Prospects for the Strategic Development of Rural Areas 农村战略发展展望

The subject matter of the strategic development of rural areas is revealed, taking into account state support and initiatives of state regulation in the field of spatial development. The special role of the state program of the Russian Federation “Integrated Development of Rural Territories”, as well as the allocation of supporting settlements in rural areas as strategic centers of social and economic development, is noted. It is proposed to pay more attention to training specialists in the regions on the issues of strategic planning of rural development.

Improving the Operational Reliability of Agricultural Machines 提高农业机械运行可靠性

The results of a study of a new design of the joint, which provides an increase in the strength and durability of the bearing joints of the parts of the working bodies of agricultural machines, are presented. In the case of installation of the bolts of the proposed design in the part to which the nut is adjacent, with a slight interference, a rigid sealing of the bolt shaft is guaranteed and bending stresses are excluded in the sections that are directly located at the thread and in the thread itself.

The role of scientific research and elaboration in the development of the economy, strengthening the technological sovereignty of the country is shown. The shortcomings of the previously existing system for evaluating scientific activity using the international scientometric databases Web of Science and Scopus are revealed. The issues of formation of a national scientometric system for the evaluation of scientific activity, including in the field of agriculture, are considered.

The design of an energy-saving combined implement capable of performing basic and pre-sowing tillage, applying mineral fertilizers, forming irrigation furrows and sowing melons and gourds in one pass is substantiated. The use of a combined tillage unit allows to reduce labor costs by up to 39%, energy consumption for soil preparation – up to 45%, reduce the duration of work, reduce soil compaction by reducing the unit’s passes across the field and retain moisture in the soil layer.

The factors influencing the combine passage length in the working cycle of filling the bunker with grain are determined. The indicators of compaction of the relative area of the field by a combine harvester were established when filling the bunker both as a whole and in excess of the maximum pressure limits allowed by GOST R 58655-2019.

Efficiency of Technologies for Harvesting Grain Crops with a Stripping Header and Direct Combining 脱粒抽穗机与直接组合收割技术的效率研究

The results of a study of two technologies for harvesting grain crops in the steppe zone of the Omsk region are presented. The first harvesting technology was carried out by stripping grain on the vine with an OZH-7 stripping header, the second one was carried out by a traditional grain harvester for direct combining Power Stream 900. Both harvesters were aggregated with an ACROS 595 Plus combine.

A technology has been developed for obtaining surface-active substances (amides of fatty acids) from the waste of meat processing enterprises. They can be used in the production of detergents, process fluids, lubricant compositions, atmospheric corrosion inhibitors and other operating materials. Tests have shown that the addition of 10% fatty acid amides obtained by waste processing to I-20 base oil can reduce sample wear by 24%.
