Activin A as a member of transforming growth factor β (TGF-β) superfamily, plays important roles in the body such as regulation of cell growth and differentiation, wound repairing and modulation of inflammatory responses. More importantly, it can be used as a therapeutic agent; so its recombinant production, especially in the periplasmic space of E. coli as an economical bacterium is of great value. The aim of this study is large- scale production of activin A with a correct structure. For this purpose, three strategies were used. First, an efficient and appropriate signal peptide, modified Iranian Bacillus Licheniformis α-amylase signal peptide, was used to secrete activin A to the periplasmic space of E. coli as a suitable environment for correct protein folding. Second, cytoplasmic chaperones, Dnak, DnaJ, GroEL/ GroES, TF (trigger factor) were expressed simultaneously with activin A. And finally, the optimal agitation rate for improved production of activin A was found in the bioreactor scale. Our results indicated that by the co-expression of TF with activin A and using agitation rate of 1000 rpm maximum expression of activin A in E. coli was obtained. More importantly, based on the CD spectroscopy results and bioassay test the recombinant activin A had appropriate secondary structure and was fully functional.

This thesis takes into consideration sports and specifies their religious restrictions. It also aims to provide people interested in sport with these religious restrictions which are illustrated through the descriptive and inductive approach. The thesis has arrived at the conclusion that sports are religiously permitted if they have met the religious conditions. In case a condition is missing, the permission turns into hatred or prohibition. The thesis also recommends that Olympic committees, sport federations and sport centers should have a verified book that is referred to in order to know the religious rules for sports. Also, it is recommended that sportsmen and coaches should attend an annual religious seminar to discuss sport and related issues.

The research aims to collect issues that contradict the origin and the apparent mentioned in the chapter on the obligations, and study them in a comparative jurisprudential study that shows the position of the original, the apparent position and the face of the contradiction, and then weighting one of them with the evidence, and the method used in the study is the inductive and deductive approach. We introduce a method to generate a new class of lifetime models based on the bounded distributions such that the defined models are exclusively a special case of the new class. A new subfamily, Generalized Alpha Power (GAP) is discussed and some stochastic orders in this subfamily are investigated to identify the proposed method effect. The performance of the maximum likelihood estimators based on the simulation is studied and in the end, the importance and flexibility of the new family for the models are illustrated by a real data set. Our results indicate that using the proposed method substantially improves the fitness of any G-family model and can be extended to any real data set. Finally, the GAPTW regression model is applied to the kidney infection data.

The essence of this topic is the conversation about (The Verses of Bahrain) mentioned in the Book of God Almighty, as these verses are mentioned five times in the Qur’an. The honorable one, and that is why this research was the subject of five investigations. The researcher spoke in those investigations about the verses in which the word (Bahrain) came in Deuteronomy, The researcher dealt with the many benefits and blessings of these seas, as their fresh and salty waters have many benefits, and countless and countless goodies, and there is the great divine wisdom in the isthmus and the interdicted stone, which was mentioned in those verses, and the differences of scholars in the past and present in that barrier, and how modern science has interpreted that. In the course of the research, the researcher mentioned the living creatures that live inside these seas, as well as extracting pearls and coral from the depths of these vast oceans, and seeing the large ships that pierce the water in an enormous way back and forth, all with the power of God Almighty. As for the method and nature of the study, it is represented in the inductive analytical method, by collecting the verses in question, explaining and interpreting them according to the pleasure of the Almighty God from ancient and modern sources, and this method is what researchers follow in such research. The most important results of this research can be summarized as follows: The seas have a great variety of importance and that is why they took a good space from the Holy Book. And that the Signs of the Sea include a scientific miracle that modern science recently discovered. That the Prophet, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him, did not explain such verses, because the time has not yet come for them. That such verses clearly indicate the greatness and enormous power of God.

