening, speaking, reading, and writing. Among the four language skills, speaking skill seems one of the most important skills that allows us to communicate with others and express our thoughts and feelings. However, this skill is also considered one of the most difficult skills of the language learning process. Many students can get good marks in writing exams but they find it difficult to fully express their thoughts in English. Therefore, how to improve students' speaking ability so that they can communicate confidently and fluently is the main goal in the current foreign language curriculum. In this article, the author presents the aspects of speaking skills, some difficulties that students face when learning speaking skill, and also gives some techniques for both teachers and students to improve speaking skills for non major students at Tan Trao University.

This article reflects on literary and humanities education in the current Philippine K to 12 senior high school literature curricula, through tracing the position of Philippine literary theory and criticism, or Kritika, in its objectives. It seeks to problematize whether its presence or absence is symptomatic to the “disastrous neoliberal” architecture of contemporary Philippine humanities education. While this study relates the literature subject to Martha Nussbaum’s claim that “the imaginative, creative aspect, and the aspect of rigorous critical thought” are indeed “losing ground as nations prefer to pursue short-term profit and skills suited to profit-making”, this paper also locates her idea through Constantino’s “miseducation of Filipino people” with the aim of decolonizing from the educational ethos that was never intended to promote democracy, freedom, and equality. Toward that objective, locating Philippine Kritika in the literature education is essential since it speaks to Isagani R. Cruz’s concept of “the other Other of Western literary theory”, which describes the education that Filipinos have inherited as impoverished because of its “ignorance of half of the world’s literary texts and theories.” The poverty it brought via colonialist hegemony is “unconsciously shared by Philippine literary thought” as evidenced by New Criticism being “the ruling paradigm in Philippine literary circles today” despite the emergence of newer critics and recent positions in Philippine postcolonial studies.
