Exploration of Task-driven Blended Teaching of Marketing 市场营销任务驱动混合式教学的探索

The rapid development of Internet economy and marketing is changing our life, where marketing has become the key for entrepreneurs to win in competition. This paper explored ways to reform the course of Marketing based on task-driven blended teaching and the ADDIE model. Starting from the teaching tasks of the course, this paper combined with the five steps of “ analysis-design-development-implementation-evaluation” to design the practical tasks of marketing in the hope of encouraging students to study marketing from a theoretical perspective. In turn, the blended teaching mode of the course is constructed to meet the learning needs of students, with emphasis on the training of students’ practical ability to cultivate them into marketing talents that suit enterprises.
互联网经济和营销的快速发展正在改变着我们的生活,营销已经成为企业家在竞争中取胜的关键。本文探讨了基于任务驱动混合式教学和ADDIE模式的《市场营销》课程改革。本文从课程教学任务出发,结合“分析-设计-开发-实施-评价”五个步骤,设计市场营销实践任务,希望能鼓励学生从理论角度学习市场营销。根据学生的学习需求,构建课程的混合式教学模式,注重培养学生的实践能力,将其培养成为适合企业的营销人才。

Research on the Evaluation Eystem of Talent’s Ability based on Computer Simulation Technology 基于计算机仿真技术的人才能力评价体系研究

Through the simulation modeling of the evaluation system and the simulation prediction of the graduating talents, the evaluation of the talents’ ability to take office is quantitatively studied. On the basis of summing up the existing simulation modeling research of talent ability training, according to the needs of application-oriented talent ability evaluation, using the principle of computer simulation, this paper studies and puts forward the overall structure, model, system structure of talent ability evaluation system and the specific design content of simulation reasoning machine of evaluation system, which provides a theoretical reference for talent training in Colleges and universities, and also provides a practical basis for talent training in different positions.
通过对评价系统的仿真建模和对毕业人才的仿真预测,对人才就任能力的评价进行了定量研究。本文在总结现有人才能力培养仿真建模研究的基础上,根据应用型人才能力评价的需要,利用计算机仿真原理,研究提出了人才能力评价体系的总体结构、模型、体系结构以及评价体系仿真推理机的具体设计内容。为高校的人才培养提供理论参考,也为不同岗位的人才培养提供实践依据。

The arrival of the era of artificial intelligence has a great impact on the produce of relationship and mode, resulting in changes in the demand for talents. As an important place to train professional and technical talents, secondary vocational schools need teachers to make changes. Teachers should improve their own educational and teaching ability, and cultivate talents of high-quality, innovative and in line with the needs of social development. By analyzing the development status of artificial intelligence in the field of education and the current students’ problems facing teachers (students’ characteristics), this paper gives some ideals and suggestions on the development of professional ability of secondary vocational teachers in the era of artificial intelligence.
人工智能时代的到来对关系和模式的产生产生了很大的影响,导致对人才的需求发生了变化。中等职业学校作为培养专业技术人才的重要场所,需要教师做出改变。教师要提高自身的教育教学能力,培养高素质、创新型、符合社会发展需要的人才。本文通过分析人工智能在教育领域的发展现状和当前教师面临的学生问题(学生特点),对人工智能时代中职教师专业能力的培养提出了一些理想和建议。

With the improvement of education informatization, teachers’ information technology ability is continuously improved, and information technology is constantly integrated into education, which provides a technical basis for Group Cooperative Learning. This paper study how to design the teaching based on Blackboard teaching platform, combine information technology with group cooperative learning, and design students’ “learning activities” through group cooperation, so as to fully promote the students’ enthusiasm and initiative, and improve the students’ learning effect.

Scientific development and technological innovation have a direct impact on the way of thinking, life and production of human beings, showing different development logic. The popularity of Internet technology has promoted the Internet + Internet plus stage and Internet economic stage, and has entered the Internet era, showing the Internet thinking. Faced with the Internet era, the modern vocational education system with Chinese characteristics needs to solve two core problems: building a modern vocational education system in different levels and classifications and serving the local economic and social development. To adapt to the Internet thinking, vocational education needs to grasp three directions: user thinking: standardized training gives way to students’ personalized development; organizational form: campus center gives way to teaching practice center; development thinking: professional hard power gives way to comprehensive soft power.

With the integration of information technology and education and teaching, the innovative development of informatization education provides a powerful technical lever for educational reform. Based on the basic premise that intelligent technology promotes educational reform, the article believes that the in-depth application of educational big data can promote the scientific development of pedagogy from “experience” to “evidence-based” at the level of educational research. A new cultural scene of digital survival and digital citizenship education provides scientific support for government departments in decision-making and management in terms of education balance, and promotes the process reengineering of education-oriented poverty alleviation business in the education economy.

In the special period, all colleges and universities are actively carrying out online and offline hybrid teaching reform with information cloud platform teaching as the carrier to improve teaching quality. This paper takes the wisdom tree as the platform and the course of “principles of electrical appliances” as an example and discusses the mixed teaching from three stages: before class, in class and after class. The practical effect shows that hybrid teaching can improve students’ initiative and inquiry, effectively improve the quality of education and teaching, and further promote the teaching reform.
在特殊时期,各高校都在积极开展以信息云平台教学为载体的线上线下混合教学改革,提高教学质量。本文以智慧树为平台,以《电器原理》课程为例,从课前、课中、课后三个阶段探讨了混合式教学。实践效果表明,混合教学能提高学生的主动性和探究性,有效提高教育教学质量,进一步促进教学改革。

By applying the resources of the Network Education Platforms such as Chinese University MOOC and Wisdom Tree, this paper discusses the important role of network resources in home-based teaching and the development prospects of promotion together.

As China continues to advance the modernization of education, the rapid development of online education has laid a solid foundation for non-stop classes advocated by the Chinese Ministry of Education during the COVID-19 epidemic. To fully understand the online learning situation of chemical engineering majors in colleges and universities, through the investigation and interviews of chemical engineering majors, the existing problems of online education were analyzed and discussed. Suggestions for the similar issues were put forward.

With the continuous development of big data and cloud computing, artificial intelligence technology plays an important role in education. Traditional foreign language teaching can’t satisfy learners’ individualized, innovative and cooperative learning style. The mode supported by artificial intelligence brings opportunities and challenges to foreign language teaching. This paper analyzes the deep integration of artificial intelligence and foreign language teaching, and then from the modeling of foreign language learners and teachers under the artificial intelligence environment, further analyzes the application of artificial intelligence in foreign language teaching, and forecasts the development of artificial intelligence in the future. The deep integration of artificial intelligence technology in education improves the quality and effectiveness of foreign language teaching.
随着大数据和云计算的不断发展,人工智能技术在教育中发挥着重要作用。传统的外语教学已不能满足学习者个性化、创新性、合作性的学习方式。人工智能支持的外语教学模式给外语教学带来了机遇和挑战。本文分析了人工智能与外语教学的深度融合,然后从人工智能环境下外语学习者和教师的建模入手,进一步分析了人工智能在外语教学中的应用,并对未来人工智能的发展进行了预测。人工智能技术与教育的深度融合,提高了外语教学的质量和效果。
