Today in the scientific and technical literature of Kazakhstan as well as abroad there are a significant amount of works which have been devoted to engineering-geological mapping. By means of specialized maps it is obviously possible to assess geological profile of building ground in general, and separate sites of project facilities. The assessment of geological profile of territory of cities is impossible without geoinformation technologies at the present time. Improvement of mapping services and technologies of GIS software are widely used for engineering-geological mapping, development plan of territories, forecasting dangerous natural processes and assessment of various risks. However introduction of geoinformation technologies and special engineering-geological mapping in the Republic Kazakhstan is underdeveloped and does not play a leading role in engineering practice. The article addresses formalization of the process of creating special geotechnical maps in GIS as a certain step-by-step description of the process, based on a number of principles that determine the characteristics of map indicators and the methods of mapping. Special geotechnical maps are a basis for the decision of practical problems connected with an arrangement of constructions on the building ground, a detailed planning and project formulation of building blocks. The analysis of the existing methods of assessing geological profile of the built-up territory of the city was given in order to optimize the survey and engineering work on the construction of foundations, an example of the developed geoinformation database for the analysis of geotechnical properties of soils and the development of special geotechnical maps was given in addition. Also examples of types and the reasons of deformations of buildings and constructions caused by variations in the bases of foundations , besides the research works of the authors who developed their own methods of conducting engineering and geological surveys and special geotechnical maps have been analyzed and the concepts as «engineering-geological maps», «special geotechnical maps» have been defined.

The influence of various factors was analyzed on the mode of operation of the GTE and their accounting capabilities in the simulation. The results of numerical simulation are given for various versions of burner devices with microflare devices. Model matching is available with known experimental data.

In the developed countries of the world, the problem of quality improvement occupies a leading place in ensuring the competitiveness of products and services, building new relationships between consumers and producers, and meeting material needs, social interests, and spiritual demands, especially in production and industrial engineering. With the entry of Kazakhstan enterprises into international markets and the opening of the Kazakh market for the goods of foreign firms, the problem of product quality has become a priority for domestic producers. Currently, there are problems in the implementation of the quality management system in Kazakhstan. Accordingly, the article discusses the problems of implementing a quality management system in the example of a company producing bentonite clay in Kazakhstan. The methods of observation, analysis, and synthesis, as well as the technique of interview with the head of the quality group, were used for the research. As a result of the research, the management system introduced in this enterprise was discussed, and the problems observed during the system implementation were presented, as well as recommendations for the company.

: The article discusses some energy and thermophysical issues and aspects of the development of cavitation heat generators in the context of general trends in the development of energy in general. A brief analysis of the development of alternative, renewable and alternative energy sources and heat in the world and the CIS is given. A brief description of some literary sources with the practical application of the phenomenon of cavitation is presented. Analyzed some data of the initial experiments of controlled cavitation from the point of view of hydrodynamics and heat transfer. The configuration of the cavitation heat generator and the experimental setup are also presented. Ways to control the artificially created cavitation effect presented in this work, which allow to obtain rather high parameters of direct conversion of electrical energy to drive the pump into thermal energy for heating water. : The paper proposes a method for constructing control systems for deterministic chaotic regimes of nonlinear objects in the class of catastrophes, a hyperbolic ombric from a catastrophe theory for a system with m input and n output. Switchgears are an integral part of the energy industry of the Republic of Kazakhstan, which include substations, electrical installations, power transmission lines and other facilities. Currently, they are undergoing physical and moral wear and tear. The growth of production capacities of industry and the population emphasizes the need for intensive development of the energy complex using the technologies of the XXI century, while maintaining a technological balance between traditional energy and renewable energy sources [4]. The concept of development of the fuel and energy complex of the Republic of Kazakhstan until 2030 fully reflects these tasks and development approaches. In addition, the construction and reconstruction of distribution networks are due to the growth of a total load of consumers, which, even now, continues to increase rapidly. Concrete used in construction is an integral part of all types of construction and installation work. Thus, the concrete mixture used in the construction of energy facilities must have special properties and moisture-resistant characteristics, allowing you to solve specific energy problems, which include: reliability, durability, low electrical conductivity and other characteristics of concrete structures.
