With the flourishing development of computer technology, image duplication can be carried out in a convenient way. In order to protect intellectual property rights, experts are devoted to many anti-counterfeiting technologies. Among them, watermark by hybrid halftone dots is formed by amplitude modulation (AM) dots and frequency modulation (FM) dots. Because of different halftone dots, watermark can be observed by closer look. In this study, we design a boundary processing to make the edge area of two dots gradual change. Then, the visibility is evaluated by Human Visual System (HVS). Results shows the boundary processing can effectively hide watermark, and it can be applied to many document security applications.

The main purpose of this paper is to explore a new concept of experimental teaching model of three-dimensional (3D) animation. In many scientific experiments teaching process (such as physics, chemistry, biology, etc.), the generic approach are the first results obtained by experimental demonstration, then the principle of scientific theories which explain to students. In the experimental demonstration process, we do not have to stick to some laboratory equipment or some experimental space, different students ultimately understand the same scientific principles. Likewise, if the experiment teaching of 3D animation is not necessarily confined to a 3D animation software, experimental teaching is mainly to guide students thinking exercise in animation creation. That is the aim of experimental teaching of 3D animation is to enable students to understand the "Creative Thinking" is the core of curriculum in the experimental teaching of 3D animation. Students can use different 3D animation software or use the same software in different functions, in order to achieve the minds of creative thinking, rather than rigidly adhere to learn some 3D animation software or some software features. This paper summarized the experimental teaching process of 3D animation. Then, the construction and motion of animated character in animation process are discussed. Finally, a new concept of experimental teaching model of 3D animated is proposed.

Rescue mission against the clock. When people are in urgent distress, the shorter the response time of rescue personnel, the faster the people who need help would be away from dangerous situation. It also means that the smaller loss of victims, the shorter time the rescue workers are exposed to hazardous environments. Take plane crash for example, the average time to escape is only 90 seconds. Between a few seconds, it may cause the difference between life and death. In the emergency procedure, time of departure is controlled factor. In practice, it is bound to delay the whole rescue mission since the time for dressing is about 30 seconds and to complete the deployment of combat power is more than 180 seconds (Time includes Fire trucks to the scene). Therefore, how to shorten the time to mobilize and salvage is one of the most urgently addressed problems of the rescue mission. This study was to review the rescuers manner of dress. Propose the use of the new-style protective equipment racks which can effectively compress the time to dress and rush to the scene to rescue the victims as soon as possible, put out the fire to complete a high-performance relief operation. Through practical simulation test of the fire service personnel in a military base, it is found that compared to the current common dressing procedures the time of dressing with the new-style protective equipment racks could be saved about 50% to 57%. Thus, a fire clothes racks has high application potential benefits in the emergency mobilization. It is worth to actively promote by the related units to improve the significant persisting problem of rescue.

In 2010, Yeh et al. proposed a timestamp based scheme using smart cards. They claims that their schemes defended against ID-theft attacks, reply attacks, undetectable on-line password guessing attacks, off-line password guessing attacks, user impersonation attack, server counterfeit attack, and man-in-the-middle attack. In this paper, we show that Yeh et al.'s scheme is still vulnerable to ID-theft attack, off-line password guessing attacks and undetectable on-line password guessing attacks.

Nowadays, 3D projection mapping is known for amazing visual performance, and animated content on a structure or building has become very popular for larger brands and corporate campaigns. Because it is limited by the environment and the lighting, the cost can be still high for a person to own a combination of high-lumen projectors and a Multi-projector Seamless Display System. In this paper, we want to pay attention to the visual effect part of Augmented Reality (AR) applications and imitate 3D projection mapping by using the technologies of augmented reality and shader effects. We present an AR framework that uses the shading control technique to make AR scene as realistically as 3D projection mapping as possible. This framework offers people a more convenient way of accessing 3D projection mapping experiences on their mobile devices. The prototypes based on these techniques show the advantages and disadvantages of the technologies while superimposing virtual objects onto a real picture.

A new centrifugal compressor impeller design approach is presented, focusing on electrically-driven compressors for gasoline and fuel cell applications. The performance and mechanical integrity is evaluated based on numerical simulations. The preliminary performance results show the capability to achieve a flow range comparable to a larger state-of-the-art impeller, with minor penalties regarding stage efficiency and near surge operating stability.

Porous silicon multilayered (PSML) structures had been produced by electrochemical-etching of silicon wafers using periodically varied etching current density in an anodization process. PSML-based devices designed with vertical-mode and planar-mode electrodes were fabricated to serve as chemical sensors that applied optoelectronic properties of devices for use of the sensing parameters. Under different biasing configurations, the developed devices responding to specific chemical agents exhibited distinct photoresponse characteristics, corresponding to the refractive index of an individual chemical agent. The proposed PSML-based devices are promising for development of optoelectronically multi-parametric chemical sensors.

In the age of Web3.0, the information exchange has become much wider and faster ever than before. Consumers not only pay for the goods, but also pay for the brands to show their identity and attitude. Compared with traditional media, internet features the immediacy and lower cost, which ensure local brands connect and interact with consumers more closely. Therefore, taking the local brands of Tainan as the researching subject, the study discussed how those brands work with consumers to form brand values through regional cooperation and digital marketing. First, the study mapped the digital channels and modes of the interactions between brands and consumers through literature review and second-hand data collection; second, interviews were conducted among consumers to collect their views on the digital strategy of the brands, in order to form the key points and reference index of digital marketing and the consumer participation model for brands. The conclusion of the study provides a reference on digital strategy-making to local brands, helping them create sustainable operation on behalf of consumers.

As is emphasized in the UN Agenda 21, it is necessary to incorporate the sustainable development into social educational system at all levels, including the topics of population, poverty and development. From the perspective of educational institutions, the relationship between the city poverty and social stratum of developing or developed nations is seldom discussed. Given this, through the information from teachers' experience, this study proposes the support direction concerning educational investments, in order to narrow this gap, promote social mobility, and increase inclusive growth, by combining with the relevant research design framework. By questionnaire survey, the data were collected from teachers in Taiwan. Importance-Performance Analysis (IPA) and open coding were employed to determine the gap, and combine with core category. The results showed that the significance between educational investments and future human capital. The contribution of this study is that the design is suitable for the educational investment framework for the favorable advantage of the Newly Poor in Taiwan, and can benefit their children's future sustainable living and development.
