The family has always played an especially important position and role in the evolution of human history. At the moment, the family plays a vital role in orienting and developing personality as well as educating people to become decent citizens with sufficient physical and mental power to contribute to the overall growth of society. In order to successfully realize the goal of building a rich, prosperous and happy country, it is necessary to strongly promote the role of the family in cultural construction and comprehensive human development, as the driving force for national development and integration. The article uses some basic methods to study issues about promoting the roles of the family in building the Vietnamese culture and people today.

Elections have always been a vanguard of procedural democracy in the Philippines. From the time of the first presidential election in the Tejeros Convention in 1897 until the 2016 Presidential derby, the voice of the people has been instrumental in catapulting the chief executive to the seat of power in Malacañang Palace. It is interesting to note that the dynamics of Philippine presidential elections has been written by only a few scholars. This study attempts to provide the mechanism of elections including its results in determining the occupant of the highest position of the land which is held by the Office of the President. Since the first presidential election in 1897 with Emilio Aguinaldo as president, the outcome has always been marred with influence peddling and electioneering. The maturity of presidential election was further enhanced with the 1935 and 1941 Commonwealth election with Manuel L. Quezon at the helm of power. However, mudslinging and rumour-mongering became pronounced during this democratic exercise. After the death of Quezon, the Philippines witnessed its first presidential succession under Sergio Osmeña Sr. During the outbreak of World War II and the Japanese occupation in 1941, Jose P. Laurel was installed as president by the National Assembly controlled by the imperial government of Japan. After World War II, the election of Manuel Roxas, Elpidio Quirino, Ramon Magsaysay, Carlos Garcia, Diosdado Macapagal, Ferdinand Marcos, Corazon Aquino, Fidel Ramos, Joseph Estrada, Benigno Simeon Aquino III and Rodrigo Duterte provided strength in the procedural aspect of democracy. It is in this context of the process of presidential electoral procedure that the following questions will be answered: what was the context of the presidential election of each chief executive?, what were the political parties involved and how they contend each other?, what were the significant election issues?, how was the presidential election conducted?, and what were the results?

Species of the genus Elsholtzia have great potential for bioactive substances. Although this species has been used a lot in traditional medicines, most of it is only used based on the experience gained or left by forerunners without much knowledge of the species scientific basis. Therefore, the investigation, research, evaluation of chemical composition and screening of potential bioactive substances from plants of the genus Elsholtzia, especially those endemic to Vietnam, will be of great scientific and practical significance, actively contributing to the rational exploitation and use of the country's natural resources, thereby orienting the application of Elsholtzia essential oil in research and develops a number of food, pharmaceutical and cosmetic products. Using the method of extracting essential oils by steam distillation and the evaluation of antibacterial activity by agar diffusion method with the following contents: Results analysis, evaluation and screening of essential oils of some species of the genus Elsholtzia with biological activity obtained in different regions. Research results on mixing ratio to create antibacterial hand sanitizer products, completing the process and calculating the cost of antibacterial hand sanitizer products.

Hemp Hurd has not yet found an optimal treatment method, therefore, in this paper, we isolated and screened native microorganisms with high cellulose-degradation capability for potentially effective treatment. Native microorganisms were isolated on Gauze I and Hans, media then CMC-as activity was determined. Next, the species names of screening microorganisms were determined by total DNA isolation, PCR and Sequencing. The results showed that 02 bacterial strains and 06 actinomycete strains were selected from 32 isolates. Then, we optimized the growing conditions of the screened microorganisms. Among actinomycetes strains PU1.1, PU2.1 gave the highest weight loss results, therefore they were selected for further study. Our results showed that TG2.1 and CM4.1 are Bacillus subtilis. PU1.1 is Streptomyces lilacs, while PU1.2 is Streptomyces Misiones. The selected microorganisms belong to risk group level 1 (safety group). Thus, these strains can be used for further experiments in the research and production of microorganism-derived bio-products to treat hemp hurd in Thanh Hoa province.

Teaching and learning languages, especially English, online through digital transformation is an extremely correct, convenient and beneficial strategy for the education of the country in general and Hanoi Law University in particular. Digital transformation in training is currently a matter of great concern and promotion, especially in the midst of complicated changes in the Covid-19 epidemic, it is impossible to determine with certainty when it will be completely stable so that education can return to the normal teaching state as before. Therefore, this study used a descriptive quantitative approach to find out the attitudes of teachers and students towards Digital Transformation in English language teaching and learning at Hanoi Law University during the Covid-19 pandemic. The study concludes that the most obvious challenges are those related to accessing and adapting to new teaching and learning technologies. Based on the findings, teachers and learners would consult to adapt themselves to renovative pedagogical practices and learning styles, respectively.

In this paper, using the asymptotic a priori estimate method, we prove the existence of pullback attractors for a non-autonomous semilinear strongly degenerate parabolic equation in an arbitrary domain, without restriction on the growth order of the polynomial type non-linearity and with a suitable exponential growth of the external force. The obtained results improve some recent ones for the non-autonomous reaction–diffusion equations.

Ziziphus talanai (Blanco) Merrill, locally known as the Balakat tree in the Philippines, is an endemic plant reported to have therapeutic properties due to its flavonoid content. Specifically, neuroprotective activities against oxidative stress in mice brains have been previously documented under this plant. Therefore, this study investigated the antinecrotic potential of Z. talanai against MSG-induced cytoarchitectural alterations of the mice's prefrontal cortex. Twenty (20) male albino mice were distributed into four treatment groups: T0 (DW alone at 0.3 mL/20 g b.w.); T- (MSG alone at 180 mg/20 g b.w.); T+ (L-Taurine at 0.2 mL/20 g b.w. and MSG at 180 mg/20 g b.w.); and T1 (Z. talanai at 0.3ml/20g b.w. and MSG at 180 mg/20 g b.w.). Results of the histological assessment of the prefrontal cortex reveal normal histology for T0, marked with an intact nucleus, and prominent and organized cells. Tissue architecture for T- reveals the reduction of cells and necrosis. T+ and T1 groups both maintained intact and well-stained nuclei that are comparable with T0. Interestingly, cellular proliferation has been noted for the Z. talanai group, which indicates possible neuronal differentiation. Overall, Z. talanai extract has been observed to exert antinecrotic capacities in the mouse brain.
