Inflammation is a response to tissue damage due to various adverse stimuli, both chemical and mechanical, infections and foreign bodies such as bacteria and viruses. This study aims to determine the effect of the anti-inflammatory effect of ethanol extract of karamunting stems. Karamunting stems were extracted by maceration method using 96% ethanol solvent. Each anti-inflamatory test was divided into five groups, namely the negative control group (CMC Na), the positive control group (Diclofenac Na), the Karamunting stem extract test group (dose of 100 mg/kg BW, 200 mg/Kg BW, and 400 mg/kg). kg BW). Anti-inflammatory test using the Rat hind paw edema method induced by 1% carrageenan. Data analysis used the Shapiro-Wilk test and then continued with a one-way ANOVA test. The population of this study was all people who visited the Jekan Raya Health Center in Palangka Raya City. City with a sample of 65 people. One of the plants that is efficacious to prevent a disease is the leaf Annona muricata L. This plant contains contains saponins, terpenoids, steroids, flavonoids, tannins and alkaloids. Compounds that have the most role in causing pharmacological effects are flavonoid compounds as a source of antioxidants. The level of polarity of the solvent in the study will affect the content of the compound extracted based on the principle of like dissolves like. This study was conducted to determine the total flavonoid content at different levels of solvent types and the effect of different solvents of 96% ethanol, ethyl acetate and n-hexane on total flavonoid content. In addition, qualitative tests were carried out to determine the flavonoid compounds. The type of research used is pre-experimental, extraction with controlled maceration method of temperature, light, length of time and stirring. Qualitative analysis with color correction test and Thin Layer Chromatography. Assay using UV-Vis spectrophotometry. The results of the research on identification by color test and Thin Layer Chromatography on the extract Annona muricata L. using 96% ethanol, ethyl acetate and n-hexane as solvents were positive for flavonoids and the results of the determination of flavonoid levels in each solvent were 68,9048 mgQE/g, 97,2381 mgQE /g and 73,6667 mgQE/g. ANOVA statistical analysis in each group had a significant difference with p= <0.001 (<0.05). Flavonoid compounds are influenced by the level of solvent polarity, there are significant differences between treatment groups with different types of solvents on total flavonoid levels. Hypertension is an increase in systolic blood pressure of more than 140 mmHg and diastolic blood pressure of more than 90 mmHg. One of the risk factors for hypertension is an unhealthy lifestyle that affects adults. The purpose of this study was to determine the correlation of lifestyle and the incident of hypertension in adults in the work area of BLUD UPT Puskesmas Pahandut, Palangka Raya. The method used is accidental sampling. The design of this study uses analytical descriptive research with a cross-sectional approach. The samples taken were from79 hypertensive patients who visited the Pahandut Health Center. The data of this study were taken using questionnaires. After tabulating, the data were analyzed univariately and bivariately analysis using the Chisquare test. The results of the study showed that the significance value of p-value = 0.000 (0.05). This shows that there is a correlation of lifestyle and the incident of hypertension in adults in the BLUD UPT Pahandut Health Center work area, Palangka Raya City. The advice given is that people's lifestyles can be well maintained by doing physical activity, maintaining a diet to reduce smoking and drinking coffee habits.

Tuberculosis was still a health problem for Indonesian and internationally, so it was one of the sustainable health development goals (SDGs), the success of TB treatment was influenced by the level of knowledge, family support and compliance of patients taking drugs, but in fact, because the long treatment period makes patients become saturated this was a factor that causes patients to not comply with taking drugs. The purpose of this research was to find out the relationship between the level of knowledge and family support with adherence to taking medications in tuberculosis sufferers. The research design was quantitative research with a cross-sectional approach, the research sample was all tuberculosis sufferers as many as 35 people who were in the work area of Pukesmas Pahandut, the statistical test used was a chi-square test with the help of a computer. Based on this research result, it may be concluded that had a good level of knowledge as many as 30 respondents (85.7%) had good family support as many as 28 respondents (80%) and obediently took drugs as many as 28 respondents (80%), there was a relationship between the level of knowledge and family support with adherence to taking drugs in tuberculosis sufferers with a pvalue value = 0.000 (α<0.05). Therefore, it was important for sufferers to increase their knowledge about tuberculosis and it will be better if the family provides support to the sufferer so that the patient was more motivated to recover and obey in taking drugs during the tuberculosis treatment period.

