This study is limited to the investigation of the correlation between students’ learning strategy, and reading comprehensionof the ninth grade students at State Junior High School 01 Buay Rawan, OKU Selatan. There were 85 students who has been selected as the sample of the research. The writer used correlational study and formula to see the correlation between two variable stated. Correlation about Students’ Learning Strategies (X2) and Reading Comprehension (Y) for 0.028. Sig. Value 0.797 was higher than Alpha value 0.05 (0.797 >0,2146), Ho was accepted and Ha was rejected. In other words, there was no a positive correlation between Students’ Learning Strategies (X2) and Reading Comprehension(Y). It can be stated that Students Learning Strategies (X) simultaneously have no significant correlated the reading comprehension(Y).

This study examined the level of the principal's influence leadership and organizational climate on both partial and simultaneous on teacher’s performance. This study was quantitative methods. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression formula using SPSS version 22.0 for windows. The results of this study indicate that there is a significant effect of principal leadership and organizational climate together on teacher performance with an f-count value of 114,997 f-table of 3.13. The conclusion of this study is that to improve teacher performance, principal leadership and a good organizational climate are needed.

The principal is a leader in educational institutions that regulates and manages educational activities in schools. Therefore, school principals play an important role in improving the quality of education, especially improving teacher performance to be more enthusiastic and professional in teaching and developing themselves who are in charge of delivering lessons to students. This study aims to identify the role of principal supervision as an effort to improve teacher professionalism in teaching at SMA Negeri 10 OKU.This research was conducted at SMA Negeri 10 OKU. The research was carried out for 3 (three) months, starting from September 2020 to November 2020. The research method used was a qualitative descriptive method. Data collection techniques used include: (1) Interview or Interview; (2) Observation; (3) Documentation. Based on the research results, it was concluded that the principal had a role in the supervision carried out as an effort to improve teacher professionalism in teaching. It is known: (1) The role of principal supervision is evidenced by the teacher in planning lesson plans which are made reported and approved by the principal and according to the curriculum; (2) The role of principal supervision is proven by the teacher in carrying out the learning process in accordance with the learning device guidelines and using teaching aids; (3) The role of principal supervision is evidenced by the teacher evaluating the learning outcomes and reporting to the principal; (4) The role of principal supervision is evidenced by the teacher following up on the learning outcomes in accordance with the direction of the principal; (5) The role of principal supervision is evidenced by the teacher providing guidance to students.

This study aimed to find out the moral values in the album thank you Allah by Maher Zein and the theoretical implication for teaching songs and ELT. The research method used in this study was descriptive qualitative method. The sources of data were ten song lyrics from Maher Zein album. Method of collecting the data was triangulation: lyrics, interview, and book review. The data of this study were analyzed through: listening the songs, reading ten lyrics from the album, and analyzing the moral values by underlining, defining, classifying, reanalysing, and coding. The research found ten moral values in the album were: love and affection, believe, thankfully, forgiveness, loyalty, togetherness, honesty, bravery, courage and struggle. By analyzing the moral values, hopefully it could build the good character for us and finally we could give an inspiration to others. For the theoretical implication, it could be concluded that moral values could be taught through songs

The purpose of this study was to determine the significant effect of principal leadership and teacher performance on student learning outcomes in kindergarten, Lempuing Jaya district. The population in this study were 122 teachers with a sample of 93 teachers. The results of this study indicate that, (1). there is a significant influence of the Principal's Leadership on Teacher Performance with a value (tcount 5,552> ttable 1.99547) There is a significant effect of teacher performance on student learning outcomes with tcount 2180> ttable 1.99547) there is a significant influence of principal leadership and teacher performance on student learning outcomes with a value of fcount 15.553> ftable 3.29 and a significant level of 0.000 <0.05 then H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted. The principal as the pinnacle of leadership with a visionary leadership model must be able to improve the performance of Paramount Palembang Elementary School teachers. This visionary leadership can have a significant effect on improving teacher performance because the principal can provide a clear vision and can implement the vision he has made for the teacher's future, thereby providing motivation for improving teacher performance. The principal must be able to increase the strategic and technical role in improving the quality of learning and teaching, he is not only a learning leader but more than that the overall leader which includes leadership functions in a school institution such as planning, career coaching, coordination and evaluation. His leadership pattern is very influential and even determines the progress of education.The hypothesis in this study is that there is an influence of Visionary leadership style on the performance of Paramount Elementary School Palembang teachers. There is an influence of working motivation together on the performance of Paramount Primary School Palembang teachers. There is an influence of Visionary leadership style and work motivation together on the performance of Paramount Elementary School Palembang teachers. Data collection was carried out by observation, interviews and questionnaires. The analysis carried out is the correlation analysis of t-test and F test. The results of data analysis from the questionnaire show that there is an influence of Visionary leadership style on the performance of Paramount Elementary School Palembang teachers. There is an influence of work motivation on the performance of Paramount elementary school teachers in Palembang. There is an influence of Visionary leadership style and work motivation together on the performance of Paramount Elementary School Palembang teachers. (significant level 5%).
