Justification of the Design Parameters of a Small-sized Potato Digger 小型马铃薯挖土机设计参数的确定

The results of studies on the optimization of the parameters of oscillatory-separating mechanisms of a small-sized potato digger are presented. An analytical dependence in the form of a regression equation is obtained, which makes it possible to determine the optimal parameters of the vibration separating mechanism to improve separation in the tuber soil mixture.
介绍了小型马铃薯挖掘机振动分离机构参数的优化研究结果。得到了回归方程形式的解析依赖关系,从而可以确定振动分离机构的最佳参数,以提高块茎土混合物的分离效果。

Pneumatic Threshing Device 气动脱粒装置

The design of a pneumatic threshing device for threshing ears of grain crops during selection work is proposed, which makes it possible to reduce grain injury. As a result of the experiments, it was found that crushing is completely absent during pneumatic threshing. At an air flow speed of more than 40 m/s, the efficiency of pneumatic threshing of ears is 100%, complete separation of all grains from the ears is ensured.

Promising paths for the development of additive technologies in the Russian Federation, technologies for automated repair of machines and equipment using machine vision and learning, as well as the creation of mobile workshops and complexes for the repair of machine parts are shown. In the repair industry, 3D scanning and reverse engineering of parts, 3D printing of spare parts and 3D technologies for repairing parts and components will be in great demand. The use of 3D technologies in the repair of machines reduces the consumption of filler material during the restoration of parts and increases their wear resistance.