The method used in this study was the extracts of the two species were dissolved with methanol p.a and scanned the spectra at a wavelength of 200-400 nm, data analysis using partial least squares. The results obtained in the authentication of Bunga R.tomentosa produced various models, at 248.14-222.5 nm scanning resulted in data RMSEC: 2.61, R2: 0.9971, RMSEP:5.78, R2: 0.9951 and RMSECV:9.19, R2: 0.9655, On scanning 298.43- 56.36nm produces data RMSEC:0.929, R2: 0.9996, RMSEP:3.54, R2: 0.9956 and RMSECV:10.5,R2:0.9591, by looking at the two data, the lowest RMSE value and the highest R2 value are selected. The conclusion in this study is that the best model for R.tomentosa authentication is the second derivatization with a wavelength of 298.43-256.36nm.

One of the triggers for the transmission of DHF at this time is the lack of knowledge and actions of a person in preventing and eradicating mosquito nests. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between public knowledge about 3m plus and the incidence of Dengue Hemorrhagic Fever (DHF). The design of this study used an analytical survey with a cross sectional approach. The population in this study was the entire community in the working area of the Kereng Bangkirai Health Center with a total sample of 42 respondents. The sampling method used is purposive sampling. The data of this study were taken using a questionnaire. After tabulating the existing data were analyzed using the Chi-Square . analysis test. The results showed that there was a relationship between public knowledge about 3m Plus and the incidence of dengue hemorrhagic fever (DHF) (P 0.000 <a 0.05). Diarrhea is an endemic disease that can cause Extraordinary Events (KLB). In 2017, there were 21 occurrences of diarrhea spreading across 12 provinces with a total of 1,725 patients and 34 deaths (CFR 1.97%). There are three risk factors for diarrhea, namely individual characteristics, preventive behavior, and environment. This research is to determine the correlation between toilet ownership and the occurrence of diarrhea in Bagan Laguh Village, Riau. The research population was all residents of Bagan Laguh Village listedin the Integrated Social Welfare Data (DTKS) and 59 residents were selected as the research sample using the simple random sampling technique. The primary data were obtained from the questionnaires filled out by the respondents and then analyzed using the Chi-Square test. The results of this research indicated that respondents' level of education and income are not significantly correlated with the occurrence of diarrhea(P values= 0.115 and 0.421 respectively); however, respondents' knowledge, attitude, and toilet ownership are correlated with the occurrence of diarrhea significantly (P-values = 0.007, 0.001, and 0.002 respectively).

Coronary heart disease was to cardiovascular disease caused by arteries entering by plaque or pollutants that collect on the walls of the coronary arteries. The death rate due to coronary heart disease in Indonesian reaches 1.25 million people. Based on the 2018 National Riskesdes Report, in Central Kalimantan, heart disease was 1.3% or 10,189 cases of heart disease. The purpose of this research was to find out the Correlation between age and the incidence of coronary heart disease in outpatients at RSUD dr. Doris Sylvanus, Central Kalimantan Province. The design of this research was used cross sectional with the type of sampling of Simple Random Sampling. The population was 9759 respondents and the sample was 99 respondents who perform outpatient treatment at RSUD dr. Doris Sylvanus. The data was obtained from secondary data from medical records, then the data was tabulated and analyzed using the chi square test. Based on the research result, it may be obtained p value = 0,02 that was a significant relation exists between the age of coronary heart disease in patients outpatient at RSUD dr. Doris Sylvanus of Central Kalimantan Province. Coronary heart disease develops as a person ages, where the older he gets, the more likely he was to suffer from coronary heart disease.
