This study aimed to find out the moral values in the album thank you Allah by Maher Zein and the theoretical implication for teaching songs and ELT. The research method used in this study was descriptive qualitative method. The sources of data were ten song lyrics from Maher Zein album. Method of collecting the data was triangulation: lyrics, interview, and book review. The data of this study were analyzed through: listening the songs, reading ten lyrics from the album, and analyzing the moral values by underlining, defining, classifying, reanalysing, and coding. The research found ten moral values in the album were: love and affection, believe, thankfully, forgiveness, loyalty, togetherness, honesty, bravery, courage and struggle. By analyzing the moral values, hopefully it could build the good character for us and finally we could give an inspiration to others. For the theoretical implication, it could be concluded that moral values could be taught through songs

The purpose of this study was to determine the significant effect of principal leadership and teacher performance on student learning outcomes in kindergarten, Lempuing Jaya district. The population in this study were 122 teachers with a sample of 93 teachers. The results of this study indicate that, (1). there is a significant influence of the Principal's Leadership on Teacher Performance with a value (tcount 5,552> ttable 1.99547) There is a significant effect of teacher performance on student learning outcomes with tcount 2180> ttable 1.99547) there is a significant influence of principal leadership and teacher performance on student learning outcomes with a value of fcount 15.553> ftable 3.29 and a significant level of 0.000 <0.05 then H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted. Vareabel Leadership can be concluded that the principal and teacher performance are simultaneously significant effect on Student Learning Outcomes in kindergarten Lempuing Jaya subdistrict Ogan Ogan Ilir.

The principal is a leader in educational institutions that regulates and manages educational activities in schools. Therefore, school principals play an important role in improving the quality of education, especially improving teacher performance to be more enthusiastic and professional in teaching and developing themselves who are in charge of delivering lessons to students. This study aims to identify the role of principal supervision as an effort to improve teacher professionalism in teaching at public high school (SMA Negeri) 10 OKU. This research was conducted at SMA Negeri 10 OKU. The research was carried out for 3 (three) months, starting from September 2020 to November 2020. The research method used was a qualitative descriptive method. Data collection techniques used include: (1) Interview or Interview; (2) Observation; (3) Documentation. Based on the research results, it was concluded that the principal had a role in the supervision carried out as an effort to improve teacher professionalism in teaching. It is known: (1) The role of principal supervision is evidenced by the teacher in planning lesson plans which are made reported and approved by the principal and according to the curriculum; (2) The role of principal supervision is proven by the teacher in carrying out the learning process in accordance with the learning device guidelines and using teaching aids; (3) The role of principal supervision is evidenced by the teacher evaluating the learning outcomes and reporting to the principal; (4) The role of principal supervision is evidenced by the teacher following up on the learning outcomes in accordance with the direction of the principal; (5) The role of principal supervision is evidenced by the teacher providing guidance to students.

Study aims to determine managerial influence of principals and work motivation toward teacher performance. Type of research was quantitative study using t-test and F-test. Sample was hundred of teachers. Data collection technique used questionnaire. Data analysis technique used SPSS program. Results of study (1) Principal managerial had significant influence toward teacher performance. This was evidenced by the t-count 13.998 and t-table 1.660; (2) Work motivation had significant influence toward teacher performance according to t-count 2.206 and t-table 1.660; (3) Principal managerial and work motivation had a significant influence toward teacher performance, based on the test results obtained F-count value 4.653 and F-table 3.09. The data analysis technique uses descriptive qualitative analysis technique which consists of data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion and ferification. The results of the study state that the role of the principal in an effort to improve the quality of education in SD Negeri 4 Air Kumbang District is carried out by establishing a program to improve the quality of learning by implementing a program to improve the quality of learning into the vision and mission of the school then the principal communicates the vision and mission of the school related to standards quality of learning; and improving the quality of education through interpersonal teacher competence by encouraging teachers to improve their competence and teaching ability. The principal should improve his competence so that the role can have a maximum impact in efforts to improve the quality of education.