The aim of the research is to explain the method of the Qur'an in raising children, by addressing the texts referring to the verses of raising children in the Holy Quran, citing some hadiths and the positions of prophets and righteous people in raising their children and the ideological, moral and emotional aspects and the rights of children over their parents in education. This research has followed the descriptive approach, and the results of the research were: God sent the prophets to guide people, and among the ways of guiding good education of children, if the Muslim child grew up healthy and correct, it was called to the goodness of the Muslim community as a word, and Islam has taken more care of the education of children than before of nations, and for the sake of raising children goodly, Islam has guaranteed children many Islamic rights, which exceed what the children's rights organizations have adopted together, and I have recommended the importance of instilling faith in the generation. Young, as well as the interest in the educators themselves, as a large number of them do not know the Islamic curriculum in raising children, and also the work of weekly seminars extending a period of time especially for mothers, to introduce them to the importance of education and its correct methods.

The aim of this research is to clarify the phenomenon of pluralism and diversity in its various aspects, with a focus on Islam’s position on pluralism and diversity in its various types and divisions. The research also sought to address religious and political pluralism, cultural pluralism, economic pluralism and Islam’s position and outlook on it. The study is based on the descriptive and analytical approach that sheds light on pluralism and diversity from an Islamic perspective, and through the descriptive and analytical approach, the study will provide a description and analysis of the plurality and diversity in thought and culture from the application of Islamic thought. The research reached the following results: - Religious pluralism, or Islam’s view of pluralism in general, is the ideal solution to the problem of religious conflict in the world and to the peaceful coexistence of different religions. Diversity in Islamic society is the best evidence of Islam's tolerance and its recognition that difference is a universal nature. Islam adopts political pluralism on condition that it be disciplined within the framework of commitment to the supremacy of Sharia and not deviating from its established principles. - Islamic economics is based on matters that other systems lack. It combines private and public ownership at the same time, considering that both of them are assets and each of them has its objectives and sources, provided that they are legitimate. Economic pluralism expresses the existence of more than one economic system in a single country, and Islamic law is concerned with the economic aspect.

In this research a study of the goals of Islamic politics. He talked about the concept of the objectives and their types, and concept of legal politics, then he separated the objectives sought by the street from the jurisprudence of Sharia policy, the researcher wanted to clarify the objectives of politics and highlight the purpose of its jurisprudence, and to show the beauty and merits of the law in this regard, and correct the course of political action to comply with the legitimate objectives. The research was conducted after extrapolating the texts of Sharia and the words of the jurists on the topic of Sharia policy, the legal policy was generally intended to preserve the worldly interests of the people, such as achieving security, services and civilized development, and eschatological interests, such as preserving religion and spreading moral values and science. In the second, I knew the effects of commonality in companies and demonstrated the dispute of jurists regarding the requirement of communality in the profit of the company. The third came indicating the effects of common property in mortgage, including the doctrine of the jurists in that and their evidence and what was mentioned in the discussions, indicating the most correct saying of the scholars. On the fourth, I explained the provisions of common lease between two partners. The fifth section included the doctrines of jurists in the endowment of one of the partners share of the public domain, explaining the evidence of jurists in that and what was mentioned in the discussions and indicated the most correct in it; then it was concluded with a conclusion that included the most important results and recommendations.

This study deals with the issue of loyalty in the Holy Quran. Because of its great importance in the Muslim faith and the impact it entails, and since this loyalty deals with many types, many people differed in its legitimacy, or expanded without restrictions, this study aimed to clarify the meaning and types of loyalty in the Holy Qur’an, and to know its most important aspects and the controls set by the Holy Quran for each of these types. To achieve these goals, the researcher followed: (the inductive approach) to collect and extrapolate the word loyalty in the Noble Qur’an, the (analytical) method to clarify the meaning of this word through its context in the Qur’an, and the (deductive) approach to derive the connotations of this word through the Qur’an context. And this study reached some results, the most important of which are: that loyalty may be to someone other than God in its worldly sense, and it may only be in its absolute meaning to God Almighty.
