The study aimed at identify the most prominent similarities raised by orientalists against the Prophet’s biography, and to shed light on the most prominent Muslim scholars who responded to these suspicions. The study used the critical inductive approach, and the study reached many results, most notably: that intolerance and prejudice were dominating the writings of the ancient Orientalists due to their being affected by the spirit of religious fanaticism that was dominant and crystallized by the impact of the Crusades, and due to their weak knowledge of the Arabic language, and the lack of resources available to them. However, since the early modern times, the West has not been free of moderate thinkers who have praised Islam, but since the nineteenth century interest began to study and print Arabic manuscripts, and Orientalists began studying the history of the East for itself, following the scientific method that had made great progress in the West.

This research aims to indicate the ruling of the meeting for the study before Friday according to an authentic methodology based on modern, fundamentalist, doctrinal and purpose aspects. The study adopted a complex approach of descriptive and analytical approaches based on extrapolation and comparison, taking into account the steps and conditions of scientific research used in Islamic studies. After examining the merits of the meeting to examine Friday between the followers and the innovation of evidence and objections, it was found that it was permissible to say that it was permissible, both in terms of the validity and preponderance of the evidentiary orientation, in terms of the strength and implications of the evidence and its implications for the purpose, and documents that emerged through a set of evidence; fundamentalism and jurisprudence.

However, his sayings differed in judging some of the narrators, so we find that he judges some in one book with a ruling, and he is judged by another in another book of his. Who urges me to carefully consider his method of verifying the narrators; In order to trace that difference, with an attempt to identify its causes, and to clarify the correctness of it? Through the study of five narrators, prefacing the way by an explanation of the ranks of verifying narrators according to Al-Hafiz Ibn Hajar, the reasons for the difference in his sayings, and the Theory for choosing the most correct saying according to him. Concluding with the most important results that I have reached from this study.
